WWE.com has posted the second part of their ‘Where Are They Now?’ article with former Women’s Champion, Ivory – complete with recent pictures! Speaking of her time with WWE, she says:
On joining WWE: “I talked to Jim Ross,. and he said to get a tape together as they wanted to show it to [WWE Chairman/CEO] Vince [McMahon]. That was that, I was on board for the next six and a half years.”
On the women’s division then: “Looking back, it was really cool to be a person that helped catapult the women’s division to become what it was,” said Moretti . “It was me and Jacqueline, and soon after that we had Molly Holly on board, with Trish [Stratus] and Lita. It was really cool.”
“It was great. We had awesome things going,” Moretti said. “I mean, I think Trish and Victoria had some of the best matches women could ever hope to have. I can’t squawk either as Chyna and I had a great opportunity with Right to Censor, and a huge lead-up to our match at WrestleMania [X-Seven].”
Ivory reveals that she now has her own business, taking care of animals and is also going to appear at a GLOW reunion next year:
“There’s a documentary coming out around the GLOW girls and they’re organizing a big reunion in Los Angeles Jan. 30,” says the former GLOW champion. “I recently spoke with the guys who did the documentary and it turns out a lot of girls are showing up so it’s going to be a big deal.”
Read more by clicking here. I agree with Ivory on the Trish-Victoria matches, it seems those matches were the pinnacle of how far WWE let it’s Divas push boundaries. Surprisingly, nairy a mention of Ivory’s classic feud with The Fabulous Moolah in the article.

I love Ivory. Talented in the ring, a ton of personality and seems like such a cool person with a wealth of knowledge about the wrestling business. Her run with Right To Censor was one of my favourite ever female heel runs of any Diva (or Knockout). Her mic work was just immense then and she drew the same kind of heat Vickie Guerrero does right now. The feuds with Lita and Chyna were memorable ones.
Great that WWE is catching up with her. They profiled Luna Vachon, a couple of years ago, in a similar way.
I Can’t Believe Ivory Began Her Wrestling Career 23 Years Ago, and Since Then She Has Acheived So Much, She Had Some Of The Best Feuds Ever and Great Matches With Great Divas Like Her Hardcore Match With Luna Vachon!
Ivory is timeless.

I’ve been a fan of Ivory’s all the way back when she was Tina Ferrari on GLOW. When I saw her premiere in the WWE years later I marked out so hard. She had an awesome run with the company and I still think her best feud was with Chyna during Ivory’s time with RTC. I love the promos Ivory did making fun of Chyna and beating up the life-sized cut out of her and the faux Chyna interview where she played her. Funny stuff!
But guys, amidst the glow if you will of this GLOW reunion, Ivory/Tina said it will now become more of a rally for one of GLOW’s icons…Mt Fiji.
“Also, it unfortunately turns out that one of the girls, Mt. Fiji, is ailing, so as part of one of her hopes of getting all the girls together, it kind of has become a reunion slash get together for Mt. Fiji.”
My hope is Fiji, one of my favorite GLOW girls, heals up in time for this reunion to take place. As I said in a past post, many GLOW girls now have Facebook accounts
