Former WWE Divas Champion, Maryse has been on the promotional circuit today in Tucson, Arizona to help promote the pre-sale ticket release for WrestleMania 26 this Saturday.
Maryse, who is joined by WWE Hall of Famer Sergeant Slaughter, notes that she had surgery on her knee three months ago and expects to be back at Survivor Series in two weeks time. Listen to the interview with KiiM FM 99.5 below:

In the entertaining interview, Maryse and Sarge take some funny shots at Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool. The best part has to be when Sarge doesn’t seem to know who Kelly is ["Is she a Diva?"], while Maryse — who has wrestled Kelly — offers little consolation by saying, “I’m not sure.” Sarge then quips, “They had to name her twice so they wouldn’t forget her name.”

I really hope she’s been training as I’d hate to have another possible Candice happen. There’s a lot of potential with Maryse and I can definitely see her becoming a future McCool in the sense that she’s no longer thought of as being “one of those models”.
I wonder if this means she’ll be involved in the SS match? I’d like that. Last year’s SS was definitely an eye-opener for me where Maryse was concerned.

Omg. I love her beyond all reason. Sooo glad she’s coming for survivor series. She was the reason last year’s was the best diva match of the year. Loved how she reacted when Michelle’s music played. Can’t wait to see Michelle and Maryse in the ring together again.

I loved when she talked about her theme and how “rough” it is. and when they asked about her myspace relationship status and if her man was a wrestler and she said i have lots of relationships.
her interview was funny, in character (please nobody try to act as if maryse is out to get michelle, i doubt they are friends, but also doubt they are enemies).

On Maryse returning, unless she improves on her wrestling, I don’t want her in the SS tag match, like last year, where she and Maria did all the work, thus hurting the match (except the French TKO).

Last year Survivor Series Maryse did nothing but a backbreaker, fake looking kick to the head, and a submission move for someone to say she made the match what it was it to much. Beth, Mickie, and Michelle made the match great.

The match was booked by WWE to be The Maryse Show, and that’s what she made it. People don’t mentioned those other three as much because they had much, much smaller roles in the match.

Mickie didn’t make that a great match last year, Candice & Jillian outlasted her. Mickie wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.. Beth, Michelle & MARYSE made that match last year.

IMO, when Mickie was in the match with Michelle it was great. Beth did great in the match, Candice did a great looking bridging northern lights suplex, and Jillian did nothing really.
WWE probably wanted Maryse to outshine everyone but clearly she didn’t (and that’s my opinion).
You two might be fans of Maryse but I’m not. I will give credit when it is due but IMO, Maryse performance was not that great, not even solid.

I was a huge Mayrse fan bak at that time. In that match she did do good i was rooting for her. in my opinion Mickie,Michelle,Beth and Mayrse made that match
