RAW IS GAIL?
There has been a lot of talk this week about a Gail Kim heel turn and as a Diva Dirt favourite, we are extremely excited about the possibility in the coming weeks on Raw. It looks as though Maryse’s loss [to injury] could be Gail’s gain; as WWE teased tension between Gail and new Divas Champion, Mickie James on Raw.

TWO FORCES OF WOMEN’S WRESTLING NATURE COLLIDE
Think Godzilla vs King Kong — two of the biggest forces in women’s wrestling look set to collide, as legend Tara and future legend Awesome Kong collided yet again on Impact. The eventual match between these two could be legen… wait for it… dary!

MICKIE MOUSE MAKES HISTORY
Four time Women’s Champion, Mickie James made history at Night of Champions by winning the Divas Championship… too bad the match was awful.

SMACKDOWN DIVAS BEAT SEQUEL SLUM
Sequels tend to disappoint, just ask Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. But thankfully for our SmackDown Divas, this wasn’t the case. In fact, like The Dark Knight, this sequel outshone the original match. On a night with two Divas matches on PPV, both brands attempted to outshine the other. Unfortunately for Mickie J, her Divas title win was overshadowed by what is being considered one of the best Divas matches in WWE PPV history. Michelle-Melina was everything we expected of the two talented workers and so much more. We’re already salivating at the thought of a third installment.

Melina vs. Michelle best Divas Match on PPV Ever??
I think not!
Melanie didn’t say it was the best, she said it was ONE of the best. And I agree – God knows we are still reeling from crap that was Wrestlemania 25. Melina-Michelle was a great match that we don’t get to see a lot of nowadays.
I also think it was one of the best. That would be a nice article. Top 5 Diva PPV matches. It would be a pretty short list, but still would be pretty good. Melina Versus Beth Phoenix – Submission match and Trish Stratus Vs Mickie James – Wrestlemania comes to mind. Not to mention Trish’s Retirement Match. Gosh, outside of Trish & Lita the only divas who consistently put on stellar matches is pretty much Melina since she’s had two great ones with Beth and one with Melina while Mickie had a couple of anticlimatic matches with Katie Lea, Beth Phoenix and Maryse. =O
I thought the Mickie-Trish match was not good at all. The hype around it was amazing but it was pretty disappointing. I mean, do you remember the ending! Mickie tried to do the stratusfaction and her feet missed the ropes! It was pretty sad =(
I loved Trish-Victoria’s hardcore match at Survivor Series =)
Knockout Mickie vs Trish was good. Just b cuz Mickie messed up the startusfaction which was trish’s fault dosent make the match bad
