Wonder if Bret Hart had anything to do with this? Ha, glad she won I was going for either her or Hamada! I think Melina is hands down the best in the WWE though.
Do people really think Melina is more skilled inside the ring than Alissa Flash or Hamada?? Even Nattie and Tara are deserved this more in my opinion. Oh well, she’s still a great wrestler and she has one of the best movesets in the company, so I give it to Melina, she’s good.
In the WWE, I’d dare to say Natalya and Gail are the most skilled, than McCool and Beth, than Melina. That’s probs just me tho.

Go Melina! Although I think Alissa Flash is a better all-around wrestler, Melina is awesome. Hopefully WWE realizes what a mistake it was to move her to RAW and she goes back to Smackdown after her injury is healed.

Yeah, I’ve noticed no Knockouts winning, too. But I actually expected it since there seems to be more WWE watchers than TNA at this website.
What a joke! Melina is in noway better than any of the others. People really need to stop the bias. Melina’s gotten quite sloppy and she was never that great of a wrestler. Half her moveset is blatant ripoffs of others (I.E. The sunset bomb. While MsChif didn’t invent the move, Melina obviously copied it move for move with the same pose and scream). What a shame to Alissa and Hamada.
To me it was between Tara or Melina, so either way I am happy

@PedroPedrosso – I (once again) agree with you. Melina is unique for a diva and she is my favorite Diva, but Hamada so deserved this one followed by ALissa Flash. Hamada nevers puts on a bad match, and is hella impressive and Alissa is just as amazing.
She’s alright, but she has nothing on Hamada, Kong, or Flash.
Majority of these people watch WWE more and plus WWE has five hours of programming every week whereas TNA has two and there is a gurantee you won’t see the same Knockouts every week.
Melina i think is the best skilled wrestler i mean she really knows her way around the ring and she is creative and plus the most important thing is that Melina won because she was pushed the most this year.

Tara and Melina have no business in this list. Alissa Flash, Sarita, Hamada, Beth Phoenix, Natalya and Serena Deeb all have more skills. Melina wins in other fields like promos, character etc, but when it comes to pure wrestling skills she is far behind the 6 names i mentioned (and i didnt even include indie wrestlers like MsChif). Too bad this categorie ended up becoming a popularity contest.
This is a joke! All the WWE Divas winning all the prizes?! Come on, it’s a pure robbery! Melina is a good wrestlers, but she’s nowhere near Hamada or Cheerleader Melissa/Alissa Flash. Just as someone before said, these are “popularity” contests. And this cathegory should’ve been only for WRESTLING SKILLS. Not charisma, not beauty, just SKILLS.

There’s no doubt that Melina is talented, she’s one of my favorite divas, but I definately think she should not have won this. I think the other nominees beat her in this apartment. I would have been happy with any other candidate winning. Though preferably Natalya or Alissa. Either way congrats to Melina. :)
