Back on August 15th, shocking claims that accused Kurt Angle of assaulting and harassing then-girlfriend and TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan (aka Trenesha Biggers) caused quite the media stir. However, following yesterday’s preliminary hearing on the case, all charges have been dismissed. PWTorch has the details:
According to a report by ABC Ch. 4 in Pittsburgh, the assault and harassment charges against Kurt Angle were dropped today by judge Mary Murray due to Angle’s ex-girlfriend continuing to stay at his house for nine days after an alleged incident took place on August 6.
Both parties acknowledged an incident took place by signing a document, according to Trenesha Biggers’s attorney, but the judge dropped charges against Angle due to Biggers staying with Angle.
Biggers claimed she waited nine days to file charges with the police because she feared for her job with TNA. According to what Biggers told Ch. 4, “it took her so long to file charges because she knew that if she did, she would lose her wrestling career.” (Source: PWTorch)
Despite all of this, Trenesha claims that she doesn’t plan to give up on the case:
“We are going to push to re-file this again with the DA, which we are going to do,” she said. “We will be able to submit the confessions and voicemails and all the other evidence that we have.” (Source: Post-Gazatte.com)
While it’s tough to judge the case without knowing all of the details, the reasoning for the dismissal seems kind of strange to me–if Trenesha felt as pressured as she claimed she was, one would think that that would justify her hesitation in filing the charges. However, I’m not about to get into choosing a side, so I’ll leave that up to the experts. I think it’s safe to say that, even though this particular case was dismissed, this issue isn’t quite over.

I’m not taking any sides with this case. I don’t believe her all the way but I damn sure don’t believe Kurt as well.
I think the truth is between both of their story.
I do think he might have hit her before; she might did the same thing to him.
He told reporters he didn’t want anything to do with her over 6 months and he broke up with her before this happen. But they were seen together in June or July. If she just move herself in side his house okay but why go to that type of event with someone who you not dating or friends with?
I think she was with him because of the money and he was with her because of the sex (he said it his self that she was good in bed).
Did anyone saw him talking about her throwing the phone did he look like was going to punch someone right there.
But I think Trenesha should just let it go like just move on. Because if not SOMEONE going to get REALLY hurt even her or him. 10 out of 10 it would be her.
The sad thing about this is couple more months she probably would be back with him. They not suppose to be in contact with each over 3 years let see what happens.

Also, Kurt said something like a reality show that she filmed and already done with it about him. Do anybody know if he talking about the thing with Shelly Martinez?

Before we get the ignorant “Rhaka must be lying if she didnt immediately leave” it takes victims of domestic violence an average of 7 times to leave their abusers. They are also often financially dependent on their abusers, making a leave difficult. I am not saying that he isn’t lying, but if you believe she is please come forth with a better argument.

Seriously this may seem rude or mean, but she is lying in my opinion. I know I am jumping to the case, but I mean really. If you were just in an abusive relationship would you be filming a reality show? No you wouldn’t you would be recovering and want to stay out of the public eye. She isn’t doing that which just makes it seem like she is lying and trying to get angle for everything he’s worth. And, not once have I ever heard any bit of good news about Rhaka Khan. People who worked closest to her said she lied all the time, hell even at the SHIMMER tapings Cheerleader Melissa, who everyone always says is super nice expressed her dislike for Rhaka Khan. I’d love to belive her but her track record speaks for herself. And wasn’t a report out that Rhaka Khan made herself at home at Kurt’s house before all this happened, that she was the assertive one? For some reason I could see her hitting Kurt more then I could see Kurt hitting her. Odd, cause I can’t stand angle. Funny thing how this case was dropped so long ago and now she wants to re-file the charges. If it really happened she would have done this immediatly after the case was dropped not a few months after. Really, you wouldn’t. It seems she’s just doing this to get money or to get back at angle for dumping her.

She is a succesful model and was recieving a paycheck from TNA. So i doubt that argument applies to her

why did she even start dating kurt angle.? anyways, she does need to stop. i’m extremely disappointed.
