I’m marking out SO MUCH right now. More detailed spoilers:
* Maryse b. Michelle McCool for the Divas Title
- Maria (guest referee) is out first. Maryse follows to a mix of boos and cheers. Michelle is out last to a pop. Typical divas match with lots of back and forth action. Maryse has several two counts but after missing an elbow, the match goes Michelle’s way. Maryse eventually recovers and pins Michelle to win the title. After the match Maria helps Michelle up and the new champ poses on the ramp. As Maria goes to get out of the ring, Michelle attacks her. “You Suck” chants begin. Michelle throws Maria into the ring post and stands over her. She finally exists to lots of heat. Maria is helped to the back by referee Charles Robinson.
I heard Maria got busted open. Ouch.

i like Michelle and all but in recent months Maryse has become on of my FAVORITE divas ever. lol

Maria and Michelle McCool are shown backstage. Maria is the special referee for the title match between McCool and Maryse tonight. They talk about how they’ve known each other for four years. Michelle talks about how Maria has screwed up a lot of things lately and asks her not to screw up the match for her tonight.
Thank the Lord! What a great Christmas present! So glad Maryse is champion. I’ll probably like Michelle better as a heel, maybe she’ll actually have some personality. Can’t wait for the match!
smackdown will be good and maryse is officially my favorite diva. sure shes not the best wrestler but she has a mysterious swagger that intrigues me.maybe its the cockiness or her poses but i love maryse almost as much as i love trish its crazy!
I still love Michelle, but I think this will be nice. Maryse has the arrogance to be a good heel champion. It also gives Michelle an excuse to be an arrogant bitch feuding with anyone and everyone on the roster as she tries to get her title back.
Congrats to Maryse! She has a great heel personality, so this could be very interesting. I’m excited. Now that Michelle is going heel, maybe she will gain some personality too. Can’t wait to see it.
The match was AWESOME! Maryse used her new finisher against Michelle. Pretty epic stuff! Nice seeing Michelle beat down Maria.

I was actually there at the event. Maryse’s new finisher is the heel kick to the back of the head. I think she called it the French TKO in one of her blogs.

=] despite me being a big fan of Michelle’s I’m glad that Maryse is the Diva to have taken the title from her… well between her and Maria. I can’t wait to see this match. I’m excited and I really hope it’s not a let down. I hope Michelle beating up Maria is good to watch too.
