The Latest on Melina

Diva Dirt can confirm that Melina suffered a fractured heel on Monday night, when she was tossed over the top rope in the Raw vs SmackDown tag team match. Unfortunately, the injury seems to be worse than it first appeared and there isn’t a time frame at the moment, for Melina’s return.
Again, we’d like to send a big get well soon to Melina!

Oh no poor Melina ! I hope she will get well very soon !
lol I guess Victoria can add Melina to her list.
I do hope she gets better really soon. =(
Dang, She took a nasty Fall!
Hope she Gets well Soon!
Yeah, I wonder if WWE will capitalize on Victoria injuring Divas again. Maybe she could bring her hit list back, lol
Ack.. Hopefully this won’t keep her out long.
I hope this doesn’t get her drafted.
Victoria is like the female Kennedy, every time she gets in the ring with someone they get hurt. Candice, Beth, and now Melina. I know it wasn’t intentional, but damn! Get well soon Melina!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I want her back. I was hoping it wasn’t going to be broken. God Victoria sure has a nack for injuring people. Dammit!!!
Well hopefully she’ll have a speedy recovery and be back again soon. Get Well Soon Melina. We Need You Back.
I had this exact injury 5 years ago. It was performed by Arthur Malkani from University of Louisville hospital. You can google his name. He is the adult orthopedic director at U of L. I have had a calcaneal plate with seven screws since.
I am able to run 5 miles a day now with no problem. If you have the reconstruction surgery, have Malkani do it. You will love him afterward. This is an incredibly painful injury and you will not be walking for at least six months unfortunately. Here is the link to the procedure:: PAINFUL MEMORY!

I knew Melina broke her heel as soon as I saw it happen by the amount of pain she was in. I have been checking reports since Monday night to confirm my suspicions. Keep strong Melina, this injury will chage your life.
