Former WWE Diva, Ashley Massaro says she will once again be posing for Playboy. If true [and let's face it, I'm not in a hurry to take her word for it], Ashley would be able to bank what Traci Brooks couldn’t — the cover of the magazine.
Writing on her Twitter page, Massaro says:
officially got word my next Playboy cover shoot is approaching rapidly! finally yay! i assume should be out by winter!!!!!! booyaaaaaaa
Massaro’s first Playboy spread was released in April 2007 when she worked for WWE. The shoot led to a WrestleMania 23 match against Melina for the Women’s Championship. The magazine was reportedly the lowest selling of the WWE Diva spreads at the time, which makes it even more perplexing as to why they would invite her back for a return engagement.
Judging from the self-proclaimed Dirty Diva’s past claims, I’ll be taking the “believe it when I see it” stance.

If she hasn’t shot it yet, I doubt it’ll be out before winter ends – wasn’t Traci’s shoot hidden away for a good six months before it was released? And even then, why bump somebody who is currently working in the entertainment industry (Traci) from the cover, and then put somebody who hasn’t done much of anything, ever, on a cover? Ehh, iunno.. Good luck to her. Ya know, if it actually happens – remember when she said she was in talks for a WWE comeback a while before WM? ;)
The worlds seen the woman’s naked body twice already. I speak for myself when I say “no thanks”, to seeing her naked body once more. But hey, anything’s better than seeing her in the ring again, right?

Ashely Massaro does not know what to do with her life first and foremost she was not a star she is just trying to find herself again just late last year she gave fans teasers that she was coming back to WWE and that she wanted to particpate at the Diva Battle Royale at WM 25. She is obviously desperate for work
Playboy does not make a difference we should by now that divas on playboy don’t sell anymore for four years their playboy stars Christy, Ashley, Candice, Maria have been total flops.

mr_socko – That’s actually in-correct. Ashley was the worst selling Playboy cover girl until Maria did her Playboy cover. So, ladies like Sable, Chyna, Candice, Christy, and Torrie all sold more than Ashley and her buddy Maria did. But, without the WWE pushing Ashley’s magazine cover, I don’t see anyone in their right mind actually buying the cover. After all, Ashley has already posed for the dang cover a total of two times already.

I don’t like how everyone is hating on Ashley. She is great and at least she was better then some of our current divas, diva’s who don’t even wrestle because they are to lame doing stupid backstage segments and being valets. At least Ashley got into the ring and headlined 2 wrestlemanias. Sure she didn’t win, but that’s more then some diva’s can say. And as for her posing for Playboy, congrats to her. She is a beautiful woman. And it’s a whole lot better then Chyna posing for the magazine.
