The announcement was made last week by Karen Jarrett making it official that IMPACT Wrestling and Global Force Wrestling have in fact merged. That will mean many things over the coming months but in short, for the fans, this is an incredibly exciting time. The Global Force brand is known for having secured some of the top athletes in professional wrestling to help establish their credibility as an organization that would quickly become an international success. Several weeks ago when we last saw Cody in the IMPACT Zone, he proudly displayed the GFW Nex-Gen championship over his shoulder. Also returning recently to IMPACT was Magnus, former IMPACT World Champion and current GFW Global Champion. However, as Sienna pointed out to Karen Jarrett last week, we have yet to see the GFW Women’s Champion who up in the IMPACT Zone. Where has the inaugural champion, Christina Von Eerie been? Well, as we learned last week and have since confirmed, she will in fact be in action this week on IMPACT. The already red hot Knockouts division is about to get punk rocked by the newest face in the locker room; Christina Von Eerie.

She calls herself the “Patron Saint of Filth” and has made her intentions very clear as to why she is here at IMPACT. Her goal is to unify the GFW Women’s and IMPACT Knockouts championships and will do it by any means necessary. Recently calling out top Knockout contenders, Sienna, Gail Kim and current champion, Rosemary, Christina Von Eerie is not afraid of a fight or a challenge and is anxiously awaiting both. Longtime fans of IMPACT may be thinking that there is a potential reason for CVE’s outspoken demeanor and over the top confidence. Some may remember that she has a history with this company that dates back to 2011 and her then ring name, Toxxin. For several months Von Eerie aligned herself with the team of Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal, collectively known as Ink Inc. and lending the assist on several occasions in a feud between Ink Inc and Mexican America over the Tag Team Titles. Though her time with IMPACT was short, she took that time and utilized it as a launch pad that sent her straight to the top of a stacked Global Force Women’s division and eventually led her to becoming the first ever GFW Women’s Champion; a title she still carries today.

It was promised that we would see Von Eerie in action this week. Who will step up to the challenge against the newest GFW acquisition to the IMPACT roster? Will any of the Knockouts become territorial over their locker room? Has Sienna already answered the challenge before it was issued?

Check out Von Eerie’s spotlight video below, where she talks of first winning the GFW Women’s title and her goal of unifying it with the Knockouts Championship:
