In a follow up to last year’s oh-so-successful 16 Diva tag team match, we’re getting two more thrown in tonight! Yes, that’s right… tonight’s Raw will see an 18 Diva tag team match.
I have to admit, I kinda saw this coming but thought “No, even they must have boundaries.” Guess not.

In an 18 Diva tag team match, Tiffany got the win for the babyfaces when she pinned Katie Lea. Following the match, Santino came out and showed off his ‘mankini’ which resulted in all of the Divas attacking him and throwing him out of the ring.
Melanie’s Thoughts
Tiffany? Tiffany? And what a waste of Gail Kim’s in-ring return for the company. Is it just me or did she look out of place/uncomfortable with all the other Divas? I’m going to have to get used to seeing her with this crowd.

ok im confused. i counted the only way they can have a 18 diva tag match is if candice or gail wrestles, more than likely gail.
is there a match preview showing who is in the match??

It sucks ass but I see Gail wrestling as there has been no official word that Candice is back yet which sucks. But then again they could have Candice come down and just stand there on the apron like most of the divas will be doing
Gail will probably, definitely be in the match. Sucks that this is her official return match ;/
Skipping raw tonight.
The sad thing is that this won’t be anymore than a 5 or 6 minute match, including the entrances!
This is pretty much how I see it going down:
They show a couple entrances, cut to break, come back to broadcast with even more divas (the unimportant ones) in the ring, show maybe one more or a couple more entrances (i.e. Melina or Mickie). Once the match gets going, Kelly will most likely start, and the match will continue with only a few more Divas actually getting any ring time (i.e. Melina, Jillian, Beth, or Mickie) then something will happen that will involve the rest of the Divas getting involved in a brawl or a huge Face vs. Heel tackle/beat down. Someone scores a quick pin, and tada the match is over. There will most likely be some form of a ‘showdown’ or staredown between the face & heel Divas, but as history will tell us, that will essentially be it.
Or WWE could totally surprise us all, who knows? Maybe mix it up with Alicia, Natalya, Maryse, Michelle, or whoever. But from what we’ve seen time and time again, this is the formula that WWE typically goes by. Which is sad and predictable. I think we have a good opportunity here to showcase the talents of many who will partake in this match and pitting some pairs we haven’t seen before, but it’s all in WWE’s willing to do it.
Please, WWE, prove me wrong.
what malfunshun said i agree and it got me thinking the brawl could also be like every ‘diva’ for herself, to like sorta give a sneakpeak? for the battle royal,

Honestly the way the match started off I think it could have had potential lol but it was too short. 2 min to be exact.
the match was so damn corny i mean seriously but i was right about one thing wwe did let 2 out of the 4 main raw divas wrestle. (jillian and mickie) i was shocked when they let in tiffany and whoever was in it. at least tiffany got her in ring debut win
that. was. TERRIBLE. and the first thing i noticed with gail kim was how out of place she looked and uncomfortable with the other Divas. i wonder if it was her first time meeting some of the Divas on Raw! i dont completely DISAGREE With tiffany picking up the win, but not in 2 minutes and after ONE tag!!! grrrrrrrrrr!!
That was dissappointing. I knew it was going to be short but damn! I think Tiffany looked good in the ring, but I don’t know how I feel about her picking up the win. Gail did look like ‘Where am I and who are these people?” She was just kinda floating around the back. I hope Mania is better than this. On the plus side, Alicia’s ‘do was finally up to par. I’m liking the short hair on her. :)

Gail justs needs to get some time to get used to the atmosphere of the Divas roster of now since it’s her and Lilian Garcia left from the old generation of WWE Divas also:
Trish, Lita, Stacy Keibler left in 2006
Torrie Wilson left in May 2008
Victoria left recently in January but she is still under contract with WWE
Jacqueline & Sharmell is with TNA
Nidia, Linda Miles, Jackie Gayda, Chyna, Tori retired from wrestling
Ivory is still wrestling in the Indie Circuit
Jazz and Sable are pregnant
Molly Holly, Dawn Marie, Terri Runnels, Debra, Ryan Shamrock (Alicia Webb), The Kat are still in wrestling but just appear in Autograph Conventions
I liked that they put the match as the opener. That’s a much better spot then they’ll probably get at WM.
Too bad the match tonight was so short. It’s always sucks when a match has a good beginning, then ends seconds later.
The match actually lasted 1:11. Santino got more time leading up to WM 25 than the divas did, and he doesn’t even have a match. If that doesn’t tell you what WWE thinks of their divas, I don’t know what would.
