I wonder why they aren’t building up Bragging Rights AT ALL. It probably doesn’t help that they made the matches on Monday. Still, a little brand interaction wouldn’t hurt.

The Mickie Layla match doesn’t interest me.
That sgement sounds flippin’ lame! Normally I’d never complain about anything Michelle-related. It’s pathetic & that’s the nice way of putting it.

I’m happy for Mickie,but man am I sad for Melina.I think Raw is just an all around jinx for the Divas in general,I mean seriously.

i was there! it was a great show! First off the backstage skit was good. Michelle was pretty sarcastic with mickie about not being on the bragging rights team, saying she wasnt good enough then mickie said something back to her and walked off for her match, (but the batista/rey vs jericho/kane was next) then beth came (looking smoking hot by the way!) and chatted up with mccool in almost a face like manner then said something about how the belt will be hers soon. Then Mae said to McCool “she told you” and McCool said “shutup” then mae slapped her! it was hilarious! lol
the match was really good too! mickie did that handspring reversal thing, and for the first time in a long time it looked good, not botched at all. Also her and layla had great chemistry! very good match, and ended with the long kiss goodnight, or whatever its called now. Very good match, average length though.

mickie def got her spunk back! oh and she was also very over, the match got some pretty good crowd interest, especially anytime mickie did something. layla tried to get the crowd to boo her, but sadly she didnt get much of a reaction. but she looked amazing, and my section was cheering for her!

oh and also nattie was managing the dynasty as usual, but idk if it was just cause they were trying to earn a spot on the smackdown team for bragging rights, but they were all very face-y, so either beth or nattie could be turning face soon!

I’m always interested to see Layla wrestle because she shows genuine promise. I hope she works with Mickie James as well as she did with Melina. Since James is really the only strong face on Smack down — anyone else think Maria’s involvement with The Apprentice might signal a departure? — it would be nice if Layla can turn face and mix it up with Beth Phoenix and Natalya.

i would absolutely love to see a natalya face turn..i think she, if given the right promo and character development and time, could be the face of the smackdown brand. unfortunately, i dont know if this will really be her time to shine as she is stuck managing and there are so many heels on the roster..
also nice to see mickie step it up! maybe smackdown was just what she needed to give her the motivation to be the great wrestler she is

It’s so easy for divas to turn heel but it’s almost impossible to create a storyline for them to turn face. I hope Beth does though because they really need another strong one on smackdown. I don’t want Layla to turn though because her and Michelle work so well together.
The mickie vs layla match seems so random. They should have had a big match to initiate all the new divas that came in the trade.

It’s Mickie’s 8th singles match in 11 days, she’s gotten a lot of in ring work by herself instead of 6 Diva tag matches, work more……….sharper………look better.
Im happy to see her, was expecting the Smackdown Heels for a post – match beatdown (excuse to keep Mickie off tv, sell her “injuries” in the doghouse), saved by the Raw faces.
How does Mickie/Layla sell the PPV ?
After what happened with the Smackdown team at the start of the show, Smackdown’s writing crew is just as bad as Raw’s.

I do believe that Beth Phoenix being on SmackDown will really be great.I’m also very glad that Beth is on the Sunday’s Bragging Right’s.And Beth once she get’s some matches going can really do some work in the ring.I do think it’s just a matter of time before Beth has the belt.Remember all those lines that are said like especially by Beth are all by creative.So a positive image of Beth is sure being planeted.Yes I do also agree that they need another strong face on SmackDown.It sure would be nice after all this time to finally put Beth Phoenix as a face.And let her explore that side of her character and her gimmick in the ring.A monstor face on SmackDown would be refreshing change of pace.

A random Mae Young appearance. With WWE all PG now she can’t do all that crazy stuff anymore. Oh well I love Mae, I think she’s hilarious and has real spirit.

OT: i think Rosa has turned face over on ECW, my pc is muted at work bt she was speaking to tiffany backstage on ECW and they were VERY chatty and friendly and smily lol.
Rosa vs Katie Lea anyone?
I think they cld do good matches, let Katie and Rosa work closely together and maybe improve Rosa overall.
as for a Beth Face turn, id be VERY interested in seeing this. One because its different and two it will likely steer away from Beth vs Mickie once again.
I can see a triple threat for the title in the near future.
Michelle vs Beth vs Mickie and for some reason i cn see Michelle bringing in a bodyguard of some kind (idk why, i jst feel it)

Michelle bringing in a bodyguard is so gold. That would literally set her up for top heel in the wwe. I personally want nattie to turn face but hay, michelle would be way more scared of a face beth than a face nattie. hope that hole bodyguard stint comes true.

i cant wait to see mickie on SD
i think it gets old seeing someone on the same show over and over
so its refreshing to see her on SD,
i still dont believe this move was a punnishment
as she’s the only face right now, so shes automaticly the lead diva

I cant wait to see Mickie in action on her first night back on Smackdown….Im glad she has step it up and i hope she continues to do so…I would also like to see beth & Michelle get into a fued….Wow Beth & MIckie bith r in Backstage promos in 2 weeks how any times were they in backstage promons on Raw ?.

yay i think Mickie will rise above all the haters, the people who say she is to fat and the people who have said she has lost her fire. Smackdown will make her get that fire back, not only will she be wrestling constinatly, as she is the num 1 babyface on the brand, but she will be featured in many backstage segments and her backstage is awsome. So now that i look at it further she got the better of the trade well melina and Eve not so much. I love Mickie James and i cannot wait to see her on Friday against another diva i admire Layla El. ha cannot wait to see it.

i’m not a hater of mickie, but she has put on weight and she has lost her edge. if she has to lose raw to regain what she once was, so be it. i just hope it pays off.

It’ll be quite ironic if this move to SmackDown jump starts Mickie James’ somehow. So much for it being ‘punishment’. Hope she does to prove some naysayers in the WWE wrong.
