  • Oh hey! Thanks for mentioning my work! Much appreciated!

  • Huntrry94

They better not go back to using all the rosters again!! I’m loving Smackdown on its own AND we just got the Smackdown Women’s Title and all the other titles to their own shows that is such a waste! Keep the rosters split it hasn’t even been a full year since the roster split. I takes time for people to get used to things! I know I watch every ppv on “the WWE Network for just $9.99” lol

    • Joseph

Yea i call bullshit on this its way too early end it.

    • Aquino

I think they mean use both brands in every pay-per-view, not reuniting the brands again

  • Joseph

If you’re gonna complain about certain storylines pushing the envelope than you shouldn’t be watching Pro-Wrestling.

    • For me, it’s not about pushing the envelope; it’s how it’s marketed. It’s the big bad Rusev beating up sweet lil Enzo. All he wants to do is bang Rusev’s wife & how dare she say no and then get sick of his crap?! If Rusev was being marketed as a decent husband just looking out for his wife, it’d be different. Look at the Noam Dar/Cedric Alexander storyline. It’s the EXACT SAME storyline, except Dar is marketed as a creep and Alexander the nice boyfriend. Why not the same for Rusev?

      • Joseph

Cause Rusev is the Evil Foreigner thats why, that been a part of wrestling since its been on TV.

        • Which Rusev & Lana have both called them out on. At the end of the day, it’s about marketing. The marketing of the storyline is poor. Saying “oh it’s been this way forever,” doesn’t fly. Wrestling needs to evolve. Movesets evolved. The myth of big men can only main event evolved. Why can’t storylines evolve? It’s hypocritical for WWE to say “Noam Dar is such a creep” and then come down on Rusev & say “Enzo was just having fun, Lana should have laughed.”

          • Joseph

Yea i know its stupid it hurts both Rusev & Lana and Enzo & Cass. Noam Dar being a creep reminds me of what Peter Avalon was doing with Candice in PWG.

      • Gabriella Panajotova

I think people oversimplify. Enzo was the one that tried to make it right and was ready to leave the hotel room cause it was wrong. It was Lana that wanted things to escalate so Rusev would get the final word.

  • Divalicious

I really hope they don’t get rid of the brand split because all the extra opportunities will be gone and we all know which girls they’re gonna make sit back and which girls will not only hog the spotlight on one brand but both brands now.

    • Jorge Hernandez Moran

They wont get rid of the Brand split cause its actually been good fir their ratings but the PPVs are just way to many i dont think they are making as much as they are spending on them i mean 15 PPVs a year thats a lot of money

  • The Paparazzi Prince (MIMQ)

I’ll be honest i hope they return to the 1ppv both brands concept

  • Raekon

I hope the Brands stay split so more women can get time and storylines.
However, they could make mixed ppvs in which raw and sd participants have Matches instead of having single ppvs.

  • Charlie Flickinger

I don’t think they need to do away with the dual brand PPVs. They need to do not so many PPVs. Maybe 1 for each brand between the big 4 PPVs. But in the past 2 months we’ve had like 5 different PPVs, and RAWs are routinely playing out like regular RAWs, just with absolutely insane wrestling skills. SM!L is at least making their PPVs interesting, and doing much more interesting things storyline wise.

    • Gabriella Panajotova

I agree on reducing the PPV count. A lot of them are not needed and they’re executed as slightly longer RAWs in terms of content. I think this will help a lot with storytelling and allowing the creative to have the time to be creative.

    • YonceLuvsDivas

They should go back to doing the monthly thing. One month it’s Smackdown’s ppv than the next month it will be Raw. Every third month it was a duo ppv.

  • Jorge Hernandez Moran

I think they should go back to having 12 PPV but divide 6 for Raw and 6 for Smackdown and switch them one month Raw the next SD

  • YonceLuvsDivas

That Wrestlemania match card sounds good. I’d love to see that.

  • Kelly/Make Way for Ember!

Its obvious why WWE created the new titles (Universal, SD Tag Team and Women’s Championships), so at any time they want to bring back the rosters together to compete on all shows, they could easily do it by getting rid of the newer titles: WWE Championship would be the default main title while Raw’s Tag and Women’s Championships would be the default for the main Tag and Women’s titles. Not saying its gonna happen but WWE was being cheap for a reason.

I agree that there is absolutely no need to end the Brand split! specially sine they only just initiated it in the summer, after 6 months they are ready to give it up already?.The answer is stop having PPV’s every two weeks!. You can’t have PPV’s too often because it takes away from the build up and excitement that is the ideology a of PPV show in the first place. Personally I like the big PPV’s like Summerslam and Mania because you get the selection of seeing all your favourite wrestlers in the big matches on one show. I can see Sasha, Charlotte, Bayley, Alexa, Nikki and Carmella in place for a night which is appealing but only because it’s a special occasion, If they call quits on the brand split, they really will be in a mess.

  • Miguel Orona Rodríguez

The draft didn’t worked out, we already knew it was going to happen. Two PPVs per month is too much. In the past we had one PPV per month, one month it was SD’s PPV and the other was RAW’s PPV. This gave us more time for the stories to develop and the PPV would actually be a turning point. Now the PPVs don’t really move foward anything since WWE plays too safe.

    • Gabriella Panajotova

The draft doesn’t seem to be the problem then. The problem is the PPV count. They can reduce it or they can redistribute the PPVs in better way.
