The six month wait is finally over… This is way better than having her randomly turn up on TV! WWE.com has posted a vignette of Gail Kim hyping her return to the WWE! Excited!
Yesterday, several news outlets reported that Gail is being held off until post-WrestleMania for her return, which if you think about it is a good idea. It saves her character to be well planned out and given plenty of screentime rather than putting her in the mad rush leading up toWrestleMania.
I love that this vignette concentrates on how Gail is an athlete and a wrestler, it goes to show that WWE does respect female wrestling talent and this is definitely a good look for them. Furthermore, given Christian’s unceremonious comeback to ECW, I think ‘coming soon’ vignettes work much better so this puts some confidence in Gail on WWE’s end.
I’m assuming this is the first of a series of vignettes that will be played on SmackDown in the coming month or so.

Well our patience (which she asked us for) had finally paid off and that Gail Kim will be back doing what she does best wrestling, and have that chance to land the triple crown (WWE Diva belt, TNA Women’s belt, and WWE Smackdown belt) and become the first woman wrestler in history to pull that off. Glad to see that she will be with the other talents in the Smackdown stable. What a wonderful Birthday present for her on this her 32nd birthday, and this comes six months to the day she left professional wrestling. Welcome back Gail and congratulations!

Not the greatest promo but the words are true for her. She is one of the best female wrestlers and am looking forward to seeing her in matches against Maryse & Michelle. She could really help elevate the Divas Championship higher.

In case you have NOT noticed the video above is NOT the official video which was playing over at WWE.com and on their Universe Forum, and sometime about an hour ago (1:30 PM est Friday) they pulled it.
Does this mean that someone leaked it, and it is not true? Does this mean that that person will be receiving a “pink slip” from Vinny Mc? As long as they do NOT give that pink slip to Gail Kim.

Just because it’s been pulled from the website doesn’t mean anything. I guess it was put up prematurely and they’re waiting for SmackDown to air in the States before putting the video online. It has been confirmed that the promo will play on SmackDown, as it’s already aired on international editions.
