This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for: 50 Sexiest Divas 2009 is here! All summer long, you have been voting for your favourite Divas in a hopes of getting them featured on the list and now the results are here. Over the course of five days, we will be revealing the list as voted by you!
What is it? 50 Sexiest Divas is an alternative to similar lists voted for by readers of FHM, Maxim and Ask Men. Our list however, is dedicated entirely to celebrating the sexiest women in wrestling. The countdown is voted solely by the fans making it even more prestigious to those women featured!
We can reveal that nearly 10,000 votes were cast for this year’s 50 Sexiest, so a big thank you to everyone! I truly believe that this is a great ‘social experiment’ almost, that shows that the fans’ definition of sexy doesn’t always correlate to the industry standard. Congrats to all the girls who have made the top 50, this is 100% fan voted and as such, I believe more prestigious as it comes from each and every one of you!

Sooo Glad Cheerleader Melissa charted!
Glad Melina is number one, Love her, she’s beautiful and deserves it, but honestly I was expecting Maryse or Trish to be number one.

Alissa Flash is a shocker. I knew the other nine would be here but I figured I was just forgetting someone obvious. Congratulations to her and to Melina for her consecutive firsts.
It still stuns me that Trish is in the top ten, though, to each their own, I just never fount her that attractive. Happy to see Lita still in the list. So happy for Melina. When I think of the WWE Divas, I think of Melina. She’s truly stolen the show, so to speak.
I agree. Melina has really been on top of her game for the last few years (minus the injury time). Most people will say that her face turn has been uneventful so far and has made her a little more generic than she really is, but I think it showed us a more nicer side of Melina. She definitely had me convinced, especially when I never thought Melina would be able to be a credible face in the first place. But she actually SMILES now! =O
I’m looking forward to Gail Kim breaking in the top five by next year, and Alicia Fox polishing her own personal style to get up higher on the list.
I voted for Melissa, pretty happy she got into the top ten. Kind of disagree with Maryse being so high but each to their own lol. Congrats to everyone who made it in and I can’t wait for the roundtable discussion to see who gets their claws out :p.

It was no surprise that Lita, Torrie, and Trish would be in the top 10. This shows that even after retirement, these women are all icons to the Diva universe.
I couldn’t believe Eve was actually near the top five. VERY happy about that. E-V-E is on her way to big things! I beliEVE in EVE!!! :)
And number one…seriously, right now, there’s no one out there that can touch Melina. Wonder is she can make it three-in-a-row next year?! ;)

OMG how do you go from being the 44th sexiest, to 10??? I understand last year she was prob under Raisha Seiede, but seriously that is a shocker, and I only think she made it this far, is what I said yesterday, a lot of ppl didn’t abide by the rules, and chose their favorite, rather than the SEXIEST!!! That’s the only explanation I can think of. I still say next time Diva-Dirt does this, they need to be more specific, because what were we voting on here exactly??? our favorite, or sexiest, the headline says sexiest, but the voting page said favorite…so yeah
I honestly think Melissa Coates is BEAUTIFUL, I don’t know what people think sexiness is, for me sexiness demands class and grace, Melissa has it, she’s divine-looking and gorgeous!! Some people may consider Velvet Skye or Ashley sexy, but my definition of sexy is Melissa and Layla, those are amazingly sexy girls!!
Melina WON, yay, so happy that she did it, we all knew she would do it, at least, I knew it!! The only sad thing is that Layla and Alicia aren’t in the top ten :(

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with you Mario, how can you say that someone who is likely to have gotten a large number of votes (in order to gain 10th place) is only there through people voting for who they like? Maybe you don’t think she’s sexy but others clearly do, ones definition of sexy can be entirely different to anothers.
