ebmich remember Trish was out of action in 2001 with a similar injury so Maryse still has time to grow…but anyways congrats to them both lol

Well done to them, they deserve it, as it seems they’ve worked hard this year :)
I think Michelle will definitely carry on being ‘Star Diva’, but if management is low on Melina, then you never know…
Other stars next year could be Maryse, Beth, possibly even Eve.

how is gail a jobber ? because she doesnt win EVERY single match ? she probably has the best win record as far as tag matches go

Part of me really wants to believe that when a Diva fued makes it to PPV, it should be a big deal these days. But that is quickly shot down when I realize 4 times out of 5 it’s ONLY because Michelle is in it. And the crowd is as close to be dead as you can get without being literal every time. I wonder how Michelle feels knowing that the crowd is always dead for her. I know a lot of Divas barely generate a rection and a lot of that is because of the lack of character/direction/use. However, Michelle is continuously on top of the SD Division always doing something in a fail attempt at getting her over.

And I think for Melina.. I dunno. I just don’t get the buzz about her wrestling or her.

I hope Maryse can stay healthy enough next year. It sucks that someone with so much potential already has a history of knee problems so early in their career.

Melina and Michelle have both definatley been outstanding this year and while Michelle may not be everyones fave diva for many reasons, she is an amazing athlete and the best diva search contestant they have ever had!! I think 2010 will be the year of Melina, Michelle, Maryse and possibly Beth (fingers crossed she turns face!!) 2010 will be Alicia Fox and Eve’s breakout years and Im sure Gail and Natalya will continue to job as sad as it is to type that!! unless Mickie is bowing out which leaves a face space on Smackdown for Gail!!!

im glad for the both of them. hopefully next year we will see natalya,alicia,gail, or maybe eve be where these 2 are. and u never know what new model… i mean talent they might sign in 2010.

Some good matches this year but not the best year in terms of Divas being used at PPVs. 6 of the 14 PPVs this year had no Diva match. In 2008, it was only 3 out of 14. Maybe it will get better in 2010?

It will depend on who stays as champ during 2010. But, since it seems that Maryse might get the title, I think that she’ll be the one most used this year.

I think it will be Michelle and Melina again for 2010, with maybe Maryse and Beth inserted in their for a good bit. Alicia and Eve might get a chance to shine in 2010 on the PPVs in singles competition (Alicia DID get a one-on-one shot at the PPV this year). Mickie James is a toss-up, depending on how her country career goes.

But I don’t see Michelle or Melina giving up their PPV positions yet, not next year at least.
