Over the past few weeks, we’ve had a lot of concern from you guys as to Jillian‘s whereabouts. But good news — or bad news for Rosa Mendes, whichever way you wanna look at it! Jillian’s back! Here’s the scoop from our friends at the Wrestling Globe Newsletter:
Jillian Hall has been dealing with an undisclosed illness and a death in her family. She is expected to start back on the road very soon. I just wanted to mention this as we’ve received a lot of email asking her whereabouts.
‘Undisclosed illness’ sounds ominous! There’s a certain flu going around, isn’t there?

I miss Jill, and can’t wait to see her back. Do you reckon she’ll be doing the same ole’ singing schtick or do you think she’ll be turning face?
I miss Jillian but I thought she was getting married ?. Ah well cant wait until she comes bak I hope as a face and she drops her sinning gimmick or I hope they leave rosa spot as a jobber she is good at it.
Rosa’s bad news started when Alicia moved to Raw.
I hope WWE has some compassion for what she’s gone through and somehow MIRACULOUSLY realizes her talent…….SOMEHOW and turns her face. I love her! I had an idea when it was the draft that she’d get drafted to Smackdown, “get singing lessons” and turn face. Then fued with a heel Candice. That would’ve been COOL. But nooooo she has to stay on Smackdown and fued with that little……..B**** KELLY KELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jillian should get a win on Kelly Kelly when she returns. Kelly MUST be a jobber, she is jobbing material, she looks good in pain. People need to realize that the face divas look like they’re having a struggle more easily. It’s stupid to have Natalya jobbing to Maria, or Beth Phoenix jobbing to Kelly Kelly (it happened…). That leads to Jillian, it’s hard to imagine her jobbing to Kelly (it also happened…), it’s just stupid and ridiculous to look at a cute all-american failure pinning a strong, powerful diva. Of course face divas need to get victories, Mickie and Melina both look credible in the ring, Eve also can get a pin on a stronger diva without looking ridiculous, same with Gail. Leave the jobbing (on the heels part) to divas like Alicia, Rosa, Layla, eventually Maryse and (depending on the opponent) Katie Lea. Not that I don’t like them, Layla is by far one of my favourite divas, same with Alicia, Rosa and the wonderful Katie Lea. It’s credible to see Melina defeating Beth Phoenix ,is it credible to see Kelly Kelly defeating Natalya?! Hell No !!
So, I honestly would like Jillian to go to TNA, but since it’s so crowded in there, I could see her on SmackDown more than on RAW, because Melina V.S. Jillian is always going to be a great match, and I loved to see the team of SmackDown Heel divas, because they’re by far my favourite divas on the whole roster (Jillian, Nattie, Layla and Michelle).
P.S. I hope Layla isn’t a face :O
i would love it if they turned her face and away from the singing gimmick besides RAW needs another face.
I read that her grandfather had passed away. Hopefully, she’ll return and get the push she rightfully deserves!
Yeah, she mentioned on Twitter that her Grandfather had passed away.
Anyway, I hope her return sees something actually happen for her in WWE; rather than just returning to her being a tag-team match filler.
I miss Jillian, thanks for posting this I hope she comes back with a bang.
Now Rosa’s Jobber-Supreme, perhaps it’s time to push Jillian. I say if they’e just going to make her job on Raw, send her over to ECW and have her and Katie-Lea form an alliance over the Bellas.
She’s been in WWE for so long and they haven’t even given her a push in like…ever. All we would see her in is tag team matches where she would hardly ever get the win for her team. And if they lost, she was the one getting pinned. Hopefully with this return, she’s managed to get some training in before she gets back into the ring.
