Spoilers for next week’s 3-hour Impact are now out, courtesy of our TNA tapings correspondent Camden! The show airs October 15th on Spike. Click the ‘+’ to read:

Impact - October 15th, 2009
- Xplosion:
Traci Brooks vs Taylor Wilde (w/ Sarita)
Taylor instantly takes control, throwing Traci around with arm drag after arm drag. Traci crawls out of the ring. Traci attempts several choke holds but Taylor manages to get out. Quite a fast-paced match from the two girls.
Winner – Taylor Wilde

Impact:
The Beautiful People (as a trio) vs Tara, Awesome Kong, & ODB (I assume there is one heck of a backstage promo to explain this nonsense)
Lacey never got in the ring. Ending is Tara kicking ODB, which gave Velvet the pin on ODB.
Winners – The Beautiful People

Hamada vs Alissa Flash – Falls Count Anywhere match
Hamada out first. Alissa didn’t even let her walk to the ring, as she attacked from behind. Great match with these two! Hamada sets up a table and lays Alissa out on it then hits her with a flip off the top turn buckle.
Winner – Hamada

Thoughts after the cut:

Erin’s Thoughts
Traci’s still getting TV time, but it’s on the B-show, so I’m not sure if that bodes well for her and her Playboy push.

I guess with the 6-Knockout tag match, they’re already trying to hide Lacey’s shortcomings, what with her not setting foot inside the ring and all. How could this ~new~ TBP possibly be be a lasting thing?

I love that the Knockouts get the chance to do a real, balls-out Falls Count Anywhere match. If the match is as good as the spoilers indicate, I can’t wait to see it.

  1. lol wow velvet pinned someone
isn’t that one of the signs of the apocalypse jk

lol lacy didnt eaven get in the ring

they seem to be trying to use traci everyweek now

  2. It’s not the first time that a promotion has used wrestlers who have a huge upcoming match scheduled as tag team partners before the said match.

  3. hopefully we get another match, too! if i’m not wrong, this taping is for a 3hour special.

  4. AWESOME,all the matches look great,i’m especially looking forward to Hamada vs. Alissa flash,I knew from the beginning Hamada would go over alissa but i was kinda hoping I would be wrong,it’s a disgrace that alissas only win os over cody deaner but i think that will change in time

YESSSSSS,Madison gets her second win in TNA,2 weeks in a row BABY!!!!

    Madisons TNA record
    oses-27
    wins-2

i’m surprised Velvet got the pin,did Lacey get in the action at all?

  5. ask and i shall receive ;) i really love the pairing of hamada/flash, they can do great things if given half the chance. thankfully, tonight, it seems they have been.

  6. What bothers me about TNA is how they treat Melissa Anderson – Raisha Saeed/Alissa Flash. I do not understand what they have against her. One, if not the most talented North American Female Wrestler and they keeping jobbing her. I was barely watching TNA. Melissa was the only wrestler I would watch. No thank you TNA. I’ll just stick to Shimmer Wrestling & Chickfight.

  7. Wow Velvet got a pinfall ?. First Madison and now Velvet ?.

  8. Goodnightddtmnm-There making velvet and madison look strong heading into Bound for Glory so it looks like they at least have a chance against saritaylor which they don’t

  9. Look cheer4mel
Alissa started this feud between her and hamada.
Alissa attacked hamada during an interview and this weeks impact both Alissa and hamada were counted out because they were brawling and didn’t respond to ref’s 10 count and hamada defeated her in a grueling falls count anywhere match and tna will sill continue this feud between those two

I understand that. Here is the history that bothers me. It has almost two years. almost two years that Melissa has been part of TNA. It was bad enough that JJ and Mantel could not come with up the concept of having Melissa split duties as Raisha and Alissa. Now they are gone. The new Creative team has Alissa call herself “Future Legend” but like Alissa said to Lauren they might as well call her “Welcome Mat” Here is booking 101. The Face only looks as good as the Heel. And if the Heel jobs all the time then you lose drama. This applies to films, books, theatre plays, anything where storytelling is involve and wrestling is storytelling in the ring. Unfortunetly, not every TNA Fan knows who Melissa Anderson is. Therefore there thoughts of her is of as a Jobber. And that is sad to see. Fortunetly for me, I will get to see Melissa in the ring for the Shimmer Event. God bless, Dave Prazak/Allison Danger. Personally, I think they are one of the best bookers left in wrestling.

  11. tna is trying to end the saeed gimmick to allow Melissa be herself. melissa is not a jobber
Scott D’amore is in charge of the division

  12. think of it like this, allisa’s losses will only make her victories that much sweeter.

although seriously, somebody losing a couple times doesn’t mean they’re a jobber. jillian or madison? sure. but somebody who’s only had what, 4 or five matches? i don’t think so. also, remember she did beat cody deaner a few weeks back ;)

  13. Sojo Bolt has more wins. Three single wins. One tag team win. And Bolt is a jobber. Scott D’Amore if I understand is a Road Agent for Knockouts. He may suggest ideas and booking decisions but he is not a booker. I have seen enough of Melissa to know what she can bring. And it is great stuff. But if TNA wants to push ODB, LVE or some 38 yr old with two bad knees and too much make-up, ex-Diva. More power to them. I wish TNA the best of luck.

  14. Kaledrina.

Alissa beating Cody Deaner after all the women attacked him does not bring credibility. And given the fact that she has beaten men on her own in California. Hamada has participated in seven matches that I know of. Two singles wins. (Daffney, Alissa) and three tag team wins (teaming with Sarita vs. TBP in Texas house shows). Alissa has participated in five matches that I know of (I am not incld Cody Deaner). 0 wins, 5 losses.

  15. The Six Knockout match I can live without, but I am SO exited to watch Alissa vs. Hamada, Holy BOMBA, I cant wait.

  16. Looks like Traci’s push is over, 2 losses in a row.

The only match that interest me is the Hamada-Alissa match, together with Sarita the 3 best wrestlers on the roster. But in TNA the ODB-Kong-Tara and TBP-Taylor/Sarita feuds are the main priority, so my expectations for a good Hamada-Alissa feud are kinda low. Probably we get to see Alissa loose 2 times, and then the feud will be over, kinda like the Sarita-Alissa feud.

But i’m still hoping for an equal feud between Alissa and Hamada, where both of them have several victories against the other.

  17. the TBP-Taylor/Sarita feud will over at bound for glory
TNA will continue the feud between alissa and hamada. hamada and alissa will have many matches against each other

  18. OH MY GOSH!!!! THEY FINALLY DID IT!!!!! I am freaking out right now. Finally! Alissa vs. Hamada and in a Falls Count Anywhere Match! I HAVE to see this. This is just too cool!!!

Oh yeah, what the hecks up with the TBP vs Awesome Kong, Tara and ODB match? That was random.

  19. tbp vs kong, odb and tara is part of the fued between kong, odb and tara for the ko’s title
TNA is building up the feud between kong, tara and odb for the ko’s title

  20. The Beautiful People (as a trio) vs Tara, Awesome Kong, & ODB : uuuughh, the very same match with exactly the same overbooked plot (Kong and Tara leaving) was done on the 200th impact just two months ago. If the writers have no idea at all, just let the women wrestle, TNA has currently the best roster on TV since the wwe golden era. For post BfG houseshows are announced Awesome Kong and Hamada then Alissa Flash & Tara and those pairings do look better than anything put on impact or ppv last few weeks, and will probably get more time… oh well

The Hamada – Alissa Flash feud is badly timed as well (a grudge match on the BfG go-home show, really ?); they haven’t properly built any of the two yet, so the loser will be completely buried – when both should be in the title picture after BfG, especially Alissa since there is no strong heel at the moment.

  21. Has there even been enough build up for there to be a Falls Count Anywhere match? Not that I don’t want to see it but not this early in their feud. And TNA’s misuse of Alissa Flash is ridiculous. She is too good of a wrestler to be losing match after match. You can’t have someone beating down people backstage, Calling themselves the “Future Legend”, and throw them under the bus each and every time. Melissa brings something unique to the Knockout’s division with her wrestling style and look, but TNA is just throwing it all away. Wake up TNA. It’s time for Melissa to get her due.

  22. I read that the 3 matches combined are 10 minutes. Thats not very much considering it’s a 3 hour show this time.

  23. Mikas-10 minutes combined, thats just WRONG,TNA gets an “A” for giving us alissa-Hamada but gets a “F” for the lack of time for each match

you guys have no idea how much TNA values alissa flash, why do you think they signed her. They have so much faith in her, that there calling her the “future legend” which means she will get pushed eventually but right now, they need to build there newer KO’s,There not going to make Hamada lose weeks into her debut, that would kill her momentum

trust me,if alissa was really a jobber, then she would have lost to cody deaner but she didn’t.I remember when everyone was complaining that Raisha saeed was wasted as talent and that they needed to use melissa and then TNA listened to us and gave us Melissa, they named her the future Legend, gave her an amazing theme song and she had a grea fued with sarita, does that sound like a jobber???NO,her time will come

  24. My friend was in the tapings, and there was 45-46 min of wrestling in total,

    Alissa/Hamada wrestled for 6-7min

TBP vs ODB/Kong/Tara was for 3 min

and Tracy/Taylor was 2 min, this match was a webmatch/dark match, it wont air on Impact
It was too short because they gave time to the Guns who wrestled Kiyoshi/Bashir

The KO title picture is stacked with ODB/Kong/Tara

Tag team division is just TBP/Taylor and Sarita, and it will be over at BFG

the Hamada/Alissa feud just started, no way that match was the blowoff match, because whats Hamada gonna do next? oh thats right nothing..

  25. RKOyou

It was not until JJ and Mantel were relieved of their creative duties is when Melissa became Alissa. And if I remember Alissa came before Christy Hemme return to TNA, before Hamada debut and there are other wrestlers like Traci, Taylor, Bolt, etc. for Alissa to face and defeat. And what good is being called “Future Legend” when you can not win a single match. Yeah that is TNA booking for you. Oh by the way, who is the Top Heel now? Well no one is the answer. It could be Alissa but nope she has no wins = no credibilty among TNA Fans. But TNA can have at best an average wrestler like LVE to be there Top Heel. Good luck with that TNA.

  26. TNA this week sounds like an eye-opener! I mean, I was waiting for the Hamada & Alyssa match, so with it coming up on this weeks edition of TNA, I’m thrilled. But the same goes for the other matches, especially the Traci & Taylor match, because well… Taylor’s underrated and Traci, in my opinion, isn’t as terrible as she’s put out to be.

  27. “They have so much faith in her, that there calling her the “future legend” which means she will get pushed eventually”

The name “Future Legend” doesnt come from TNA. It is an award from the Califlower club. Cheerleader Melissa and Mariko Yoshida are the only 2 women who were inducted there. So TNA has nothing to do with that, and thus you cant use it as “evidence” that she is going to get pushed.

  28. Cheer4Mel-stop complaining,if you don’t like it,don’t watch it,didn’t you say that you’ll stick to shimmer and chickfight to watch melissa, and yet your still commenting on this page. And what does JJ have to do with anything, what does he have a secret hatred for melissa and never wants her to succeed,NO!!!!

stop acting like you know TNA inside and out,do you work there???No you don’t

  29. I never said I know TNA inside or out. The facts remains that after JJ and Mantel. Alissa Flash came about. People can take it however they want. And as far as complaining – I would say that has more to do with a passion for Cheerleader Melissa. I don’t know about you but I have been writing letters to Dixie Carter personally for some time with encouragements, praises and tactful criticisms when necessary because I want TNA to succeed. I want TNA to be the best they can be. But it should done the right way because everyone wins – TNA, the fans and the wrestlers. Simple as that. People can take it as they want.

  30. I’d like to think that this is just the start of a feud and that Alissa will get over on Hamada at some point, but I thought the same thing about the feud it seemed the writers were building for Alissa/Sarita and that just turned into Alissa jobbing every single time, so I don’t have high hopes unfortunately. :(
