Looks like Friday the 13th will prove extremely lucky for one Ms Neidhart. I’m sure Natalya fans are punching the air at the spoilers alone! Cutting of the clothes sounds juvenile but on the bright side, it comes across as ‘storyline progression’ to me. When was the last time we saw something like that? Could be good.

You know what? I am REALLY feeling Michelle as this more catty “mean girl” type of heel way more than that OMG SERIOUS Beth-lite type of heel she was when first turned.

I dont know whether it’s just me but I really think Smackdown atm is the BEST the WWE Divas has ever been. Only being beaten out by the ‘Golden-Age’ – Raw in 03-04. xx
omg that just made me so happy to see natalya in a singles match against mickie..on paper it sounds like it would be a great match..hopefully it got lots of time..
what i love about smackdown is how they at least attempt at a storyline in the divas division
She-Wolf: The Sable-Luna feud was, for me, the best WWE Diva’s angle of all time. Also the Chyna, Debra, Miss Kitty, Jeff Jarrett feud was fab. I think there are so many ‘ages’ better then what’s on SD now. Glad you’re enjoying it though!
mr_socko: Thank you, I am enjoying it :) haha, I dont mean particular angles because of course there have been better since 2003 such as Psycho Mickie, Victoria’s checklist ect. I’m talking about the age that we’re in now if that makes any sense? haha. it’s hard to explain.

I am enjoying Smackdown very much as of late :) thank you wwe! I love how these past three weeks even if a diva wasn’t in the ring they still got some air time. If you notice for example last week we saw every smackdown diva on T.V. Natalya with the Hart Dynasty, Mickie, Michelle and Layla backstage segments and Beth having that awesome squash match! That is why i watch Smackdown because even if a diva isn’t competing in the ring they still get some air time and some storyline, that’s a lot more then i can say about Raw :(

Interesting. The inclusion of Natalya and exclusion of Beth doesn’t make much sense, but it’s likely just a one time thing as they had Layla helping Michelle and Beth will likely face some more jobbers before facing a real opponent again, so it had to be Natalya. Perhaps it was just throwing her a bone since she’s the only one out of the 5 of them being left out of the Survivor Series match.
The cutting up clothes bit seems a bit childish but I guess I’ll have to wait & see before jumping to any conclusions.
I can’t to see the backstage segments with Lay and Michelle.

Thank god for SD .. always making up for the crap Raw produces every week. And is that TWO diva matches I see? :D I hope Natalya and Mickie were given a decent amount of time, I’ve always wanted to see them two face each other. I just can’t wait for the vids come Friday morning. XD

Going to smackdown was a “demotion” or so a lot of people were sayin but if you ask me i think being on raw is the demotion i wish the brands were like this

This is somewhat of a stroy progression and Meliane to answer your question…i would say the last time something similar like this happened was Trish vs Molly and Gail storyline to me. what do u think ?.

michelle is the best! there are very mean type of heel. they work great together with layla.
I wonder if the Jobber, that Beth Phoenix squashed is Jemma Palmer who is signed by WWE, i kind of hope so.

All I have to say is AWESOME!!! Finally a Mickie vs Natalya match, I have been looking forward to see this match for a while. I love that Natalya used her Sharpshooter again. I can’t wait to see how the Mickie/Michelle feud will become.
Total dream match! Can’t wait to see how it all went down…I mean words can only explain so much lol. There’s nothing like watching it with your own two eyes.
Don’t get me wrong I like Natalya but I kinda wish she had another finisher besides the sharpshooter, I know there’s the discus clothesline, but I think she should have something else that exhibits her power.
Im glad that natalya won but I see no signs of her push for now. Hopefully she gets some title shot!

Sadly I don’t think this is the beginning of a push for Natalya, more of a storyline progression for Mickie vs Layla and Michelle. I’m hoping for Mickie to grab that championship of Michelle and then feud with Natalya!
Anyone notice that even the jobbers to Beth have to be good looking? I think this week’s jobber is going to be Lisa Fury.
Smackdown should really be a Diva’s dream at the moment. I’m loving Layla’s work. She’s a very unique kind of persona and the progress in her wrestling ability makes me regret they pushed Kelly Kelly before her. I can’t wait for the Mickie/Natalya square off — definitely a future possibility down the line when one of them becomes champion.
