If there were a “Page Six” in WWE Magazine, the frivolous relationship between Michelle McCool and The Undertaker would be the WWE equivalent of Brad & Angelina. Michelle’s big push, uncoincidentally, came at a time when word spread that she was dating ‘Taker. Not to detract from her talent, because I do think she has really come into her own over the past 6 months on SmackDown! but the fact is, if it were not for her personal choices, she wouldn’t have received that initial push by WWE and go onto SmackDown!’s top Diva. I do think she has worked hard, it’s a mixture of both WWE pushing her and her taking that ball and running with it. There has been a lot of fan speculation that Michelle will and should move to RAW, during the WWE Draft on June 23rd and after last night’s One Night Stand… I can just about see it happening. I, for one, was dead certain that Michelle wouldn’t move, she would stay on SmackDown! to be with ‘Taker, who is such an integral part of the brand. But last night’s pay per view changed my opinion and I am pretty adamant that Michelle will, in fact, move to RAW on June 23rd. Michelle wasn’t on the broadcast - but her luvah - Mr ‘Taker, was. Last night at One Night Stand, the Undertaker’s career “ended” when he was defeated by Edge in a TLC match. Of course, this is WWE and it doesn’t actually mean he’s leaving WWE… I fully expect him to pop up on RAW in the near future, probably during the Draft. And where ‘Taker goes, so shall Michelle. What do you think of this development? Michelle to RAW - yay or nay? |

I don’t know, Undertaker won’t go to Raw unless HHH goes to Smackdown, because they’re not the best of friends. i suspect all the interference in the will bring him back to the blue brand.
I’d like to see Michelle on Raw, but i still don’t think she’s got enough to make her shine on Raw with the gimmick, I’d be worried she get shuffled to the back. There’s Beth, Katie & Melina and possibly Candice on Raw…
I would love her on RAW, she’s more talented than Ashley and Maria. Maria can be traded to S’down and become its top face diva.
Id swap her for Maria as well.
SD! is the brand were Divas are sent to learn(like Michelle has over the last year)
Maria would be perfect there and Michelle has improved ALOT.
And she would add to the womens division on RAW.
I agree, I think a Maria-Michelle swap would be good. Maria can be a fan favourite and top Diva, but having both Maria and Michelle on SD! will detract from one another. Meanwhile, Michelle has a lot more to offer RAW than Maria has. Switch ‘em, I say.
i think it sucks..a switch of maria/michelle would be good..but at least maria had a good gimmick and was alright on the mic..i dont think michelle has enough to stand out, unless mcmahon exploits their relationship too..shes to bland and boring to be a top face..shes not even really much of one on SD
Christi, valid points. But I’d much rather see a Diva who’s able to wrestle with the likes of Beth, Melina and Mickie on RAW and pull off a decent match every week. Maria can pull off okay matches, but Michelle is far more experienced. Hopefully she develops some personality and charisma too.
Leave her on SD! She’d just get lost in the toss on RAW, like Jillian.
With WWE pushing Mickie and Candice as top faces, there would be NO room for her anywhere.
But I’m guessing she would have Taker to fuck to the top.
Plus she’s beyond boring. At least Ashley, Maria, and Candice have personalities in and out of the ring.
I don’t want her moving to Raw at all. For one she really needs to improve on the mic and her personality. If she even has one. I want her to stay away from Raw. And I don’t like her and Taker being together. The girl screwed her way to the top on SD and she should stay there. I just know Taker will show up on raw even though I’d like him to stay on SD. It would worry me about the ratings for SD if he was moved. But if that meant his being away from Michelle then that’s fine. I think other divas should be on top that didn’t whore them selves out to people like Taker. I’m sorry but I just don’t like Michelle at all for many reasons.
1. There is actually no proof that the reason she was pushed was because of her screwing Taker. If you look at when she received her push, it was a shaky time for the face divas of Smackdown. Torrie was having trouble with matches due to her back, Kristal was involved in the Teddy storyline and was soon fired, Cherry was..nothing. There were no other face divas on Smackdown to take the “Top SD face” role in diva terms. If she’s screwing Taker then whatever, but I don’t think it’s because of that she’s getting the push. Not entirely.
2. Although I’m a Michelle fan, I agree with those saying she needs to develop a gimmick and work on her mic skills before she makes the big jump to RAW, if not then the results could be pretty bad.
