FCW’s new Queen, Mia Mancini has had an impressive showing over the past few episodes of the company’s television series, and in the latest leaked episode she takes on ECW’s Savannah. Watch below:
Compared to their first match which I wasn’t a big fan of, this go around, the work is far more solid and the two Divas seem to have found some chemistry. That said, like the bout with AJ Lee, I think this match plodded along and wasn’t too memorable.
I’m holding on patiently for that Mia vs Natalya match!

they need to get rid of that stupid tiara and get those bitches a belt…not only do i feel its degrading to the women of fcw, its degrading to womens wrestlers everywhere…a lot of women busted their asses to make womens wrestling credible and that tiara negates all their hard work…
Why does a guy have Candice’s theme… That’s strange
It was a solid match, some sloppy moves, but not bad at all! Savannah is really generic, I hope they change her moveset a bit before she starts wrestling on WWE.
Theres also serena Mancini vs. Tiffany which was pretty good

it was pretty good match,a little sloppy butway better then their first match. Serenas keeps botching the tilt-a-whirl headscissors,thats not how your supposed to take the move
i wish they didn’t change serenas name,theres a lot of girls on the main roster with names that start with M,serena was perfect for her

Also Becky Bayless is in Tampa right now and is hanging out with Serena alot, so maybe she is signed to FCW

I think it’s interesting how it’s the second Serena Deeb match in a row that gets the “Eh. It was okay. Kinda boring.” criticism on this site. And she is the one everyone wants called up. I still don’t get the fuss about Angela Fong either.
I also think people who follow the divas get too caught up in how much ring savvy a Diva has. Is it nice to see a chick who can wrestle? Yeah, but for the WWE that means jack. That’s why most, if not all of the divas, get absolutely no reaction. It’s not because they “Don’t get promo time” or “Storylines”. It’s because almost all of them have the personality of a brick while trying to do the most moves in 3 minutes.. And most of those moves don’t look too good.

This match was good, it told a good story and was decent length. Savannah is really coming into her own with the amount of moves she can pull off.

The match was good, a lot better then their first bout. Though I agree I prefer Mia in role where she plays into her more fast paced aggressive move set. Savannah is good but I need her to feed me something more maybe a little more of an edge when she’s preforming. They need to build a feud in FCW because I don’t know how i feel about Mia just picking up wins week after week but I guess they’re building her up ehh anyways.
A pretty solid match. Savannah is coming along nicely and could easily become quite talented if given the time and effort. I think Serena works better as a babyface with her move set, but I could see her going up against Beth as a ‘powerhouse’ type. It’s cool to see these FCW matches since we’ve seen very little of Tiffany in the ring and nothing at all out of Savannah on WWE tv. The crowd seems to be dead to the world for every women’s match – which is a shame since they’re obviously busting their butts.
@Mace: That would be the FCW Heavyweight Champion Justin Angel. Just when I thought I was done with Candice, FCW brings her back into my life. *sigh* I must admit, it’s kinda awkward to see him coming out to Candice’s old theme.
Good thing Justin Angel came out to Candice’s remixed theme. The old one would have been pretty awkward LOL
And as for the match, it was good enough for me. I wasn’t totally blown away, but there were some nice moments. I liked Savannah’s Shining Wizard. Savannah needs to get some action on ECW. She was signed to be a wrestler, not a broadcast journalist.
Why is it degrading to have a crown? Kings wore crown, princes too, at the end of the day it could be a golden wellington boot, its about what the title means not what it looks like, I think it’s stupid we’re always looking for opportunities to get on a femnism rally, look at WWE and TNA– though TNA concentrate on their Knockouts more, they still play second fiddle.
In terms of the match, yeah the commentary is awful, it always has been even with Dusty out of there. Nice to see they have Finkel on board, who can actually announce well. This match has been compared to the first which it really shouldn’t. Sure, it’s the same competitors, but in the first match they were trying to sell Mia Mancini’s strength and her intimedation by having her dominate, this time they’re building from it but they’re giving Savannah a figthing chance. It seemed a bit slumpy in places I hate that twirling hurricarana thing that Savannah did (always reminds me of Kelly Kelly’s crappy attempt at it) but overall it was okay, it has more moves than a standard Diva match, it always feels like it goes on longer than a Raw Diva match which would’ve ended by the time Mia got into the ring. Savannah does seem to have lost a bit of luster she once had, but that might’ve been because she was best of a training Divas whereas now she’s going up against an established wrestler. I keep hoping they’ll put her in a match on ECW, however they’re speculating ECW to be over in 2010 so if it’s true there’s only a short amount of time she has to get in there. She has been doing houseshows against Katie Lea Burchill, thought that would’ve transferred onto a on-screen feud, but with KLB “out of ECW” doesn’t seem that’s likely to happen either.
