YES! More Diva Search Rejects!

8 comments | Posted by Erin

For those of you watching ECW last night and wondered who Teddy Long’s lovely assistant was, wonder no longer! Apparently, she is Taryn Terrell, a castoff of 2007’s Diva Search who has been in developmental ever since.

I have fuzzy memories of this past Diva Search (partially because I tend to mentally block out things that upset me), but I can recall not liking this chick. She seemed generic and rather unspectacular. But hey, maybe some time in developmental did her some good. But seriously WWE, maybe you should start harvesting crops in trained indy girls with years of experience instead of these half-assed human weeds. I though you were done with this “hiring Diva Search rejects” crap. Curious about her? I can feel your interest piquing! Well, click here to visit her MySpace page.

I also did some scrounging (AKA searching on Youtube) and found a video that probably shows the extent of her abilities. Keep in mind, I’m not selling her short - I just have safely low expectations. Check out Taryn and fellow contestant Lyndy (who?) doing.. um.. well, I honestly don’t know:

I rather wwe called up Victoria Crawford then “Tiffany” to do the assistant role for Teddy Long but it doesn’t really bother me - I don’t think she will be anything but backstage eye candy on ECW. Atleast they are not putting her in match lol

Taryn…I thought that I remembered her for some reason and I did a bit of googling and realized she is the girl I was thinking of.

When the Diva Search was going on, she was doing all kinds of interviews with all the news sites and she was answering people on her myspace, etc, basically just being very open to the fans. After she was eliminated, she threw a fit and stopped answering people. But she got over it and went to wrestling school. She also badmouthed Stacy Kiebler. She was supposedly a fan before the Diva Search.

Here’s a link to one of the interviews she did where she talks about being a fan:

Oh yeah, DJ. I think I remember that. Let’s hope her attitude’s changed.

She must have impressed someone, it seems l like she’s doing the Michelle Mccool route into the WWE, aka appear in the diva search, get kicked off but make it anyway. Is it me or is the WWE actually having some success with the diva search. It seems like a number of their performers (Ashley excepted) from the diva searches made it onto the WWE roster

    “impressed” them

ew, honestly u’d think they’d call up roucka or crawford, yet they go and call up some nasty ds chick. I remember SHE added me on myspace for support in the ds lol.

I never enjoy the generic blond. I remember hearing about her debut & wishing her spot went to Victoria Crawford ( who I was pleasantly surprised to see debut as Alicia Fox on Friday Night Smackdown ). So now, I don’t care about her role. As long as she’s still training in FCW to be all she could be - than it’s ok. Right?
