Let’s take a look at 5 up and coming indie woman wrestler’s that you need to pay attention to, and if given the opportunity you should see live. Use the arrows to see all the women’s wrestlers featured.

1. “The Lost Girl” Samantha Heights

Samantha Heights is not your average women’s wrestler and she likes it that way. She resides in Dayton Ohio and is currently trained by Oi4k (oVe) member, Dave Crist. Samantha broke into the business wrestling for Ohio’s Rockstar Pro wrestling and credits Billie Kidman’s shooting star press for getting her interested in wrestling in the first place. Outside of the ring, Samantha indulges in Star Wars movies, concerts and the occasional Freddie Kreuger horror flick. Inside the ring, Samantha Heights packs an underestimated punch that has landed her working for promotions such as CZW, AAW, Rise and Shimmer. She’s a 1x Vicious Outcast Wrestling (VOW) Vixen Champion and plans on adding more championships to her showcase very soon.

2. Zoey Skye

Zoey Skye, also known as Dust on the indie scene doesn’t need to say a lot for her presence to be felt in the room and in the ring. She’s already tough and intimidating, but paired with Rosemary, she’s the perfect compliment to a show’s card and is becoming a heel to be reckoned with. It’s been a steady incline of success for Zoey Skye and people are taking notice. In 2016 she debuted with Shimmer in Chicago, in 2017 she traveled to England to wrestle and in 2018 was selected By Kevin Harvey and RISE to debut in Japan at a Stardom Wrestling event.

3. “Smiley” Kylie Rae

She want’s to be the very best, like no one ever was. Kylie Rae usually receives a loud pop as she makes her way to the ring to the Pokémon theme song. Kylie has a quirky personality and charm that makes her a like-able figure in and outside of the squared circle. She hails from Chicago, but got her start and in Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling (ROW) where she became a 2X time ROW Diamonds champion and feuded with the MYC competitor Miranda Salinas. Since then she has become more well traveled and received bookings with Freelance Wrestling, AAW, Shimmer and RISE. In 2018, Kylie Rae will also get the opportunity to travel to Japan when RISE talent debuts at Stardom Wrestling.

4. Charli Evans

Perhaps the best talker of the bunch, Charli Evans has no shortage of words for her competitors and her haters. Sporting a wicked topknot, she proudly represents her country of Australia and doesn’t let you forget where she came from. Madison Eagles is Charli’s trainer thus adding to her steadily growing resume. If you haven’t seen Charli’s work you need to “sort ya self out” as she would say.

Last but certainly not least, is the eye-catching and vibrant warrior known as Delilah Doom. She’s an over zealous bundle of joy and a HUGE fan of Richard Simmons. Delilah Doom incorporates aerobic workouts into her move set which brings unique flavor to the ring. Delilah was trained by Funaki in his dojo and learned the importance of in-ring storytelling. Despite her small stature, Delilah seeks inspiration from the late Chyna and has found success in both Shimmer and RISE as of late. Recently, She went toe to toe with Rosemary in a cage and successfully defended her Phoenix of Rise Championship at Rise 6: Brutality.
