With a clear match set for Tables, Ladders and Chairs, the race is on for Mickie James to make her mark as she now has the opportunity to get her hands on the RAW Women’s Champion. Although, where does that leave all the other women? Well, it looks like RAW General Manager Kurt Angle has some plans, so let’s see what happened on the RAW Redux!

Mickie James makes her way to the ring, sporting a slightly lighter hair colour and she’s finally getting a decent reaction! This week she’s out to address the behaviour of our RAW Women’s Champion, Alexa Bliss, whose comments about Mickie’s age have finally struck a nerve. Mickie calls out Alexa for being a coward and once again, telling her that it’s time to jump out her booster seat. Age is nothing but a number for Mickie and the only number she cares about is ‘7’ because she plans to make history to tie Trish Stratus’ record of winning 7 WWE Women’s Championships.

This brings out Alexa Bliss, who has a look of concern on her face. She says that she’s not out to cause trouble or make fun of her age… until she reveals that she’s been working on a new ‘Tribute to Mickie James’ to educate our younger fans. The video is black and white, flicking like an old film projection and a voiceover that digs at Mickie’s age. Alexa tells Mickie that at TLC she’ll be running circles around Mickie.

Mickie laughs it all off and tells ‘biscuit butt’ Alexa to come into the ring. This starts a bit of an annoying chant, but hey at least the crowd are paying attention. Alexa starts walking down the ramp and seems to answer the challenge, but turns away and starts walking back. Not so fast! Mickie chases Alexa, yanks her by the her and throws her into the ring. She hits a Lou Thesz Press and attempts a Mick Kick, but Alexa manages to escape. Mickie has the Champ’s number this week, but this is definitely going to escalate next week!

On the Fallout, Mickie addresses how despite Alexa helped to bring her back, it’s clear that there was some ulterior motives. She says that she’s a 38 year old woman and not a little girl, she aims to prove why Alexa is a shell of a Champion compared to her.

Another Asuka promo plays, reminding us that she’s debuting in just under 2 weeks! Backstage, Kurt Angle is watching with Bayley and Sasha Banks, when Bayley asks if she can take on Asuka at TLC because she’s the most welcoming person. She gets interrupted by Sasha who says that ‘The Boss’ VS ‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ in a first-ever match would be ‘legit’. Alicia Fox then runs in and says that she should get an opportunity because she’s been there for a decade and doesn’t have a t-shirt – Crazy Fox is back! Dana Brooke, now sporting a lovely grey hairdo, takes the ‘unhappy employee’ route and says that she doesn’t feel like she exists sometimes. Finally, Emma brings up the ‘Women’s Revolution’ card and says that why she should get the chance. This causes Alicia to bring up the fact that Emma walked out on her last week, but before they bicker Kurt Angle interrupts.

He sets up a Fatal 5 way match between Emma, Alicia Fox, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Dana Brooke for later tonight. The winner of the match will get to face Asuka at TLC!

Onto the match, Jojo announces that it’s an elimination match (although I don’t think Kurt mentioned it – seemed like the commentary team has no idea either). Anyway, the match seems to start off with a brawl with Emma dodging getting involved. Dana takes out Sasha on the outside, while Alicia dumps Bayley – leaving her alone in the ring with Emma.

Alicia hasn’t forgiven Emma for last week, so she tries to get her, but Emma isn’t playing ball. Dana gets back in the ring and she works together with Emma to hammer down kicks on Alicia. Emma pats Dana on the head, which causes that very brief alliance to end. Dana hits two handspring elbows, but Bayley joins the picture. Dana gets the better of their encounter and hits a running splash for a 2 count. Dana tries to go for her Samoan Driver, but Bayley wriggles out and hits her Bayley-to-belly! 1.. 2… 3! Dana is eliminated and before Cole makes a terrible error, Jojo announces her elimination to confirm that this is an elimination match.

Sasha runs in and tries to roll up Bayley, which causes tension among the Besties… but Bayley doesn’t hold back and gets right to work on Sasha, until they both get shoved down by Alicia. In the chaos, Foxy sees the opportunity to hit her Axe Kick and takes out Bayley! 1.. 2.. 3! The Hugger is eliminated and the crowd aren’t happy!

When we come back from the break, Emma and Alicia have teamed up on Sasha… so it looks like last week’s problems are forgiven… that’s until Emma tries to roll up Alicia. Alicia gets in Emma’s face and calls her a punk. After the two scuffle, Sasha takes them both out with a double dropkick. Emma falls out the ring, while Alicia and Sasha go one-on-one. Sasha gets the better of their encounter and ends up being able to lock to Banks Statement on Alicia! Alicia struggles, but is forced to tap out! While Sasha still has the hold, Emma rolls her over and gets the final surprise pinfall. Emma will be taking on Asuka at TLC!

The Fallout asks the question that we all want to know… why do they all want to face Asuka? Well Emma sticks to her usual spiel, bringing up how she started the women’s revolution and that people should be talking about her and not Asuka. Good luck Emma, it’s going to be a tough one!

Thoughts: MVP of the RAW roster continues to be Mickie James. Honestly, it makes me so happy to see her getting the chance again to prove why she was one of the stars of the division. Both her and Alexa have great mic skills and this segment really worked – a lot better than a certain ‘This Is Your Life’ segment that we need to erase from our memories. Sure the age-digging and all that doesn’t make this the most hard-hitting feud, but it’s definitely brought some great one-liners that have got the crowd engaged.

My biggest fear for these two is that the match between them at TLC may not be the most impressive, but let’s see. They’ve got 2 weeks to bring the intensity up a notch and work together to give us something good. I’d love for a stipulation to be added, considering that this is TLC… so maybe this is something to look forward to? Either way, this segment was great and really helped to get the crowd to invest in Mickie. The build up for this has been strong, it would be nice to see the intensity turned up though.

The rest of the division competing to essentially job to Asuka was a weird one, this was only underscored when Emma won the match too. To be fair, it was a strong win for Emma’s character which has been a slowburner into pushing her as a top star, so building her up to put on a good encounter with Asuka should be good. Although, it was a bit ironic since the promo shows clips of Asuka whopping Emma’s ass, but hey – that match was amazing and I’m sure this one will be the same.

What did interest me though was Alicia Fox bringing up how she’s not got merch on-screen, especially following her interview with Lilian Garcia which seemed to really strike a lot of us fans. She’s been floating around a lot lately and they seem to have a hate/love attitude with her psycho brat gimmick, but I think it’s perfect to start that now. However, with Mickie taking the ‘veteran’ role and Emma taking the ‘notice me’ role… her slots are kind of taken, but she’s definitely in a stronger position than a certain Dana Brooke. To be fair, Ms. Brooke did hit some nice spots in the match, but she’s slowly turning into the ‘Meg’ [from Family Guy] of the division… potential gimmick there? Anyone remember when Candice Michelle was something similar in 2008? Either way, these women need work and there’s only so much time they can give the division.

Are you looking forward to Emma VS Asuka or do you think someone else should have got the chance? What did you think about the ‘Mickie James’ tribute? Anyone know where Nia Jax was? Comment below!

  • good raw

  • The Wicked Bitch

Raw is so much better than SD Live now tbh.

  • Loved the show, Raw writers are doing amazing at the moment.

Mickie and Alexa are two great mic workers and they gave us a great segment. Let’s see if they deliver at TLC too.

Loved the backstage segment, finally all ladies demanded for something, rather than the usual ones. The match was shaky, but I’m happy with the winner and I hope the TLC match isn’t a squash at least.

  • And I loved that they excluded Nia from the 5 way. Her being cheated out of another multi woman match (or being ganged up and pinned in the elimination case) would’ve made her look more weak. That got stale since the WM match.

  • Mark?

This is the first time I’ve enjoyed wrestling since I don’t know when. And with Mickie being in the main women’s feud, it actually makes me WANT to watch which is huge. I just hope she wins that title. Overall, good Raw. Happy there was no tag match. The women’s elimination match was fun and new to watch too. Emma’s backstage promo was funny in a good way lol.

  • Evan #KeepIt?

Alexa cheats/Nia interfered to cost Mickie at TLC

Team Mickie vs team Alexa at SS

Mickie VS Alexa again at RR

    • Joseph

Survivor Series most likely gonna be RAW vs. SD matches.

      • Evan #KeepIt?

        It won’t be lol

It’ll be TEAM KO VS TEAM SHANE

Team Jordan or shield vs Miz

        • Joseph

I don’t its gonna be Team Mickie vs. Team Alexa.

      • Guilherme Soares

hope so! but i’m afraid their replace Naomi or Becky for Tamina… Cause I’m Sure that Charlotte Naty and Carmella will be there, at Raw Team i would like to see Dana and Emma getting a chance. OMG but i forget about Asuka so… It’s going to be Alexa,Asuka,Nia,Sasha and Emma i think i’m not sure about bayley…

    • Randall

I’m sure it’s going to be Raw vs Smackdown again!

    • A?.

      It’s Smackdown against Raw.

  • conan_kun

Fatal 5 Way match is lack of chemistry and messy, like Dana botched her bodyslam against Bayley. Alicia missed her scissors kick against Bayley, and then seems like Emma missed her cue when Sasha locks Alicia into Bank Statement too long just to wait for Emma rolling her up, plus the timing of roll up from Emma against Sasha is too slow and doesn’t look like Sasha can’t kick out.

    • MK126

To be fair Alicia missed her scissors kick cause Bayley was up too high but everything else was a mess

    • Diva_Fan

To be fair I heard rumours the Women’s match last night changed 3 times so they probably didn’t have much time to prepare for it.

      • Greg Lee

True that. First it was suppose to be Alicia/Emma/Nia Jax in a triple threat match, then it was Nia/Emma/Alicia vs Sasha/Bayley/Dana in a 6-person tag match, then it was a 5-way match, then midway we(along with the announcers) realized it was an elimination match.

        MESS.

  • Winter

Well I think the rivalry between Alexa and Mickie took the logical step with that segment but all this talk should end with a great match and I’m not sure if Alexa can do it (like always), we’ll see.
The match was pointless and Dana botch two times, she needs to improve if she want opportunities. Alicia was good tonight and Sasha raised the quality of the match with her offensive. Finally we all know Emma is gonna job to Asuka and it’s ok, she’s the one for that spot.

    • #FlairfortheGold

Girl Sasha literally did not do anything out of the usual. Stop

      • Winter

And what? She’s the only one doing her moves properly, all the rest of the match was a terrible lack of chemistry.

        • #FlairfortheGold

Then why say she raised the quality of the match if nothing stood out. Girl Bye. The entire match was sloppy… But don’t just take it from me, take it from all the other websites?? Your boo isn’t always the savior of everything she’s in??

          • Winter

The match was awful, I’m just saying the best part was Sasha’s offense.

          • #FlairfortheGold

Nothing stood out Girl lol Don’t try to make her appear better than everyone else when they were all equally all over the place?

          • Winter

So you’re saying Sasha is on the same level that the other fours LOOOOL.

          • #FlairfortheGold

LOOL you know I meant that she was as bad as everyone else in this match girl. Stop Playing yourself? She’s better than 3/4 others, but even she wasn’t good enough to save this match. Don’t fool yourself

          • Winter

I literally said the match was awful.

          • #FlairfortheGold

And also said “Sasha raised the quality of the match with her offensive.” Which she didn’t

          • Ryan Stratus

The only quality Sasha and her fans need to worry about is that purple crenshaw weave?

  • conan_kun

Anyone know where Nia Jax was? She just chickened out against Asuka already before she debuts hahaha…

Bayley is clearly upset to Sasha trying to eliminate her when she don’t know it every woman for herself, wan accidental collision caused by a third party lead to Bayley gets eliminated could be naturally going to be the unforgivable action that becomes the straw to break the camel’s back and turn Bayley heel.

    • Winter

Well Cageside Seats got a rumor that Bayley is gonna turn heel soon, but it’s a rumor.

      • conan_kun

I won’t be surprised if that happen when creative team and writer can’t think of how to book pure babyface, then they do the laziest way, turn that person heel, like they just did to Sami, so Bayley and Becky may turn anytime soon.

        • Winter

True, either way I think characters like Bayley are destined to fail sooner or later on the main roster.

          • Joseph

Bayley character only fails cause of WWE shitty writing team.

          • Winter

For now yes, but people can easily get bored with a character like that.

          • Izzy4lw

As a face perhaps, but I think a Bayley heel turn would be best for business. Yes Sasha as a heel is gold, but I think she still has some life left in her as a babyface, especially if it’ll give us Babyface Sasha vs. Tweener Asuka (as I assume she’ll be) or Sasha Vs. a heel Bayley.

          • Winter

The only thing Sasha needs is wrestle and put amazing matches, if they let her do that the crowd is gonna be behind her always, like her feud with Charlotte.

  • Monkey Tennis

“Either way, these women need work and there’s only so much time they can give the division.”

    • #FlairfortheGold

Truth. It’s entertaining but not something that is very noteworthy like past storylines

  • conan_kun
  • Joseph

Dana almost killed Bayley. The Alexa video package for Mickie was way better than Charlotte and Alexa making fun of Bayley for being a fan.

    • conan_kun

Bayley may get dropped on her head if Dana doesn’t change the course
      https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/6e35e84438ffaeff0618f7cb3ec1ae91835028d879f05ad4a795e43e5624d2c1.gif

      • Joseph

I said it so many times already that Dana wasn’t ready to be called up last year.

      • NoWayHoeSay

        Dana needs to go

        • Crazy. #RIPMae

Dana needs to go? Did you say this about Nia when she dropped Charlotte on her head? ?

          • NoWayHoeSay

No cus I love Nia and Nia can perform, dans is a waste of a spot that could be someone good from NXT

          • Crazy. #RIPMae

Exactly my point. Don’t hate on someone for doing something and then go on to love someone for doing that exact same thing. Dana ALMOST dropped Bayley on her head but she fixed her mistake, Nia however DID drop Charlotte. So maybe Nia is a waste of a spot that could be someone good from NXT too, huh? ?

          • NoWayHoeSay

            No

          • Crazy. #RIPMae

Lol have a good day sir!

      • Gayomi.

wow omg A MOVE innovative queen

        • GOD STRATUS•

          A botch. A safety Hazzard

      • Raekon

Bayley fell the way she should had (on her shoulder) and Danas move is a sideway slam which is like a Scoop slam with the difference that you drop the Opponent on the side instead in front of you. It was used as a Counter to Bayleys crossbody. Nothing unusual there but I guess that People always trying to mark Dana as a botcher like back then when she were supposed to miss grabbing Bayleys leg storylinewise so she can get heat from Charlotte and split from her while People kept bashing her on twitter of being “useless” and not able to even grab a leg in time and such because they thought she really missed instead of missing by cause.

  • MK126

I wonder if “Biscuit Butt” will become the new “Hoeski” It took one word from Mickie to have the crowd taunting Alexa and it was great to see! I’m glad the crowd is finally reacting to Mickie like they should have been from the beginning but better late than never I suppose. With Emma fighting Asuka at TLC and her brief reunion with Dana I wonder if we’ll see Dana in Emma’s corner at the PPV. It would be cool to see EnD vs Asuka again but as long as its not a rehash of their NXT feud. As for the match it was alright for what it was. Nothing amazing but nothing completely bad. A few miscues here and there but it was a solid match

  • Robann

“it’s a bit of an annoying chant…” Bye DD, the chant was fine for post-TV14 Era of Raw. The fact that Mickie went from getting little/no reaction to having an entire crowd chant one of her insults easily is not shocking TBH, she’s legendary and should be treated as such. I am invested in this feud, they’re verbal bouts are the best at the moment. I’m excited for this more than Asukageddon! And I’m excited about Asukageddon lol.

    • Maddox

      Everyone so sensitive you know

    • Jaded

Crowds always chant insults. Nothing new there.

      • Robann

What was the point of this? Please stop hating.

  • The Wicked Bitch

I hope their feud continues after TLC. It’s too good to end this early.

  • Nathan Bootleg Kardashian

Does WWE include the Mickie’s Divas Championship reign as a 6th title run? Because I thought she only one the Woman’s title five times?

    • Robin Zabriskie

yep….now with all these different titles they consider them all the same

      • Storm Saywell

I would’t say they consider all the women titles the same, it’s just she’s a 6-time champion overall within the WWE (5x Women’s Champion + 1x Divas Champion).

        • Dreignz

But why Charlotte is a 4x champion and not 5 ? She won the divas championship once and the RAW Women’s Championship 4 times

          • Storm Saywell

In that context (overall championships amounted within the WWE), they have referred to Charlotte being a 5-time champion overall. But as an active mention (like on the SmackDown Live nameplate) it’s appropriate to only mention her accolades of active titles, therefore in that case, she is just a 4x Women’s Champion.

          • Gerg

I think its because Charlotte’s reign as divas champion and 1st new (raw) women’s champion were practically the same. Like it was one title reign. The “Diva” term isnt used anymore like there have been times Cole has referred Alicia as a former women’s champion. So at the time Mickie, Alicia, etc. were Women Champions but their titles just have different names. idk its how i see it lol

          • Storm Saywell

But they have mentioned (on commentary) individual accolades – I’m sure on the last few Raw shows regarding Alicia’s championship reign they mentioned her as a former Divas Champion, so I don’t think they have tied Charlotte’s Divas Championship reign to her first Women’s Championship reign, it’s just what they say in the context I guess, if they are referring to the individual’s overall WWE Championship accolades or the active Championships reigns.

        • Robin Zabriskie

yeah I meant that at the end, overall 6 times champ…..then I understand what you say about the relevance of the title ;)

  • Nathan Bootleg Kardashian

Also can we just talk about Foxy’s attire!? Oh mah gah ??

  • Can I just take this moment to say that Sage Beckett needs her ass BEAT?? Like, why TF would she tease us about being Sister Abigail if the bitch was just going to turn out to be Bray in drag??

  • Kiana Taylor

I wish someone called me biscuit butt so i can be like “thx boo i do squats everyday” that’s compliment to me, makes me feel slim thick but anyway another cute ep for raw!! Mickie did her usual assault on my edges as expected, i want Alexa’s outfit and emma won an opportunity to job!!!! Yasss get squashed queen #backtocateringaftertlc
    #summerneedsfriends #ripemma

  • Mickie is really not wasting this opportunity. I almost can’t believe the crowd response she is already getting, especially when it has been silent all summer.

    • PYM #TakeOverSmackdown

Why do people always try to down play her reactions??? She still got pops just not as loud as they are right now.

      • I don’t feel like I am down playing them. Mickie is the second most decorated woman in WWE of all time and probably the most decorated mainstream women’s wrestler of all time. Even if the crowd was popping for her it wasn’t at the level it should have been, but I don’t remember them really reacting to her period, including when she redebuted.

I’m not trying to put Mickie down though, quiet the opposite actually.

        • jxs_

I feel you. Mickie of the “divas” generation got the loudest reactions of them all. Since her return they’ve been lackluster, but now she’s gaining steam again.

          • Raekon

You guys obviously forgot Melinas reactions as a face. ^_^
Also in Trish and Litas time, Chyna was the one to get the loudest reactions from all the women and partially the men too. After she left and Trish started becoming a wrestler and putting some good work in with Lita the reactions on her and Lita started being big.

          • Kvngbalor

Molly Holly got huge face reactions on the same level of Lita that’s why they start giving her stupid gimmicks i.e Mighty Molly then turned her heel the fans loved Molly Holly i don’t think WWE expected her to become as popular as she did The Kat is another women ppl downplay or discredit her reactions

          • jxs_

Melina was another one with a great connection with the fans. I really do miss her in WWE. Second most popular in that era behind Mickie.

          • Monkey Meat

Melina was more popular than Mickie at one point in time. Hence why she was positioned in front of Mickie. That face turn made her super popular, and she had better chemistry with Beth than both Candice and Mickie did. That’s why she got hotshotted in front of them.

          • C Mack

Lita was getting reactions before Chyna left because of her feud with Steph, association with the Hardyz, etc

        • Mitch Von Erich

Trish Stratus is the first Lita is the second

          • Trish, sure. Lita, maybe.

          • C Mack

In terms of title reigns, Mickie trumps Lita. Lita’s my favorite of all time, but she was so over people forget she only held the title like 4 times and none of her reigns were lengthy.

She’s a hall of famer, and she’s always given her props as a pioneer in WWE, but in terms of accolades, Mickie’s ahead of her.

          • Robann

Decorated. Meaning awards/title reigns. Mickie beats Lita in that category alone.

    • Jo9834

Mickie is SHOWING the hell out, her reactions were next to nothing a few weeks ago, but put a mic in her hand and give her a proper storyline to work with, she’s getting it all back. The question remains however where does she go after Asuka’s debut?. I hope she’s not shoved to the back of the line again,

      • I think she should be Asuka’s next opponent. The storytelling in their takeover match was superb, and my favorite Asuka match to date. I would like to see Mickie defeat Asuka, but that maybe is too big of a dream.

Off topic, but Mickie is getting her shine on, now bring Melina back!

  • PYM #TakeOverSmackdown

Emma and Mickie go from being main event jobber to being the actual main event!
    https://media.giphy.com/media/lfqvIHA8Aydl6/giphy.gif

  • Nadia

Mickie has been giving me LIFE! Her and Alexa are killing the promos in this mini feud. Now if the match is even decent at best at TLC I’ll even call it the best women’s feud this year.

The Fatal 5 Way was whatever but it got us to Asuka vs Emma. Also as much as Raw gets slammed for heir storytelling (rightfully so) they’ve been really sneaky with building their women in the last 2 months. They’ve kept Alexa strong and in forefront of the division, Nia’s been protected, Mickie/Emma have been elevated to single matches at TLC. Plus Sasha/Bayley have been sidelined which has helped build Bayley up as sympathetic face and if you pay attention Sasha has been pinned clean by everyone she has stepped foot in the ring with this year except for Dana Brooke. That’s a deliberate choice and going to play into things down the line.

I say good for Raw. They’re blowing Smackdown out of the water.

    • GOD STRATUS•

      Love your point about Sasha

  • Jtiera

Mickie living her best life. Alexa aging in dog years. Emma volunteering herself for tribute. Sage Beckett being the ultimate scammer. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/01bb0b328a7b09901898812c46496ed54a98db07aae94f19af723deaa1b117ed.gif

  • Kvngbalor

Emma needs Dana and Dana needs Emma at this point they just fit so well

  • 3???????

The match wasn’t memorable at all , happy they let fox get an elimination tho ?????

  • DivaFactz

This is probably Alexa best feud since coming to the main roster. Alexa and Mickie play so well off each other and the chemistry is definitely there between the two. If Mickie James keeps doing what she’s doing and get some wins behind her, she will definitely be the top babyface on RAW again before the end of the year. I have a feeling Mickie won’t win at TLC and this feud was just to get her over as a top contender but I also don’t see Alexa pinning Mickie clean. So Mickie will win by DQ and based on the reception of the feud, I won’t be surprise if they continue it after TLC.

  • Welchy

    Alexa & Mickie queens.
    I’m loving this storyline.
I love their interactions MORE and more every week and look forward to what’s coming next.
Hopefully something that’s more than “old” & “little girl” jokes.

The 5way wasn’t AS bad as many claim but it was trashy.
Alicia is not as good as she once was.
Emma needs to get it together, she’s been iffy for weeks.
Dana gets a pass from me because she’s still green and growing.
The other 4 are all veterans and ring generals, it was messy.

Ok so I was never a fan of Mickie back in the day. But she’s showing her tail now.

Dana needs to stop wrestling at this point. Sorry she’s regressed.

Sasha and bayley finally took shot’s at each other. About time.

Alicia Fox literally had all of her moveset taken away. Like she use to have the running sto, sidewalk slam through the ropes, gorybomb, powerbomb, corner back elbow, arm wringer face buster, the matrix into a rolling headscissor, reverse tilt a whirl gutbuster, she’s one of the only women that can perform a nasty looking clean body slam, and she doesn’t even use her New finisher anymore. Bayley was up too high and fell forward instead of splatting straight down. That’s why Fox missed her scissors kick. They watered Alicia down so much, it’s not even funny.

And maybe if they didn’t Job her out so much she’d be a pro at doing the scissors kick by now. I mean how many women have you ever seen doing that move? It’s beyond complicated to do and sell. Most of these women have never taken the move and don’t know how to sell it. Bayley was proof of that fact.

Not looking forward to Asuka over rated self.

    • Welchy

Um how is Asuka overrated already??

    • Crazy. #RIPMae

Dana regressed? How did she regress? She’s improving week after week.

  • iOwnThatSonOfABitch

If Mickie doesn’t win the title this will all be pointless.

    • Liam’

I thought this too. It’ll just completely bury anything Mickie has accomplished.

  • It

    Sasha should break Asuka streak

    • #FlairfortheGold

      How about No

    • Mike

She should at Mania beating her for the title and finally getting that long reign she deserves

  • Moan of ‘Licia

It’s funny how whenever Alicia’s finisher doesn’t connect, yall never blame her opponent. Bayley didn’t even kneel properly. She was pretty much standing. It’s a hard move to pull off, doesn’t help when Alicia literally has to hop over her opponents entire body. You have to jump as high as possible while nearly kicking your opponent in the face with the upswing, while aiming at their neck then you have to come down on one leg without twisting your ankle. At least position yourself like a fucking wrestler would instead of making it hard for Alicia.

On top of that she’s forced to make sure she doesn’t step on them while landing. Alicia Fox is literally the only woman in pro wrestling history to do this move. And she’s been jobbed out so much, she doesn’t get the practice needed to master the move. I feel bad for her truly, she’s
really tall as well so it’s a hassle I think to control her long legs when doing the move.

    • Alicia, like Naomi always has to take the blame for her opponents shortcomings. I don’t even need to wonder white.

      • Welchy

        Naomi? Lol

        • Naomi.

          • Welchy

            Knight?

          • Phatu.

          • C Mack

Nice one. Would have actually been funny if you said Campbell or something

          • Welchy

            Well I didnt & I still giggled.

          • C Mack

            My point exactly?

          • Welchy

            You ain’t make one.

          • C Mack

Just like you didn’t make a good joke! You’re the only one who laughed haha. That was the point.

          • Welchy

It was never a joke but okay??

          • C Mack

?but you giggled though. Whatever. We ain’t going back and forth like this????

          • Welchy

Just because something was funny, doesn’t mean it was a joke.
But you right. It is a joke & it is funny lol ha ha

    • Gayomi.

      SCREAAAAAAAAAMING AT THIS NAME

    • I agree alot of times her opponent is out of position when it doesn’t connect. I can’t remember where I read it, but apparently she isn’t allowed to hit them on the neck anymore. She goes for the back now…I’m not sure why. Wish I could find where I read that again.

      • MK126

I’m sure its because it targets the head. WWE doesn’t want most of the superstars to use moves that bring force down upon the head/neck which is also why Rollins had to stop using the Curbstomp

    • Rhqvk Gctyvi

OMG did you read this on WF?! I almost cried reading this,my words resonated with someone. Thank you for this, means a lot to me. Love you.

    • Aye Mate

      10/10 for your username alone.

    • FOXY & FLAWLESS BOSS

This this this this this x infinity.

    • Jaded

Because her finisher is built in a way she does 80 peevent of the work. Unlike stratusfaction OR Mickie DDT your opponent has to lift you, this is all on Alicia.
Booker t did the move to taller and broader people and never missed a beat .

    • C Mack

Right. I like your name too?

    • Danny?

Also in this instance Bayley kept moving forward when Alicia was doing the scissors kick, like honest to god PAM don’t move when someone is doing a scissors kick.

      • #FlairfortheGold

        Lmaooo PAM??

    • Number One

Alicia is a crappy wrestler who should have been fired four years ago. Get over it

      • Moan of ‘Licia

You’re a fan of Carmella and Summer.

        • Number One

Carmella, yes. Summer, no. Alicia can learn to wrestle by watching Carmella. So could Summer

  • It

Alicia Fox ruined the match imo

  • Miguel

RAW has been very nice recently, Mickie James has carried way to good this feud while Alexa is an amazing talker. This is what I needed for a long time, and actual storyline that is more than a championship match. Mickie James needs to prove that she still has it, she wants to shut Alexa’s mouth. Now I need RAW to give momentum to Mickie James by making her wrestle Sasha Banks or Bayley before the PPV; I need Alexa to victimize Mickie James and get the upper hand at some point with the help of Jax of course. Mickie James versus Alexa Bliss has the potential to be a heated match and not only because we are relying on the ring action but in the emotions.

As for Emma winning, this kind of elevates her and levels her with Bayley and Sasha, she will loose to Asuka but we know that’s everyone’s fate, including women like Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss.

    • Gayomi.

      you got nudes?

  • Gayomi.
    • CHarley

These two are the reason I even watch this. Legit show parallel careers and crowd pleasers as babfaces or heels ! Heel Trish snatched heads, Lita was a great coin the connection w/ the crowd as a baby face & heel is magnetic and fluid. They both put on fantastic showings

I base the new humans off of them ! They’re my skeleton grid= Bitter disliking but enganging encounter. Every segment, match, etc !

      • Typical Heel

Same here, Trish and Lita are the G.O.A.Ts and the reason for it all

  • Evan #KeepIt?
    • I did too but ain’t anybody here.

      oop TBH lying ass

    Completely off topic..

Do you guys think that Paige will return tonight on SD ? Or I just better go sleep ? LOL seriously

        paige, can’t you read?

        • Gayomi.

          i love Charmed

    • jxs_

I feel like they’re gonna re-debut her at Survivor Series as a secret team member or something. I don’t see a point of them randomly dragging her ass back on TV where spots are already hella limited.

      • ???

This is why I’m not interested in watching SDL at the current time, nothing interesting happening unlike Raw .. Becky vs Carmella will take place tonight plus probably boring segment by Nattie .

*Yawn* when things get interesting on SDL I’ll watch it again but right now I’ll skip

      • This is sooo WWE style!!

    • Wrestling.fan.from.France

      Just go to sleep lol

      • ???

        I just did xD
LMAO that funny because when I woke up I checked WWE on YouTube and THANK GOODNESS I slept and didn’t stay all night for that bullshit

    • CHarley

Dude Paige needs to comeback. Haha she is a pretty engaging character ! I will never forget her and AJ Lee’s snobby “frenemy” vs “bellas” fued. So much shade and dry humor.

A conspiracy may be even though she has had so many issues she interacted with AJ and WWE is wanting to erase that.. Sooo maybe that’s why she was off tv for that long to erase the remnants of the ‘DiVaS’
Paige really couldn’t comeback as a ‘Anti-Diva’. That’s ‘erased’ in WWE

    • Typical Heel

No hun, Paige is gone and she’s never coming back ?????

      • ???

You know what , I’m sick of waiting and hearing the same rumors over and over and still nothing happened..

I heard that her contract will expires in 2018 , and if she does will in her return they’ll renew her contract but if she flops then she’ll no longer be in WWE :(

I really want her back .. but TBH it’s all her fault , WWE gave her unlimited opportunities yet she screwed all of that ..

  • Gayomi.

conan kun always coming in here typing some bs and i need a translator to read it omg typing like sasha banks

  • Maddox

Charisma and Mic skills will take you farther than Wrestling skills. Came to that conclusion after watching Hell in a Cell and last nights Raw opening and Alexa/Mickie segment and the cruiserweights and Enzo

    • Typical Heel

As CM Punk said, “wrestling isn’t about how good you can wrestle but about how popular you can get” and that’s 100% true, see why women like Natalya and Molly Holly are/were irrelevant compared to Lita, Chyna, etc?

  • Gayomi.

Who wrote this article I wanna beat their ass

    • Randall

LOL exactly! I can’t take anything they write on diva dirt seriously! Their never satisfied or complain about the simplist stuff. Definitely the main reason why I rarely visit this page nowadays!

  • A?.

Raw has been so good lately!

I’m mad at Dana being so underrated and overlooked by the fans. She has improved, she’s not the best, but she gets the job done and she’s not that bad. Y’all need to leave her botches in 2016, they all make mistakes. And you learn from them.

  • Women’s Revolution

I also feel Mickie James is bringing out the best of Alexa Bliss, not to take anything from her since she’s good in her own write. She’s definitely making the most of this opportunity given to her after being looked at as an afterthought since her return.

I also there’s a stipulation added between these two women. As long as it’s not a table match since we all know how that will end.

I’m loving Emma’s entrance. She’ll eventually get her time and I’m sure she’ll hold her own against Asuka.

  • Super Mateo

I’m all for a more predictable format for these shows, but the Sasha/Bayley/Emma/Alicia stories have been buried in the death slot three weeks in a row. And each time, it was followed by Enzo. Yuck.

Anyway, Alexa and Mickie have a feud that’s going pretty good, and now we are getting two side stories. Emma will bring her delusions over to Asuka. Meanwhile, there’s the Sasha/Bayley segments, and I think this would be a good place to put Alicia…mainly because Sasha and Alicia go hard at each other. They had a side feud recently, but they did so well together that I think it’s worth revisiting. I really hope they break up Sasha and Bayley soon. Maybe Sasha can have two rivals? Dana can be a side opponent for Emma and Asuka. They could throw Summer in random places.

But enough fantasy booking. The Raw writers are doing good right now, especially with Alexa and Mickie. The writers, Alexa, and Mickie have gotten the crowds behind Mickie. Good job. Meanwhile, they’re still creating situations that put Bayley and Sasha against each other, while elevating Emma to initiate Asuka, and they gave Dana and Alicia something to do. Well done, as long as they don’t try this route every week.

  • Ryan Stratus

How can any of you haters say Mickie barely got reactions through out her entire career?! Mickie was the face of the womens division for years. Huge pops and great in ring action. I think Mickie has a chance of winning at TLC. Im sure the WWE doesn’t want to introduce Alexa Bliss to Asuka this early knowing Alexa is their biggest star in the womens division right now. I can see it being an undefeated streak vs a Vet. As much as I love Alexa you Bliss fans need to stop being delusional about Mickie Mfn James! Mickie can run circles around Alexa in the ring!

    • Mickie was that girl!!!

      • Ryan Stratus

Mickie has been that girl since her main stream rivalry debut with Trish Stratus. The moment Mickie beat the hell out of Victoria shes been that girl. These people must be kids trying to down play Mickie James. Yall going to learn today!!! @ me ???

        • They better realize why Trish passed her the torch. Mickie is legit good. The pop she gets!!!

          • Ryan Stratus

When they hugged after Trish had her last match on Raw, that torch was passed!!

          • And she went on to never disappoint. Her vs Beth, vs Melina, vs Michelle from that era of them running stuff was always good.

          • Ryan Stratus

But to these new WWE fans its not ish! You have these women now basically saying they invented wrestling and wrestling wasnt anything before them. They down play the “Diva” era and it angers me! The women I watched growing up (trish, lita, victoria, mickie, ivory, jazz, gail, molly, jacqueline, michelle, beth, melina, naomi, eve, nattie, jillian, alicia, etc.) have all entertained me more than the women that have come from NXT. These women might be ALOUD to do more inside the ring NOW but they are all so predictable. Hot potatoe championship reigns. You have Charlotte looking to snatch her 5th championship reign in two years. It doesnt bring any type of credibility to any championship doing crap like that.

          • Yes! It makes me sick when they try to forget about those women. They did what they could during their time despite having some bad booking. But they always had me excited

          • Jaded

Too bad the torch never shone.

          • You’re bugging.

    • Izzy4lw

Mickie James is the best women’s wrestler the WWE has seen since Trish Stratus in terms of overall package. She can talk, she’s gorgeous, she can go in the ring, and her character work is next to none. I’m glad she’s being given the chance to finally show what she can do.

      • Ryan Stratus

        You better preach!!!!!!!! ??

      • I think she and Melina are on a similar level.

        • Gerg

          Melina was so innovative

        • Izzy4lw

Melina is an absolutely incredible talent. I only put Mickie just above Melina (by a hair) because where Melina’s babyface was a bit shaky, her heel work was out of this world. Mickie however, can play one hell of a babyface and gave us the best heel character we’ve seen in psycho Mickie, so imo she just barely outclasses Melina, even though I think Melina is an absolutely phenomenal talent herself. Had they had the freedom then to do what the women are doing now, Melina/Trish/Beth would have easily gotten to the level of, if not surpassed, the Golden era trio of Lita/Trish/Victoria

          • Raekon

Michelle Mc Cool praised Melina for giving her the best matches in her Career if that’s any indication.
Melina also made Beth look like a huge avalance that could roll over the whole planet with her selling.
Both Mickie and Melina belong to the women that kept trying to show more than the WWE let them in their matches and characters without fear, risking getting heat everytime (and they got some because of that for sure).
Due to this they made sure they left their mark by making People notice that women are capable for far more than the wwe showcased back in the day and we fans were beyond thankfull for that.

          • Jaded

2009/2010 Mickie James got lazy, fatter and selfish in the ring.

          • Jaded

Melina is better than Mickie James in every way.
            Looks, attire, wrestling and charisma.

      • Aye Mate

Mickie James might have been hired for her veteran credentials to help break in the new blood, but look at her: she’s in peak physical conditioning, more gorgeous than ever (in my opinion) and can still wrestle to an above average minimum level. C’mon WWE: push her. This is a performer who audiences can identify with as a real person; we need those types in wrestling too!

      • Jaded

She is pretty, I would’nt call her gorgeous.
Gorgeous is Trish ,Stacy, Eva, eve, Layla
I feel we use that word too easily these days.

I mean she must be doing her job well and is way over if someone like you is always hating on her. What you should be focused on is Sasha being Asukas punching bag in the near future. If you’re mad now you’re about to be furious soon ???

          • GOD STRATUS•

          • Ryan Stratus

It’s a fact that I don’t. What is factual is that you come into my notifications talking ish about a tv show. If you don’t agree with someone move a long, instead of trying to prove a point. You’re only proving that you’re A.Lifeless & B.Ignorant. The only thing coherent about you is that keyboard you use to bash and slam people. Find your life bc this is officially a chef closed case. ??

I don’t in fact I’d like her if she was learning as fast as Trish or even or any of the diva search girls who learned on the job WITHOUT the performance center. RAW is doing so good right now. Did Smackdown and RAW switch writers again? Smackdown has been so dry since the shake up and it’s annoying. Why can’t both divisions be on and popping? It’s always one being better than the other. Anyways, I’m glad Emma won tonight even though I feel Alicia should’ve won this match to showcase her skills and character in a match with Asuka on PPV. And on top of that, Asuka would’ve gave Alicia THAT match that she’s yet to achieve and it would’ve been fun.

  • hitesh khanna

Why do I feel like this is will be mickie’s retirement match as it will be the shocking surprise when she wins and announces that and then the raw divison will start fresh for the title and thats how they will make room for asuka to be undefeated by getting the belt.. which this will lead to mickie being in the HOF next year.. just a thought!! Cause how long can they stretch the ” ur to old to be in this ring” storyline when shes done with alexa..

  • trishlita721

It was really nice not to see nia this week.

  • -V

I believe that Mickie deserves that title so much more than Alexa… I mean when Mickie was a 4 time champion she not only had the mic but the ring skills as well and obviously Alexa still needs to work on her craft, especially if she is a “4 time champion”.

Hopefully WWE will get it right at TLC & finally give Mickie the push that she has been deserving for the past year.

  • Aye Mate

Trish Stratus recorded seven championships in a highly memorable but relatively short career span. She’s often derived as an immediate modern influence on female wrestlers today; or, at least, her measure of success is. Since 2006 WWE has done a faithful job upholding that reputation as a pinnacle of what women’s wrestling was at its peak. But at the nexus where the “women’s revolution” purports to be credible there needs to be an acknowledgement, on WWE’s part, of what went wrong after Trish Stratus.

I mean, the material was there. Mickie James and Melina were fine spiritual successors to the throne, laying down the groundwork for a rivalry which showed signs of being just as iconic as Trish’s career long narrative with Lita. Beth Phoenix had been ushered in as a hybrid of Jazz and Victoria; you had promising upstarts in Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall, Candice Michelle and Natalya. Gail Kim, fresh off an iconic TNA run, even returned. Most mystifying, then, that WWE took another route.

Exhibit A: Wrestlemanias flown by where the championship contested by women missed out being placed on the card. The women were a smokescreen to put over gimmicks like Santina, Vickie Guerrero, Snooki and Maria Menounous. Inconsequential multi-woman affairs designed for the goodwill of using up everyone, just never in a productive, star-making way. On that note, the last ever women’s singles match to appear on a Wrestlemania card is a Playboy-signatured title bout between Melina and Ashley Massaro. We’ll leave it at that.

Exhibit B: The impossible task placed on the women of how productive to use their two to three minute average match time. Often the matches were designed to showcase athleticism without any story behind them, thus the audience struggled to care.

Exhibit C: Sexy, Smart, Powerful! At Wrestlemania in 2012, serving as the prelude to yet another meaningless tag match, was a promotional video for the women focused entirely on the glamorous lifestyle of being a WWE Diva and not a hint of their wrestling prowess or accomplishments. The next year the only match involving the women was scrapped from the card altogether.

Exhibit D: Often recalled and identified as a herd but never as individuals, exemplified in many lumberjill matches, multi-woman matches, and even the suspicious vista of having to stand behind Sunny during her HOF induction as “Divas!” legitimised by her career. (Sunny inspired the wrestler someone like Gail Kim would become? Really, Qween?)

Exhibit E: Piggy James to Mickie is what barking like a dog was to Trish Stratus. Or what the gastric dysfunction gimmick was to Natalya. It was also the last high profile angle Mickie James has ever really featured in for WWE.

I could go on but you get my drift. The thing is, I believe Mickie James being a strongly booked champion is not only doable, but a vital story to portray in getting over WWE’s evolution of women. Now granted, you could tell the story of avenging the injustice of the Divas era through fellow veterans in Alicia Fox and Natalya Neidhart. But Mickie James is, narratively, a better suit: winning her seventh championship and tying the woman who put her on the map is a rightful and deserved accolade for someone who was a prominent name in an era where women were misrepresented as equal athletes. This would be a suitable ribbon to tie up her contributions to the wrestling industry on a whole. It doesn’t come down to Mickie James thereby being comparable to Trish Stratus; no one is. But it’s a much, much bigger picture with a lot of relevant points to address.

The Divas bore the brunt of WWE’s mismanagement; they suffered the butt end of outmoded chauvinism, were glossed over and ignored, treated with contempt, admonished and appraised twice as unfairly as their male counterparts, were often denied to opportunity to be relevant and restricted in how they could demonstrate their abilities. Awarding a historic championship win to Mickie James is the beginning of a long rebuttal WWE owes to its regrettable past.

    • Typical Heel

      I agree 100%

    • trishlita721

Thank you for this!!! This is amazing!! People want to say women’s wrestling is good today. It’s so bad and lacks direction. Even bra and panties days were fun and made sense!!

    • Kat Love

Lita deserved more than 4 reigns.

      • Aye Mate

Sigh. This wasn’t about Lita. It’s not about fan wars. This wasn’t even about tying Trish Stratus’ record. It’s about Mickie James, an active performer who’s still at the top of her game, being given the chance to redefine the reputation of an era of women’s wrestling which was crucially undermined years ago.

This answer is alot more effective and better than your previous novel. I’m half joking, but I completely agree. If they actually talk about this in a TLC video package for their match, it would be that much more meaningful.

I am a creative writer so at times self-editing can be an issue! I stand by it though, no matter the length ?

There is a grievance among women’s wrestling fans in which we had gone through a period of being frustrated with the constraints on both the women and the product, and none of that has been fully acknowledged through Mickie James’ return to WWE thus far. Hopefully this changes.

          • NY

That would make for a compelling, full circle victory acknowledging the fans and be a kind of retribution for the negligence the women at the time went through and us their fans. I love that. It would be an amazing angle if done right.

What I would do is have Asuka in a separate storyline with Emma so Emma can be built up too, even if she’s losing she can give Asuka a run for her money and make herself look like a threat again. Keep Asuka as a female Brock and away from the title for a good while. That would be another issue in itself I suppose.
Mickie can be cost the title by Nia and some of the women can start ganging up on Mickie getting the spotlight again. We’d need Dana, Emma, Foxy, and Alexa leading this pack with possibly an uneasy alliance with Bailey and Sasha. Alexa promising them a fair shot each, but the catch is they have to force Mickie out of WWE once and for all. This could be the onset of a huge Invasion type feud, where other women of the past who were neglected return. Melina, Beth, Eve, Kaitlyn, whomever else that didn’t get a proper chance, join in and we could have a Survivor Series 5 on 5. Alexa’ s team of Dana, Nia, Fox, and Emma vs Mickie’s with Melina, Beth(or Kaitlyn), Eve, and Serena? The girl who had shaved her head w Punk? It could be an all out war between them. A good long 30 minutes of awesome moments where the women of the past win and celebrate and putting to rest the, you’re too old crap they’re doing.

If Bailey and Sasha aren’t involved they could be collecting losses to Asuka I guess, if they wanna keep Asuka’s streak going. After the war between the women. We can have Mickie keep her title or have another strong babyface win it? And then we’ll have a first ever Women’s Royal Rumble to open the show. Now I’m gonna just throw in some possible surprise entrants with Kharma, Lita, Trish, Gail Kim, Ivory, Victoria, but eventually Asuka wins and is headed to face any Champion from Raw or Smackdown at Wrestlemania?

Alright I totally put my foot in my mouth about my other comment earlier, I’m a mess…but I would love to see this unfold with your proposed motives to have all my dream sequence unfold.

          • Aye Mate

See, wrestling novels can be fun ?

  • king valor

apparently taz thinks emma has a chance of actually beating asuka at TLC…cause vince is in the mood for a swerve

  • Aye Mate

Also, forgive me for my initial bloated comment, my opinion of RAW condensed: it’s testament to Mickie’s talent that an angle which is designed to embarrass her has, instead, allowed her to come across with utmost dignity. Brava.

    • king valor

she literally made a shit storyline gold and is winning the crowd over. i hope the back is seeing this and involves in her the championship storylines more so after TLC

      • Aye Mate

        Agreed!

    • Izzy4lw

Mickie understands crowd psychology and what will and will not get her over as a babyface; her failure to connect thus far has been almost solely due to the fact that the WWE hasn’t actually GIVEN her anything. Yes she can go in the ring, but Mickie James’ strong point has always been her character and promo skills. She’s finally being given a chance to really connect, and she knows how to take a bad segment that would bury less talented women and turn it into a sympathy garnering promo that makes the crowd not only root for the fiery babyface, but puts the heat on whatever heel she’s up against. It’s a masterclass in promo work, and I sincerely hope the other women in the back (or at home in the case of SD wrestlers and NXT wrestlers) were taking lessons.

      • Aye Mate

Well, let us not forget that she had a huge creative hand in devising one of the most memorable storylines within women’s wrestling, and her success in getting over initially was down to the little nuances she injected into her character.

        • Izzy4lw

this is why I have enjoyed Alexa the most in recent weeks – generally, the other women can’t quite keep up with Alexa on the mic. They sound forced, or just aren’t quite as natural sounding, so Alexa tends to dominate her promos. But Mickie can keep up with Alexa in terms of sheer character work, so Alexa has had someone to bounce off. WWE just needs to recognize that even though Mickie is ‘old’ by Vince standards, she’s still their best bet as top babyface, and the longer this feud between Mickie and Alexa goes, the more she’s going to prove it. If she keeps this up, Mickie may not give management any choice but to put the strap on her and let her lead the division again.

          • Aye Mate

The way I see it is this:

Alexa Bliss is one hell of a talker. But even she can’t transcend the occasional troughs WWE feeds her – This Is Your Life, ’nuff said. Generally, though, she’s so so very good and thereby hard to not root for because, let’s face it, there’s a stark contrast between she and a lot of other female workers on the mic. The problem with Alexa is that she isn’t yet so much of a spectacular wrestler that her dominance in the ring comes at the expense of those she goes over cleanly. I believe that WWE could utilise Alexa better without the title, and someone who’s a bit more well rounded like Mickie, would fare better in her spot.

But I do wholeheartedly agree that Bliss doing what she does best has been a lot more effective and enjoyable to watch given that she’s working with a player who’s equally capable of solid character work.

      I love your reads!!!

  • Mitch Von Erich

Why can’t these new girls just get it like Trish and Lita back in the gap.Everything just looks so scripted but Mickie is still killing it.Trish Stratus and Lita pass he the torch

    • trishlita721

      Omg yesssss!!!!

    • Mike

Before she turned heel Lita sounded scripted as well lol Trish was the natural talker along with Molly and jazz and ivory

  • TorrieTrishStacyLita

Are the women ever going to compete in anything other that traditional match types ever again?? I feel like we’ve had nothing since Bayley vs Alexa’s slinky on a pole match

    • Gail-Rollins Fan

Not as long as Alexa is involved.

      • Welchy

Because when Sasha was taken out the equation during Charlotte’s reign and they threw in Bayley & Nia, the stipulations kept coming for RAW, right? Way before an Alexa. Lol

        • The Wicked Bitch

          Tea

        • Gail-Rollins Fan

They got that kendo stick match and it flopped ??

          • Welchy

Well of course that match flopped uh it flopped before it even happened

        • Gail-Rollins Fan

  • Typical Heel

MICKIE JAMES F***ING MIC SKILLS ARE PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!!!! ????? She sounds 1 million percent natural, to the point where it feels she’s making her own lines, WWE writers just couldn’t possibly be that good…

  • ?K . A . T ?

It’s so awesome seeing Mickie in the spotlight again, she truly is one of the greatest women’s wrestlers to ever exist.

  • trishlita721

I’m starting to think even the reviewers started watching women’s wresting around 2010. Cause my god its so so bad with the exception of takeover. Oh and the exception Mickie James

    • Majority of people here seem like they haven’t watched for so long. I’ve seen so many commentators discredit the likes of Trish, Melina, Jazz etc. to praise the current women. Whenever I see dumb shit like “Brie/Carmella/Alexa/whoever the fuck else has surpassed Trish in the ring” I cringe.

  • Organization XIII

Loving the mic work between Alexa & Mickie but only concern is how they book the physical encounters between Mickie & Alexa. Every feud Alexa is in she either completely washes her opponent in promo brawls or her opponent completely washes her. It’s never a back & forth thing.

As for the elimination match…I agree with the reviewer in it was odd to have a match to determine who would job to Asuka.

  • NoWayHoeSay

Glad bayley took a back seat foxy and Emma shone

  • IconicTrio

I love how its like identity wars with some of you on here, and my only thoughts were “everyone did well, I liked it”

Yeah so the axe kick didn’t look good and maybe Bayley messed it up a bit… wow, just shoot her on the spot for the offence, or just y’know, move on.

  • raw was good and i am happy to see mickie get her chance again
