Last night’s SmackDown house show saw the passing of a title belt – the Women’s Championship – as Melina temporarily passed the title onto an unlikely ‘new champion’ in Chris Jericho, lol.
The Intercontinental Champion accidentally left his belt at his hotel room, which meant he had an Intercontinental Championship match but no Intercontinental title. Instead, Jericho brought a partially taped Women’s title down to the ring for his match.
I wonder if we can have Chris recognised as an official Women’s Champion on WWE.com or Wikipedia?

Haha! Chris is a veteran! He should not be forgetting his Intercontinental Championship. This kinda shows that the championship belts don’t really mean anything today. Chris shouldn’t be recognized because than Harvey Wippleman wouldn’t be the only man thats been Woman’s Champion.Melanie, Has is been a slow week for Diva Dirt?

Heh, LOL.I gotta be honest.When I saw that title,”New Women’s Champion”, my heart stopped for a few seconds, then I looked down at the photo and said, “You’ve got to be kidding me, right?”.But anyways, LOL, good photo edit Erin, I thought it really happened.You’ve got to admit, though, it would make an interesting storyline.

It’s rather obvious the story is fake…if you look at the upper right hand corner of the pic….you clearly see Rey Mysterio’s mask in Jericho’s hand…..but this was still funny…good job!

Andre, the story is real but the pic is fake. Jericho did have the Women’s Championship at the house show but the picture was a photoshop job from Erin to give you a visual of the situation. By the way, good job, Erin.
