WWE Hell in a Cell is over a month away, but there’s already a Divas Title match on the card, according to a new report.
According to the Wrestling Observer (via Wrestling Inc), the current plan is for Charlotte to defend the Divas Title against Nikki Bella and Paige in a Triple Threat match.
The developments on last night’s Raw – with Paige lashing out at Charlotte and Nikki keeping her sights set on the title – make this match the a very likely option.
Nikki is still due a Divas Title rematch, but it’s not clear if this would fulfill that. If one-on-one is the only way, that rematch could take place at the October 3rd WWE Network live special at Madison Square Garden.
