So i think in the next couple of weeks she will keep turning the Miz down and he will be like fine and tell Eve that she is nothing like his former fling Maryse and Bring her back to feud with Eve. :) If not that then My other guess is that Eve is just a way to get The Miz and Jack Swagger to feud for the U.S. Title. Maryse and The Miz have some great chemistry and the one match I remember between Maryse and Eve wasn't too horrible and they have both improved since then. I think a feud between these two Divas will be more like a Torrie/Dawn feud, more about the story than the wrestling. Having two guys like The Miz and Swagger would help too as they are both good talkers and in ring workers. Maria and Dolph was really random to me and it seemed to only logical pay off would have been for Maria to eventually turn heel, but that never happened..
