Rumors of Kana‘s WWE signing may have just been verified.
The Japanese wrestling veteran has been rumored to be joining the WWE since she made a surprise appearance in the front row at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn on Saturday, appearing on camera and being identified by name.
Today, the Wrestling Observer (via Lords of Pain) reported that Kana is indeed under contract with the WWE, having been signed two weeks ago.
The WWE may be waiting to make a high profile announcement akin to that done for the signings of Finn Balor, Hideo Itami and Kevin Owens.
