TNA Knockout, Kristal Lashley may soon be turning heel to play a ‘wrestling snob’ reports the Wrestling Observer. Kristal, the wife of Bobby Lashley, debuted at October’s Bound for Glory pay per view and up until now has been playing the sweet wife of the former ECW Champion. Read the details below:
It’s not confirmed that Bobby Lashley will be turning heel but it sounds like Kristal is. The current plan is to have Kristal do a storyline soon where she plays the role of a snobby person who looks down on pro wrestling. Her character will play up the idea that wrestlers are low-class and MMA is a higher-class environment.
The role will likely be a juicy part for Mrs Lashley, but can she make it work? I am confident that she can judging by her WWE work.

I love it!! I remember Kristal as a cocky, confident heel in WWE and I think she could pull this role off without any problems!! but didn’t she leave WWE b/c she didn’t want to a “controversial” storyline?? Someone refresh my memory what was that storyline??

Yeah. Kristal didn’t wanted to be insulted and disrespected like some performers, mostly Lita, where. Especially since the storyline involved Edge.
That’s a good thing. If she doesn’t want to portray something that makes her feel bad, she should turn down the storyline.
Anyways, I like Kristal. I think she’ll do great, since its a cool gimmick,

kristal did great as a heel in the WWE, i hope she does the same thing in TNA

This sounds like they’re picking up right where they left off with Sharmell…wearing glamorous outfits, portrayed as a queen/first lady of [insert stable]. Sounds interesting nonetheless.
