Welcome to the fifth edition of a new feature here at Diva Dirt - Screen Sirens! Here I will bridge the gap between our beloved (well, some at least) women of wrestling and the leading ladies gracing the movie screen - whether they be damsels in distress, kick-ass bombshells, dramatic protagonists, or anything in between - we will celebrate the influence and presence of women in the movies and see how they in turn could be connected to the Divas and Knockouts we discuss on this very blog.

With this weekend’s release of “Sex and the City”, we’ll look at the four women - Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha - that live, love, and play in the popular TV show-turned movie. Each have their quirks and individual stylers - Carrie’s the witty writer who constantly ahead of the fashion curve, Charlotte’s the “good girl” with a classic style to go with her more subdued persona, Miranda is the career woman with a serious wardrobe to match, and Samantha’s the man eater (for lack of a better term) who dresses bold but classy in keeping with her attitude. These four friends help each other through ups and downs involving love, jobs, and life in general, and are loyal to the end. Despite being very different from one another, they show that just about anyone can be friends, if they have a strong enough bond.

With Carrie’s outrageous style, Charlotte’s sweetness, Miranda’s take-charge attitude, and Samantha’s over-the-top sexuality, each have defining characteristics which make them unique. So, which Diva is closest to which? TELL US IN THE COMMENTS BELOW!
