TNA’s backstage interviewer extraordinaire, Lauren Brooke is set to leave the company reports ProWrestling.net. Brooke is due to be married and reportedly wants to move on from the company to enjoy marital bliss.
Meanwhile, in a case of good timing, Christy Hemme debuted last week as the latest backstage interviewer after opting to retire from the ring.
It’s sad to see Lauren leave TNA as she wasn’t your average blonde interview like her predecessors Crystal and err, that other one. She injected personality into her role and her work with The Beautiful People has been great. Good luck to her!
EDIT: Lauren has confirmed her departure on her Twitter page, writing: “Truly going to miss the wrestling fans and my fam [sic] at TNA.”

Crystal and Leticia showed a hell of a lot more personality than Lauren. Her wooden, unrealistic delivery continued through her entire run with the company. Did anybody actually buy her ‘concern’ for AJ every week he got attacked? I’ve seen better acting from Tiffany.
I’ll always remember Crystal and her dances with Curry Man and as for Leticia, at least she had a sense of humour about herself while she was on Beauty and the Geek.
This makes me sad. =(

Crystal was actually pretty good. I remembered the fans being disappointed when they opted to replace her with Lauren since Crystal had so much personality. But I’m so glad Lauren grew and showed more acting range and depth than many of her in-ring peers. I hope she goes on to bigger and better opportunities.
This is a big loss to TNA, even though her role was just an interviewer.
She really added to the interviews and interacted great with the wrestlers. I really can’t think of a better female interviewer then her. Christy will be a decent replacement, but no one will be as good as Lauren.
This sucks!!!
I liked her, but this role is perfect for someone who understands the business and paid her dues like Christy Hemme.
Can’t say I’m sad. Her annoying voice got stuck on my head, hope it goes away now…
You don’t have to be a wrestler to know the business. Look at Jim Ross.
I think TNA’s interviewers have all been really good. Lauren, Crystal, and Leticia did a find job with their interviewing skills and got involved in them instead of just standing there blankly.
I really liked her but if less Lauren means more Christy then bye Lauren :)

Sarona Snuka hasnt had much training yet, probably less than Lacey. Her debut match was only a few months ago, so it’s kinda soon to give her a tryout already. Unless they are trying to snatch her away before WWE has the chance to sign her and put her in FCW.

Boo. I’m bummed. I liked Lauren. I like Christy too, but she doesn’t get as into the interviews as Lauren did. Lame. :(
im extremely happy with this. her voice irratated me.. she has a face a i want to smack (which sounds really bad, but is true) and im much happier that christy hemme has replaced her and retired from the ring..
it took me a while to get into lauren, she definitely improved leaps and bounds since first joining tna, but i won’t particularly miss her – i mean it’s not as if i sat watching waiting for her interviews like i did with crystal before her.
hopefully christy adjusts better to her new position, as i still find watching her a bit awkward, it’s like she plays up too much to the camera rather than who she’s questioning.
with her profile already removed, i wonder if that means this is it or they’ll maybe write her out with a minifeud with tbp or even being wrote out by daffney?
