In a minor spoiler from last night’s SmackDown taping, a match between Michelle McCool and Mickie James has been made official for this Sunday’s TLC pay per view. Mickie became the #1 Contender for the Women’s Title last week, defeating Beth Phoenix and Natalya.

Piggie James will win it. Michelle always loses the title in December. That’s how she lost the Diva’s Championship when she was vs Maryse in December of last year. I could be wrong but it’s time to see a new champion. Michelle’s reigns were never exciting she hardly defended it this time around and it got boring. Piggie James should change it up a bit. I hope Natayla or Beth are the next contenders. I wish WWE would have battle royals since smackdown right now has four of the best divas in WWE, they should do more exciting matches with them. Like I would have made it a chair match but whatever WWE doesn’t want their divas to bleed…….*shrugs*

I think its time for a title change! I agree with Armado, Michelle never defends the title haha! I do wish it was Beth vs Michelle though. Maybe we’ll get that next if Michelle does defend succesfully.

Finally this silly feud will end (at least I hope that). Anyways, after this match I think they should start a mini-feud between Beth and Natalya, with the winner of the feud, aka probably Beth Phoenix becoming the number one contender. However I don’t think they will erase Mccool out of the equation that easily (which means I think that Mickie will win the title for the 5th time). But for me the best to do was this:
- Mickie wins.
- Michelle gets pissed off at Layla.
- Layla has a face turn. (i mean, we can’t only rely on Maria to be the second face).
- At the same time, a feud between Natalya and Beth starts.
- The girl who gets the upper hand at the feud becomes number one contender.
- Meanwhile they will do random tag matches between the girls.
It sounds boring, but I honestly think Smackdown should have more female performers, while Raw as to much of them. Maybe they should put Katie in Smackdown, or move a girl from Raw to Smackdown or maybe promote someone from FCW to the main roster (probably Mia Mancini, since she’s being facing girls from the main roster).

i really hope that McCool can retain the title so after she can feud with Beth and Beth can finally put in pratice what she said to McCool the two first weeks she was on SD.we never saw a McCool/Beth feud and it would be interesting due to the difference of characters,altough at this point they´re both heels.
Mickie just came off from a title reign,she needs to rest a while and not be always in the spotlight.
she can take this time and giving a little more attention to her music career.

Yeah I agree , Redsoul. I hope Mccoool does retain. Mickie is my number 1 favorite Diva but I dont really want to see her as champion again for right now. Although Michelle Hasnt been in matches as of late and havent been defending her title shre pratically has been getting a free ride. Or the last time she got a pinfall was b4 eve left for raw. So most likely Michelle will retain.
But Im looking foward to this match lets see if Mickie works well with Michelle

Sounds painfully boring, to be honest. Mickie hasn’t worked good with anyone since Trish left. It’s not because she’s only worked with “models” either. Michelle just doesn’t get wrestling psychology. She can hit those fancy moves, but there’s nothing else to her.
I would love to see Layla turn face. You can tell she’s having fun being a bad girl, but she’s since a naturally happy person! I mean, watch that Tribute to the Troops show next week and tell me the woman couldn’t be a great face. haha

mickie can not win the belt. the prospect of a beth vs mickie part 3894 is killing me. maybe if they decide to actually use natalya, sure, go ahead. although with her music career kicking off quite sharpish, i doubt they’d want to “reward” mickie for that with a title. they’d rather have mccool kill her.

I hope that Michelle retains at TLC then on a tag match on SD! Michelle accidentally hits Natalya and this sparks a feud between them, with eventually Natalya winning a Golden Dreams match and the Title.. then Michelle blames Layla for the loss and attacks her resulting in a face turn

I think they’ve been hinting for a Mickie and Natalya feud for a while now. Weren’t there rumours that Mickie was moving to Smackdown in the draft earlier this year and was going to feud with Natalya but she never ended up moving? I think if Mickie won it would be a great time for Natalya to step up and maybe we could see Natalya coming out over Beth Pheonix in a number one contenders match.

I had a great felling that this match would be added to TLC like the saying goes better late then never but unlike the other title matches this one is hard to tell who will win. Michelle has held the title for 5 months and gone through the likes of Melina to win it and retain it. So i wouldn’t be suprised if Mickie wins just because Michelle title run has become stail and boring. If Mickie wins she could feud with the likes of Natalya, Beth and Layla but if Michelle wins one of these divas will have to turn face just because Maria is not a title contender. I would LOVE to see Mickie win her 5th title and feud with Natalya and face her at the Royal rumble now that would be an incredable match to watch. So if I was a betting women I would put my money on Mickie just because of the way her Beth and Natalya have worked it the past. So Mickie wins Feuds with Natalya and faces her at Royal rumble.

yea i agree if mickie wins id love to see her feud with natalya, because mickie and beth weve seen a million times. natalya and mickie would change it up and maybe establish natalya and let management see that natalya should be pushed. and then michelle and beth could possibly have their own programme? that would be two interesting feuds, but im probably wishful thinking..

THEtommytommy- i think that sounds great. i think if mickie beat michelle, then there would be a match for #1 contender and perhaps it could be beth vs natalya and maybe michelle in there if she already hadnt had her rematch. then natalya could win so we dont see beth vs mickie for the 20th time and have a natalya mickie feud. then michelle and beth could feud.

i don´t know how,since the Mickie/Beth feud was already seen,the people here don´t put the chance of McCool retaining and then having Beth feud with her for the title,something that we NEVER saw before and giving the differences of characters between the two it would be funny to watch.and then Natalya could be the next contender and face Beth for the titlr.
for God sakes,Mickie just came of a title reign,she shouldn´t win another already….

I will feel bad for them if they have to follow the ladder or TLC matches, the crowd will be even deader than usual during the match.
I know most of Mickie’s title reigns have been lackluster, but I hope she wins here, I just can’t get into Michelle McCool no matter how long she holds the title. After the Mickie v Natalya match a few weeks ago then the triple threat with Beth, I’m hoping those 3 will somehow be involved in the next title feud after Mickie disposes of Michelle & Layla.

Michelle vs Mickie but like most of you are saying if this match goes on after the TLC Tag team match are any other Table ladder or Chair match it will be kind of like dead weight. So i am hopeful it eather goes on after the Randy Orton vs Kofi Kington match or The John Morrison vs The Drew Mcintyre match. I really do think this match will be epic we know how michelle has worked in the past at ppv and Mickie is a seasoned vet so she should be on it. I pedict Mickie winning just because I really want to see her as the Face on Smackdown becasue honestly I think Mickie days with wwe are numberd now that she is looking into future endeavors.

I’m excited for this match. The one thing that does disappoint me is that it’s not a Table, Ladder, or Chair match. As much as I’m not a fan of the TNA Knockouts, at least they have had Ladder matches for the title. I would love to see WWE get extreme with the Divas. Take it back to the days of Lita, Trish, Victoria, ext. These women weren’t afraid to put their bodies on the line. Why not do it with the Divas now. I think it would be exciting, and perhaps get better ratings on the Diva segments.
