Were you guys watching ECW last night? If so, you might be wondering who that mysterious woman standing in the hallway was when Finlay was heading to the ring. Upon further research, it has been revealed the randomly placed Diva is none other than Serena Deeb.
In case you’re not familiar, Serena is a 6-time OVW Women’s Champ and current SHIMMER star. Serena has a lengthy history with WWE Divas Beth Phoenix and Katie Lea, as well as TNA Knockout Sojourner Bolt.
What does this mean for the landscape of ECW’s Diva Roster? Will we see Serena in the WWE? Will Serena be on hand to help Finlay against the Hart Trilogy? I, for one can’t wait to find out. Check the video below to see what Serena is made of. And a special thanks to Hassan for his help!

There’s an After The Bell video of Mark Henry trying to hit on Serena as well…
wow I never thought I see her in WWE. I seen most of her matches with beth and Katie. I wish Katie and Natalya was drafted to raw then serena could have her debut on raw. Just send the Bella Twisn to ecw. Can you imagine if Raw had Katie,Natalya and Serena.Then Raw Divas would be..Beth,Mickie,Jillian,Serena,Katie,Natalya,Rosa, Kelly Kelly.I wish that could happen. If that was actually the Raw roster it would be the best raw roster since 03-04. There could be 4 heels and 4 faces.Im getting so excited thinking about it. Beth,Jillian,Mickie,Serena could be the faces. Nattie,Katie,Rosa and Kelly could be the heels.
well, that would be amazing, except you forgot about Maryse. and plus, can you imagine how lost jillian would get in that shuffle? she’d be jobbing out worse than she is now! i’d prefer her on ECW for now so she can feud with natalya and katie lea and actually get air time.
I like Serena on ECW too. She would be totally overlooked on Raw. Congrats Serena!
So do we know if she actually signed with the WWE? That would be awesome if she did.. i’d love to see her finally make it big
@anthony: I’m assuming so as she was featured in a video backstage, but you never know with WWE.
i really hope WWE signs her, or at least gets a good paycheck out of it
i really hope she did sign. i feel like im reading into it too much haha but i just find it weird that there was no mention of her signing..she just appeared on tv
@Anthony: It is kinda weird for Serena to just pop up, but you gotta take in account that Serena competed for years in a WWE training camp for years and is still there. Not to mention her work in SHIMMER and ROH. Serena is no stranger to the WWE scouts. They might have wanted to snatch her up before TNA got to her.

I did see her. I knew she looked familiar, so this is why. Well, hopefully she’ll make a good impact on ECW.
But TaylorJade, I think ECW is definitely not place for extreme divas and it happened because of Vince. If she signed with WWE, I don’t like her to be in ECW. I mean, she is a very good wrestler like Katie, she do not deserve to be in ECW and instead to be in other brands.

I’m trying to look at the bright side and think that maybe they will actually start having some Divas matches on ECW since all the females on there are talented, but that could be nothing but wishful thinking. Either way, though, I’m still curious as to what her role will be.
i think jillian should be drafted to ecw with natalya and katie and have jillian as the top face for ecw jillian is so talented and i would love to see her take on natalya and katie…..and her and maybe this new diva could equal out the divas on ecw since tiffany is the gm and i dont see her actually getting in the ring yet…..
boi213, I was actually going to suggest that. I would love Jillian to be able to get some time in the ring and actually show all of the talent she has.
i know she would be so good their…i mean if i wanted to see her go over another divai would want her to take on beth mickie or maryse in a good feud but because all of them seem to be busy and i dont think wwe would let jillian beat any of them why not put her on ecw with the still kinda fresh katie and hardlly used natalya cause when she was a face on smackdown she was really good with the fans but dat all went downhill when trashley joined the smackdown brand…..i just wanna see jillian drop the singing gimmick and be used to her full potential

It is very unrealistic how people want women to be signed on to WWE! Just cuz they are women and look good. Signing women on with out any talent in wrestlering is out rageous. When they are trained at OVW doesn’t mean they are talented in wrestling. Of course WWE hire these women to attract more men to make more profit on a financial aspect for WWE. Some people say only if they would give them a chance to show what talent they have. When they do it’s not much. That is why they don’t get the air time. But the majority that are untalented do get exposured is cuz they do exposes them seleves to the public with less clothing!!!! That also brings money in to the orginization! Its all about money………and the women that degrade the selves to a lower level…….WHAT MOST PEOPLE ENJOY VIEWING IS EXCELLENT MATCHS WITH BEAUTIFUL TALENTED WOMEN WRESTLERS! Not good looking women that are unable to live up to policies of wrestling…..I hope every women that wants to be an wrestler is cuz of the passion to be an wrestler! This is not a Modeling contract and at the end they will only go away with bad experiences that hurt!!!!
