I hate Chris Jericho. He isn’t that great in the ring, he’s mic skills are okay, but he’s just so boring. Big Show, has nothing. NO in ring ability and no real mic skills! They should be gone! I think Legacy should be tag champions and they should be feuding with the Hart Dynasty.

maryse needs to seriously wrestle more… all i remember seeing her do is a kick to gail and the ddt to melina… i’m not impressed.

The match was short and sloppy. The work bettween Melina and Maryse was pretty awful, but the FrenchKiss connected nicely. Loved the tag-team work between Gail and Melina, in my eyes, Jillian was the star in this match, every move she did and the way she sold the moves was just perfect.
It should’ve been a bit longer, Gail deserves more in-ring time than this!
So Maryse left with 3 Moves and Returned with how many? I didn’t see anything!!!! What the hell! The DDT doesnt count!

you know I was afraid this might happen,maryse didn’t do anything the whole match,jillian did all the work and took all the bumps for her team,maryse looked like lacey von erich,she had no idea what she was doing and had limited ring time,i guess WWE is trying to hide maryses ring rust

i liked the match because there was no botches(very pathetic statement) but the work between maryse and Melina was just awful,i get scared at the thought of them having a match
Ok, I thought this match was better than the matches in about a month, love the teamwork of Gail and Melina, but I still get nervous everytime Maryse comes near a ring, so hopefully she will improve more.

the match was pretty exciting 2 me, i loved how heated Melina was & how cocky [like always maryse was] , melina & gail fav raw tag team , i thought alicia would be with maryse but its all good, i think melina & maryse should do more houseshows 2gether then things will b iight, yea maryse didnt do much but hey!!! jillian was good in the match 2 me, the DDT was awesome!! cant wait 4 next week!!!
I do think Jillian looked a bit lost, but definetly showed talent in the ring, she was very good in this match, but hey, that’s my opinion, I do like to hear different point of views as long as they’re polite and logical!

i actually thought the match was pretty good! better than i expected since the last few weeks on raw havent been good.
Quick but energetic match with no big mistakes. On both shows, they seemed be avoiding having the feuding divas (Michelle-Mickie, Maryse-Melina) face off in the ring in tag matches too much. The only thing bad about that is that you don’t get much of an idea of how they work together.
RKOyou- you are complaining about people bitching about jillian when you are bitching about maryse. you have your opinions, everyone else has theirs. i normally dont comment too often but every single time i look at comments there almost always seems to be something negative from you.
i thought having a backstage promo right before the match was great ! & i liked the whole holding melina/maryse back from attacking each other.. but when they were let go they didnt do anything i was like wtf ? maryse was taunting a lot.. i think people seem to forget thats what her character seems to do. i agree with the comment above about jillian looking like shes on her way out soon. the divas had a lot more time in this match then they usually do. too bad they have little to no chemistry these days.
@trishrocks: I was wondering why Maryse was laying down too, weird, but an okay match. Seriously, I just saw a fan video of Smackdown this week and the SD divas own RAW all day.
To me the match was okay and alot better than the tag matches in the past month or so. In my opinion the stand out star of the match was indeed Gail even with her limited ring time she managed to pull off some great (non-botched) moves and added a great feel to the match. I also think that the WWE should have let Maryse get the pin on Gail (although I would have hated that). That way both Melina and Maryse would look strong and it would have added a certain mystery to weather Maryse could beat Melina.
I really think the WWE should have canceld the Melina/maryse feud and had Gail turn heel because as you can see Melina and Maryse do not have great connection in the ring.
Does anyone think if Melina was heel there will be any place for Maryse as a heel too?
Maryse didn’t even do a move in that match before the crowd started chanting for her. So much for everyone griping about how only the “wrestlers” should be used. When is the last time the crowd chanted for a diva? Let alone one that wasn’t getting over before she left. lol
It’s really weird that they are doing the same thing with Maryse/Melina as they did with Maryse/Mickie (that cocky chickenshit taunting the bull or something) and it is no where near the same effect. Go Melina for being passion to make Maryse’s thing look even more outlandish thus adding something other then “bad” matches to a feud?
I thought the match was really good. Maryse looked like she hadn’t missed a beat in six months or so. I know she didn’t do much, but she was out with a KNEE injury and she wasn’t an *amazing* technical wrestler before she left. Did anyone really expect her to bust out a suplex, ‘rana or something she has no business doing? That is why a lot of the Diva matches get a lot of unneeded flack. The most of divas are trying to wrestle like the men, but they are clearly not as strong or skilled as them.

The match was ok
I actually thought Jillian was good and didnt think she was lost at all. She sells bumps really well. I still dont think Maryse can even take them.
I do however think that corner monkey flips should dissapear, most the the time there done incorrectly.They seem hard to pull off
I’m not complaining,if you watch the match,Maryse clearly did awful,theres no hiding that.Jillian did very good but people still bash her for no reason,if she did do awful,then go ahead and bash but she didn’t

RKOyou – that is all subjective. it is all your opinion. thats what i was trying to say. what if it is my opinion or someone else’s that maryse did good and jillian didnt? everyone has a different view on things. your view is not everyones view.
How did Maryse do “clearly awful”? She taunted the bull (Melina) and got her due (Melina was kickin’ that butt) until she was able to outsmart Melina for a brief second. It’s not like she went in there and flubbed up moves left and right. Maryse proves you don’t need to do move to move to move if you have character. No one in the crowd gives a damn for the SD divas and, for the most part, they are the ones that do move to move to move with little character. It’s just basic Wrestling 101.
Another boring RAW diva match. The only part I liked was Gail’s awesome clothesline to Jillian. Oh, and her missle dropkick from top rope. Jillian was sloppy once again. I think her time in WWE is coming to an end. Maryse didn’t do anything wrestling wise, except for her boring DDT. Did she not train at all when she was out????
Maryse did pretty well first match back from knee surgery. It was a great finish. She blocked Melina’s finisher and nailed hers. Melina didn’t look weak at all, as she lost no differently than main eventers like Orton and Jericho. The taunts and chicken tactics have always been Maryse’s trademarks. She executed her moves well, was comfortable in the ring, and almost looks in better shape than before she left (which was near perfect to begin with). Overall, all four divas performed great. And no botches.
Did Maryse even do one single wrestle move? Maryse is just awful simple as that! Gail Kim was the highlight of that match.

In all seriousness though,folks,this week was definitely better than MANY of the past RAW shows,and the crowd was actually somewhat into this match!Was it me,or was this match REALLY slow-paced?!I don’t get why the divas choose to take it slow when they’re given above average time,but whatevs.I love the Melina-Gail team,but a Melina-Gail fued would be WAYYY better.Gail could be best friends with her,turn on her,and crush her for the Divas title.
I didn’t expect much from Maryse,and thank God.She only hit about 2-3 moves,but what she did do was well done.I knew Maryse got extra extensions,I liked her old hair better,though.
Jillian on the way out the door?Hmmmm,it’s plausible.It’s just too bad that a women who has more title reigns in the indies than probably five of WWE’d girls combined was reduced to some sad comedy act.
All in all,a good week for RAW.
As usual, Maryse still needs to work out on her in-ring skills. However, I do believe that her gimmick cleverly makes up for it. Why? Because she can’t wrestle that well and yet she is pushed like this. That mere choice by the creative department is what her persona capitalizes on. Majority of serious pro-wrestling fans think of her as a joke and yet there she is, taunting and exacerbating her opponents and the crowd. And in order to generate a win, her character always resorts to spot-picking and other shortcut methods. As a result, this generates more heat from the crowd.
However, I still don’t think she’s a great pro-wrestler. So far, she is a one-trick pony. Should she be asked to turn face, I doubt that she would be able to work it unless she develops her skills. Her beauty and this character can only take her so far. :)

embich-Mayrse did her normal routine walk around the ring and flip her hair…there is nothing basic about that. I can understand that wwe is trying to get her to develop her character but sometimes its just to much. Espically coming from mayrse. Im sorry to say this but she is annyoing…if i see her flip her hair one more time in a match of hers…lol jk
i thought jillian did good in this match…she may have not in her pervious matches but this one she did.

Anyone who reads the Raw Response/Redux on a regular basis knows nearly all of your comments are pro-Jillian, who in your eyes is rarely at fault and always getting screwed over. Not saying that your view is wrong or that others are right. But there’s a pattern in that quite often when you’re praising/defending Jillian every match, no matter how good or bad she actually performed, you tend to bash every other diva in the ring with her.
It seems Jillian has been the most disscussed Diva on this website as of late…
The Diva match was ok, but the announcers continue to indicate that during her time off, Maryse suffered from depression not knee surgery. Oh well, they will never get their facts straight.

I think that’s the point of it all, GOODNIGHTDDTMNM. I don’t think the WWE cares whether or not the reaction of the crowd reaction is genuine or not as long as there is one. I mean, on a greater scale, look at what they did to Lita. As distasteful and inconsiderate as it was, it was a somewhat fruitful move to shift Lita from being a face to being a heel when they saw an opportunity to utilize her personal life. That’s how desperate that company is in trying to sell their Women’s Division.
It’s pathetic, really, considering the fact that they don’t need to resort to that if only they know how to use their Divas properly and consider trusting them with more than 2 minute matches. The Women’s Division is still a side-show to them. They still rely on tacky old formulas to sell them. And that’s why it’s not prospering.
YOU CANT DENY WE ALL WANT TO JILLIAN AND GAIL STOP HOLDING MARYSE AND MELINA BACK!
