We posted details of former WWE Diva, Terri Runnels‘ very own “Big Give”, but it seems that Terri isn’t as generous as Oprah after all. You see, one of our readers, Jane commented and worked out that Terri stands to make $1m from the contest.
By entering, you pay a $200 fee and there must be 5000 entries for the competition to go forward… giving the former Diva a cool $1m to take home. Now, factor in the prize of $100,000 (and maybe even the cost of the home) and Terri is still earning $500,000-$900,000. While Vince may be giving away a million, Terri is about to get a few extra zeros in her account. I gotta hand it to her though, this might possibly be the most genius way of making money without working since that dude who faked his death in a rowing accident here in the UK.
Edit: It seems reader DJ has spotted out that the cash prize is being donated by a “third party donor.” Hmm… I have contacted her media representative and if I hear anything, you shall be the first to know.

She’s also not even supplying the $100,000. From the FAQ on the site:
Q: What about the cash prize of $100,000.00? Where does that money come from and what can I do with it?
A: The cash prize of $100,000.00 is being donated to the Contest winner by a third party donor. The Contest winner is encouraged, but not required, to use the proceeds to “make a difference†by bringing their idea of changing the world to life. This can involve donating the funds to a charity or non-profit of the Contest winner’s selection or using the funds personally, to begin their dreams for improving the world.
I wonder what happens if they don’t get 5,000 entries? Because it also says:
Contest must have at least 5,000 entries and the contest will end on August 3, 2008
on the media room page.

Yeah Jane, and what’s really got me curious is what happens to the money if there aren’t 5,000 entries? Do people get their money back? Does she keep it? That is just STRANGE and I have never seen that rule in a contest before. The whole thing sounds so shady to me.

Just a theory….but do you think the third party donor is really the contestants who entered and didn’t win?
Because normally, they would named the sponsors involved.
Ummm…this doesn’t surprise me. Terri is desperate and broke!! if she needs money that bad, she should just do Playboy already, while she still can.if that don’t work there is always Burger King, or maybe one of her Ex husbands will take her back and support her.
