Last night, we were e-mailed by our web host that they could no longer accomodate us on a shared hosting plan, as we are using up too many of their resources. We have been moved to a ‘transitional’ server, which you’ve probably noticed is much slower and loads infrequently. We have been offered a solution to move to a dedicated server that would better cater to us, which we cannot afford to do [prices start at $99 per month].
We’re currently trying to figure out our next step. I am looking at other web hosts, however cannot guarantee anything. I don’t know if we can keep going, I’ll let you know what happens for as long as our current host are ‘gracious’ enough to keep the site up on their ‘transitional server’.
EDIT: Good news guys, we have found a new temporary host while we figure things out. We are transferring there now. Any new comments may be lost.

I’m completely shocked and stunned as of now! If diva-dirt shuts down I’ll die!
Every writer who has ever contributed to this site has entertained me and updated me on news I probably would have never even known existed!
Diva-dirt has been a big part of my entertainment in the past year, this site is so well rounded and entertaining, it’ll be such a shame if you guys get shut down! Women’s wrestling would actually never be the same to me, you guys make everything so much more interesting and lively with your reduxs and articles. It’s just so awesome.
So please, if the current host is reading any of these posts or comments, you really have to understand, this site is so important to most of us members who’ve always been checking in on this site and it would be a complete utter loss if this site was shut down.
So please, let this site stay alive, it’s so fun, entertaining, and very interesting.
If you cannot afford and other server if you have to change Melanie, I’ll understand, even if you lose the site it’ll be alright, at least you still have the twitter.

Ah, this is so sad to hear! I really hope ypu can stay around. I honestly have enjoyed women’s wrestling even more than I did before because of this site! If I read news about any of the Divas this is the first place I come.
If this site doesn’t get to stay around, I want to say that I greatly appreciate everything that all of you have done. This site has entertained me so much since I started coming here. You are helping to put interest into women’s wrestling. It will be a huge loss to see it go if it does.
But, once again, if this site has to shut down, thank all of you for everything :)
