With Candice‘s return seemingly imminent, there seems to be a spanner thrown in the works…
The above is advertising for SmackDown’s move from the CW to MyNetworkTV in the fall and prominently features the former Women’s Champion. Will Candice be making her re-emergence on Friday nights? While I’m not a Candice fan by any means, I think this would be a huge blow to Raw as they will lose yet another face. Not to mention, this will overcrowd SmackDown’s already steady and growing division. With Michelle McCool and Maria at the forefront of SmackDown, there’s hardly room for Candice too! WWE is already showing signs of booking Maria at the expense of Michelle, what will become of the Divas Champion if Candice jumps too? Meanwhile over on Raw, Candice’s return could surely take the edge off of Mickie James‘ current stale run as Women’s Champion and top babyface. Candice has a built-in return angle with Beth Phoenix too, let’s not forget.

i would love to see her on smackdown this is the training she needs
Maybe the WWE though Candice would be back in time for the draft and make this before they realize she would be back that early. Or on the hand, they may have just put on the flyer being that other then Maria (and maybe Michelle to some degree) no one outside the wrestling world really knows who is on Smackdown.

Smackdown is in no way packed with talent. The only women who can put a great match on Smackdown are Victoria and Nattie. Michelle can put on a solid match, and with the right talent, Candice can be carried to an average match most of the time unlike Maria. Raw will be fine without Candice (better off if you ask me), as any of the heels can simply turn face. It seems as if Layla will turn face for Noble, Jillian could turn if need be, and on top of that Melina will be returning in the up-and-coming months. If Candice switches, Raw will lose nothing from it.
One thing to remember is that this is one of a lot of regional posters. Anyone ever hear of making multiple variations? Sow me a poster from somewhere else and I would not be surprised to see a completely one. Plus this one has Carlito who has barely been seen on Smackdown. And yes from a storyline standpoint it makes much more sense for Candice to be on Raw since she will have a ready made feud with Beth
Her hair looks a whole heck of a lot like Victoria’s in that picture…

Am I the only one who doesn’t see this happening?
I mean why else would Beth Phoenix, the same woman who storyline injured Candice, be gunning for the title, the INSTANT that Candice get’s cleared to wrestle? (And yes she’s been cleared). Seems like the foundation for a feud has been set. I doubt that flyer was made after this Monday and plus I’ll believe what I see on tv before I believe something on a WWE flyer, which have been wrong before.
Who will Beth feud with? Mickie? Seen it, don’t care to see it again. Kelly? She’s not ready and she just decimated her a couple weeks ago. Melina? She’s gone for four more months. Call someone from development? They’re not ready, they all suck. Move someone from SD? No way. McCool just got the title, Maria was just moved, and Chery doesn’t have enough star power to make it on RAW.
So that leads me with really no other choice but to doubt this. Could it happen? Yes but I don’t see how it would work out. Maria, Candice, and McCool on one brand? How would WWE find the time to push all three to the moon and back?
Plus RAW cannot afford to lose another face.

Yes Mike has a really great point. Raw has four heels (Beth, Layla, Jillian, and Katie Lea) and only two faces (Mickie and Kelly). Raw needs Candice. They NEED her.
I wud love 4 them 2 do a trade like they done in the past(2005) with torrie & Candice for Stacey & Christy hemme – i’d like to c it done wit victoria/ cherry or maryse for candice
I’m pretty sure that they will make Candice heel and not baby face and maybe even they will make Candice and Victoria best mates again.
This was a regional poster put out by the MyTV affiliate in Los Angeles during the Venice Beach live event that was just held. My guess is it was created by someone in the station production department who was working off photos supplied to them by the WWE and had no idea who is on which brand.
I LOVE Candice but NO!!!!!!! SHE CANT GO TO SD!!! I mean SD right now is fine IMO and if Raw were to lose Candice….OMG! She is good at being a top face and really gets over with the crowd so why move her to SD? It could just be a mix up cuz Candice was at the MY13 booth at the Venice Beach and the majority of Superstars at the event were SD superstars so it could be a mix up. Lets hope she doesnt go to SD. Like Cameron said RAW NEEDS CANDICE! and I couldnt agree more!!!
I agree with Rob I don’t see WWE moving Candice any where they like her on RAW and much like Melina it seems like they would love to bill Candice as the top diva I’m the essence of lita/trish esq meaning their top go to face. But I’m praying she ditches the short hair, and like I’ve said previously WWE I hope they’ll be quick to hook her up with some extensions
OMG ihope she doesnt go to smackdown RAw needs her bad so she can add to the faces on raw BUT……. I also heard that ……..Trash imean Ashley was comming back so maybe they are going to have candice on SD and Ashley On Raw…..God i hope thats not true
They wouldn’t bring back Candice as a heel. They are going to have her come back as a face and win the Women’s championship from Beth (who will win it from Mickie at SummerSlam)
beth is not winnign the belt from mickie at summerslam. she may be champ in the future but i see kofi pinning santino or mickie pinning santino.
I feel this would be a huge blow for RAW! I say let this Candice/Beth feud finally end and when it does, the WWE can decide on weither or not to move her.
I think the diva that should be moved from RAW to SD! is Melina. I think likly she’ll be moved because of what Victoria did to her. And now with Cherry gone SD! need a tough diva to team with Michelle to feud with Victoria and Natayla even though Melina is tougher than Cherry.
I also hear Eve and Alicia might begin to wrestle and feud and that Milena Roucka might be called up to end the Beth/Santino feud, so i dont think any brands are at a loss.
