Zahra Schreiber Released by the WWE

NXT Diva Zahra Schreiber has been released by the WWE, according to a report from TMZ.

This follows the exposure of a series of offensive social media posts – which included Nazi imagery and racist comments – that were published prior to her WWE signing.

This wasn’t the first time offensive tweets from Zahra were exposed, but this weekend’s discovery of Instagram posts featuring a My Little Pony carton dressed like Hitler and a swastika decorating her bedroom wall gained enough traction on social media to merit this action from the WWE.

She found herself in the middle of another scandal in February when Seth Rollins‘s fiance leaked nude photos exchanged between them, implying that the two had been having an affair.

Zahra was signed by the WWE last fall, reporting to NXT in October. She had made her NXT live event debut this past weekend, appearing as Solomon Crowe‘s sister and cutting a promo in front of the live crowd before managing him during a match.

The WWE has released a public statement on the release, which reads:

“WWE has released Zahra Schreiber due to inappropriate and offensive remarks she made that were recently brought to our attention.”
