Check back over the next 10 days to find out how the countdown will unfold!
TAYLOR WILDE
What a year it has been for Taylor Wilde! Despite being introduced in 2008 with a big push, it was in 2009 that Taylor Wilde came into her own as a major asset to the Knockouts division. Her extensive resume in 2009 has included a Six Sides of Steel match, a ladder match, a Monster’s Ball match and a 10,000 Tacks match.
Beginning the year in a feud with The Beautiful People, Taylor Wilde and Roxxi fooled the then-duo into believing one Daffney was Sarah Palin, who later became known as ‘The Governor’. The feud led to The Gov, Taylor and Roxxi defeated a now trio of Beautiful People in a 3-on-3 match at March’s Destination X. Taylor then continued her feud with Angelina Love in a triple threat match for the Knockouts Title at Lockdown.
But it was spring through summer that Taylor had possibly one of the best Knockout feuds of the year — with The Governor, now unveiled Daffney. The twisted Knockout targeted Taylor and their feud led to a Monster’s Ball match at June’s Slammiversary followed by a 10,000 Tacks match just a few days later.
In August, Taylor was teamed up with Sarita [this year's #9] in a one-off match. However after the chemistry that two shared, they were immediately put together into a team and went onto win the first ever Knockouts Tag Team Championship. The win made Taylor the first woman in history to hold both the Knockouts and Knockouts Tag Team Titles in TNA.
Taylor has had one hell of a year and is perhaps the dark horse of the Knockouts division. Her feuds this year haven’t necessarily been the main focus of the Knockouts division but she’s given her all into all that she’s been given.
Check back later today for #5

Taylor has had a great year
shes always been good, but this year has been her best,
her ability’s are good and the pairing of her and sarita has got her to more gold and there great together
shes also proved she can handle situations (in the cage match with kong and Angelina she had to figure a way to end it wile angelina was knocked loopy)
and hasn’t she only been wrestling for 5 years?
if thats true her trainers must be good, or shes just a natural
Taylor is a wrestling machine, and she never gets enough credit for that.
Great year for the gal’!
i love taylor but i kinda liked her better solo.
Yay! Taylor Wilde! Have loved her since I first saw her in SHIMMER and I love that TNA seems high on her. She’s definitely a talent worth investing in. Loved the feud with Daffney.
TAYLOR IS GREAT AND HER AND SARITA MAKE IT EVEN BETTER
she deserved this ranks well shes one of the best wrestlers
Yeah, here’s hoping she gets another run as Knockout Champion in 2010!
I love watching her in the ring. Her movements are so crisp and exceptionally believable. I have to agree with TrishMelinaFan–I don’t think she gets enough credit for it. Truth be told, there are times when her in-ring efficiency reminds me of Molly Holly.
But like I said during my post regarding Sarita… I think that she is still better as a solo competitor as supposed to being her tag team partner because their duo is just so random even if they have matching outfits. They’re not necessarily polar opposites and neither are they birds of the same feather in terms of style, image or heritage. Sure, they’re both billed from Canada and they’re both very athletic but something about it just doesn’t work for me.
But anyway… they are both awesome in the ring. I think they would have a pretty good future in TNA. I’d even love to see them feuding in the future. :)
I always thought of her as being extremely underrated by the fans, glad she had such a great year!
She deserves this spot. 2010 could be a big year for Taylor Wilde.
who cares if taylor is white and sarita is hispanic, just because there of different heritages, doesn’t mean they don’t fit as a team,I LOVE THEM TOGETHER,without sarita taylor would have gotten lost in the shuffle, taylor needed this tag team to survive
Taylor deserves this spot
Rkoyou, i also do not care if sarita is hispanic and taylor is white, but in fact i m sure you already know that they re both canadian.Sarita has the mapple leaf on her attire…..
Otherwise,it s incredible how taylor was better this year than during her knockout reign. The influence of more older wrestlers who has come to tna may have help her to improve.
I mean sarah stock or tara might have give her advices to improve and it worked,in my opinion.
She has had a very strong single bout vs hamada,a few weeks back.
Finally,it s amazing ,how the chemestry between taylor and sarah is better than all the wwe men tag team. They are not at the level of the young bucks or the mcmg, but they re a cool tag team to watch.
I think Taylor Wilde is one of the best females wrestler right now. Last year I didn’t like her or her big push but now I love Taylor.
