  1. This is not right..

  2. Definitley the best.

  3. Um, this was indeed the best match of the year. It was really, really good.

  4. BulgarianAngel- You are taking these awards way too serious

  5. LOL at this watered down spotfest winning match of the night, just cause of 2 risky moves, its match of the night..

  6. bulgarianangel – do you have to walk away to calm down again?

    these awards are subjective. relax.

  7. argg this suck
    5 awards for melina ARGGGG
maryse deserved to be the one with moreee awards

  8. I LOVED this match!!

  9. Great this match was full of agression and wasn’t predictable!!! Well deserve…the nominations got close before my second option wish was Natalya vs. Beth vs Mickie!

  10. Michelle/Mickie >> Michelle/Melina

  11. @ BulgarianAngel- calm the fuck down, this is supposed to be fun, you are taking all of it way to seriously

  12. Erm…ok,….well,at least melina got the most awards! *Laughs like a bitch*

I voted Angie vs Kong vs Taylor.

  13. Alissa Flash/Sarita was 10 times better than this. It had a much better build, had better highspots, and was much more innovative and brutal.

  14. I think people overrate that NOC match it was good for diva standards matches for divas nowadays are set pretty low but it no way deserved the match of the year.

First and foremost the fans were not really into there was no reaction

Sarita and Alissa Flash was more entertaining and just there mere fact that those two had different styles and they were able to mesh with each other shows how great they are as wrestlers.

Beth and Melina also derseved to be the match of the year it was really great match and good show from each other and how well they mesh with each other in terms of their different wrestling style.

I don’t agree with NOC being the match of year

my pick is Beth vs Melina

  15. Anything Hamada was the match of the year. This was good for a diva match.

  16. *oops I meant to write this was a great Diva match, especially considering how crap the Divas have been treated this past year!

  17. Maybe the best diva’s match, but I can name at least 15 Knockout matches that are much better.

  18. Both women told a story in this match. Considered how crappy the Divas were treated in 2009, this was a very welcomed change of pace. Congrats to them on Match of the Year!

  19. I agree this was the Best DIVAS match in the year (with Mickie and Michelle coming in a close close second), but it wasn’t the best Women’s match. Kong and Tara in the cage was, but whatevs congratulations to Melina and Michelle, their hard work paid off. I’m happy for them.

  20. Yes ! I LOVED that match =]

  21. WHAT???? people seriously overrate that NOC match,it was a GOOD match but it wasn’t anything above good IMO

I voted for Hamada vs. taylor wilde, that was an AMAZING MATCH

  22. maybe the best diva match of the year, but in my opinion this is not the best woman match of the year, it’s strange because if you see all candidated matches you can see a big difference between WWE and TNA matches, you know like WWE 3vs3 match of Bragging Rights and the Monster’s Ball of TNA….but it’s the same, this is my opinion :) and it’f for this that I’m gonna watch TNA next monday and not WWE :)

  23. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT????????????? This match was good for WWE standards, but none of the divas could have a hardcore match or steel cage match.

  24. “but none of the divas could have a hardcore match or steel cage match”

Offcourse they CAN, but they arent allowed to do that in WWE. I can assure you, if WWE goes to Natalya and Beth Phoenix and ask them “do you 2 want to do a cage match at Wrestlemania?”, do you honoustly think they will say No? Like many divas have mentioned (complained) in the past, they WANT to do more wrestling, but creative just doesnt let them.

  25. Okay seriously?! The mixed tag monster’s ball match was awesome. None of the divas would go through thumbtacks like Daffney did. And Taylor Wilde was even able to give Raven a few hits.

  26. I loved Mixed Tag Team Monster’s Ball Match (TNA Slammiversary)!!!!!! When Taylor Wilde put her in the tacks I couldn’t believe it! Hardcore matches involving women impress me, and Daffney is scary-cool! If I was a female wrestler, I would do hardcore matches and intergender matches too!

I thought that, for it being a Divas match, I really liked the NOC match with Melina and Michelle! But I loved the Monster’s Ball the most. :P

Late to post on this but I haven’t been on here in a little while.

  27. ughhh
