Paige, NXT Women’s Title, 273 days, 6/20/13-4/24/14; 3 defences
In NXT, Paige was that girl. She had a unique look, could talk, and could wrestle circles around a lot of women and men. So when in 2013, the NXT Women’s Championship was to be introduced, many thought Paige would have it in the bag, and she did. Her series of matches with Emma helped to make NXT appointment television and showed that women, given time, could deliver the goods. Sadly, she didn’t defend the title much, and she was stripped of her title by JBL upon her defeat of AJ Lee for her Diva’s Title.
