Coming off the heels of two successful title defenses against AJ Lee and Savannah, FCW queen Mia Mancini takes on ECW General Manager Tiffany in a non-title match. Watch below:
To be honest, I wasn’t impressed with this match. In fact, I haven’t been very impressed with Mia since her FCW debut. Her new heel persona seems to limit her in the ring. Usually, she’s the underdog with the fast paced moveset, but I find her new hard-hitting, ground-and-pound arsenal unconvincing and boring at times. Hopefully she’ll adjust to her new style soon. I’m a big fan of her work and I know she can bring a lot to FCW and WWE, given some time.
Tiffany did well in this match, but it was obvious she’s been out of the ring for awhile. There were a few moments of miscommunication that led to some sloppiness, but besides that a decent showing.
Out of the last three matches Mia has had on FCW TV, this is probably the worst. It suffers from a lack of chemistry, along with a half dead crowd. Here’s to hoping Mia’s next match against Gail Kim impresses.

It seems they’re trying to make her big stoic, power heel like Beth or Natalya when she seems to suit a faster pace. As with the Savannah match, not impressed.
Was this before Tiffany’s arm thing or is Tiffany still hurt? I think that’s what so hard to keep up with the FCW action.. They do a bazillion tapings and release them in seemingly random order.
I want to like Tiffany. I do think she has some charisma in the ring and it doesn’t really look so awkward when she is picking someone up.. But her voice and face are irritiating. =(
I don’t know if it’s because I’m a huge Torrie Wilson fan, or I just never liked the whole we-got-spirit cheerleader/jazz-it-up behavior, but Tiffany’s entrance really annoys me.
Tiffany is extremely annoying, I can’t stand the sound of her voice! Her wrestling is not memorable, it’s bland, but she’s already better than Maria and Rosa in my eyes. The match is sloppy, slow-paced, it’s a bit bad in my opinion, I agree that Serena is better as a fast-paced babyface.
i thought the match was pretty good,tiffany may have a bland look to her but her voice is very unqiue,whenever she talks,she shows a lot of confidence,something I adore,all Tiffany needs to do is get a unqiue ring attire and she’s set,I think she has potential
serena PLEASE CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES. I don’t like that WWE(or FCW) is making serena look like a powerhouse like Beth or Natayla,it’s just not her,serena is not a big girl,she’s a average height faced paced wrestler,this gimmick doesn’t fit her,i hope this thing is dropped when she’s called up to the main roster.
I liked this match here too, there was some chemistry. I quite like tiffany, shes smoking and her ring attire is..interesting, shes coming along quite well in her wrestling training too she just needs to stick to it.
Not a bad effort here out of Tiffany. She’s still finding her ring legs so to speak, but thats what happens when you aren’t in the ring consistently. They ought to let these women bring out their full arsenal, whether they’re a face or a heel. Serena is capable of more than this.
LMAO I didn’t want to be the one to Call Mia Mancini out but yes she needs to retire that red number cause she’s acting like a cartoon character wearing the same thing every week. Oh Tiffany, I want to give you a chance but your just not giving me what I need. Though I will say she’s got good taste cause Drew McIntyre is fine even if he’s just another boy with a body lol give him a hair cut he’ll be workable.
Alana I was about to say the same thing! I mean even The Bellas have more outfits than she does and look at how much time they spend in the ring. Secondly, they really need to get Wade Barrett out of commentary and back into the ring, if he mentions Mia Mancini being like a bull looking at a red flag I might explode, this must’ve been one of Tiffany’s last matches on the rband as accoriding to FCW’s roster, she is no longer a member, nor is Alicia. Re: Tiffany’s theme, this was taken from like a month or two ago, it has changed to a rather more annoying one “I’m Insatiable” or something along the lines of, she debuted in during her Abe Washington interview.
The match felt a bit meh again, I agree it’s one of Mia’s worst matches on FCW, I just hate it when FCW organises matches for no reason and I think they’re struggling to find someone to go up against her, it intially seemed like it would be AJ Lee, but now it appears otherwise. Tiffany did okay in the match, I like it how she isn’t afraid to get up onto the top ropes, which isn’t something we see from a lot of new Divas these days (can only think of Mickie right now) I’d prefer for them to boot her from beign ECW GM, the role doesn’t suit her and I always thought she’d face Katie Lea as they had a lot of tense segments together, with Rosa and Savannah there, it’d seem like a good start for her.
Mia as a powerhouse is better, everyone goes on abotu how she should’ve stuck to being the ‘underdog’ but look at how many of them WWE have? The Bellas, Maria, Kelly Kelly, all of them in this role that makes it had for them to get credibility to improve, Natalya is more technical these days whereas Mia could go into a gimmick similiar to Victoria’s early days. It’s always good to see something new, very rarely will WWE take a new star and give them the same gimmick they’ve had in the circuits. I thought she’d go in as a face, but she’s adapting to her new role quite well.
Tiffany is so generic it hurts to watch her entrance, I do like her however but after watching the likes of Hamada and Sarita im not expecting a lot out of any WWE divas lately.
Mia Mancini/ Serena shows a lot of promise but is it me or do I think the WWE is going to pull the plug on this girl, she doesnt have that model’esque look even though she is a very pretty girl. However in saying that its always the girls you least expect to make it big that end up doing well, look at the likes of Mickie and Melina, both were unconventional by Diva standards but managed to conform.

They gave her the crown in her first match, and she has been undefeated ever since. What makes you think they are going to pull the plug? They even have divas from the main roster come over to job to her.
Some of you people are awfully harsh. This is the training grounds, so of course it’s not going to be that polished. Sure, this Serena girl has been around the block but that doesn’t mean much. She’s young and this is new territory, plus it’s a new gimmick and style. She’ll get better, hell, she’s already better than most of the main Diva roster (yes, I know that’s saying much). Tiffany is looking a lot better than the first time I saw her in the ring, God it was like a hybrid of Kelly and Maria in there. She looked comfortable and energetic in this match and played the babyface effectively. She’s still pretty generic in the looks and wardrobe departments, but I can see her making a name for herself one day but they need to get her in the ring and in a feud, the GM thing has lasted a while now.
because im torrie wilson fan i dont like tiffany’s theme too but away from tht…the way she drag mia to make her stand up look exactly like the way torrie does and tht clothesline at the start

JUST SAW HER MATCH WITH GAIL KIM – I was pleased. But, really, I’m not liking Mia as heel. That’s probably because I’ll always remember her as Serena, and like the character she was is OVW etc
