Michelle McCool def. Maria via the heel hook to retain the Divas Championship. Jesse & Festus were at ringside for the match, Festus heard the bell at the end of the match and got in the ring to check if Maria was okay.November 21st

Interesting. They’re doing a great job of tying Michelle and Maria’s rivalry with Maria’s ‘lovelife’. Good job, WWE! Can’t say I want McCool to wear that title much longer though…

Blah…so they push a good Michelle/Maryse feud to the side to give Maria a shot at the title only for her to lose. I didn’t want Maria as champion but i’d rather have anyone else at this point other than Michelle. What a waste.

And the Michelle flaming begins >_>.. Glad Michelle retained, since Maria is far from ready to even carry the 2nd rate women’s title. Michelle is actually starting to become more entertaining the past few weeks, so I’m glad the title is on someone they are trying to improve right now.. I would not be surprised if this storyline carries on to Surv. Series with perhaps Michelle joining Natayla & Victoria in a six diva tag against Maria & the Bella Twins.

And ummm….apparently this match is taking place on the 11/21 edition of SD? Because wrestlezone.com has it’s spoilers up for 11/14 and this match isn’t featured…did we get jewed out of a Diva match this week? :S

I really don’t think any rivalry’s will be started until after Survivor Series Sense rumor has it they have a Divas tag match scheduled, but yeah thank god maria didn’t win, and time for Maryse to get back in line for the title

I’m no Michelle fan whatsoever, but I’ll call it when I see it. Its funny when people despise her so much and want her to lose the title to any/or of all people like for example Maria, and then in turn say they didn’t want her as Champ. If shes gonna LOSE the “Belt”, a good choice would be Victoria or Natalya, LOLZ.

It feels like ages since Michelle last used the Heel Hook; after her win at the Great American Bash, she just stopped using it, in favour of the Wings Of Love. Wonder why she’s brought it out again? It’s a pretty harsh thing to do to your, ah ,’friend’.
“I love you, Maria, and that’s why I’m going to tear your leg off. Soz lol.”
Still – this just makes me more interested. And I hope that tag match isn’t a total squash. Victoria may be a jobber these days (no, I don’t ike it either), but Natalya hasn’t been totally nerfed yet, and should have her position protected. She could easily be elevated back to being a championship contender at a later date.

Good match, Bellas are impressive. They do the exact same thing for their entrance. Was back and forth match. Victoria hit the Widows Peak on one and went for the pin but it got broken up. Nattie was trying to get to the Bella twin but the ref was pulling her back. As they ref and Victoria wasn’t looking the twins switched places and quickly rolled up Victoria for the win.
There was a backstage segment at the 2nd SD taping. Morrison said something to Maria like “we don’t have girls like you at the palace of wisdom”
