Divas Championship Intended For Torrie

WWE had originally intended to launch the title in 2007 after re-acquiring Torrie Wilson during the WWE Draft. It seems Torrie was in line to be the very first Divas Champion *le sigh*
Of course, Torrie and Victoria were drafted to SmackDown during the WWE Draft last year, possibly in anticipation? What do you think of the news? Do you prefer the current plans or would you (like me) had loved to have seen Torrie realise the dream of a career?

I’d have loved to have seen Torrie become the first Diva’s Champion.
It’s quite a pity she never became a Women’s Champion during her time with the WWE.
I had always wanted Torrie to be the womens champion and they never gave her the chance. She totally deserved it. And now Michelle is is getting one that I don’t think she deserves. Torrie deserved to face whoever for the title and win it. Why did she have to leave? She could have been a champion finally. I wish she hadn’t had so much trouble with her back and stayed.

That would have been nice to see her hold a title at least once in her career. Maybe they felt there wasn’t enough competition on SD back then, so they waited until now to have a deeper roster..

Hey,Torrie after that successful back surgery i think you will be feeling great so my sugestion to you is if you are feeling great so return to wwe and become the DIVAS CHAMPION
