Yesterday’s edition of Smackdown saw Maryse win the Divas Championship, becoming the second Diva to hold the title. Her new photoshoot, “New Divas Champion” celebrates this, showing the Diva posing with her spoils. She stills looks as cocky and confident as ever, and as much as I hate the look of the belt, I have to admit that it looks great on her. I also love her sleek, gold-studded coat. It compliments her cutting-edge style. I love this shoot for many reasons, chief among them being the fact that the Divas Championship is around her waist. I truly can’t wait to see what she does with it.

Wish we could of gotten a special theme shoot of her with the belt around a room full of mirrors. Oh well, at least we got a shoot with the title lol. The belt does look better on Maryse due to the dark colors she wears and not bright colors that Michelle wears. I’m hoping Maryse will have a good long run with the title and not drop it to someone like Maria or Gail Kim.

Wow! Like many others have said Maryse really makes the title look good! I love Michelle but I think just with the way the belt looks, Maryse makes it look better. The belt doesn’t look quite so in your face in these photos =].
