And the winner is…
Lilian Garcia retired this year after 10 years as the voice of the WWE. After countless renditions of the national anthem and countless entrances announced, Lilian was given a farewell live on Raw in September 2009. Her contributions while not in the ring, have made her one of the most popular Divas in recent times. As she retires, we feel it is befitting to honour Lilian with this year’s Special Recognition Award.
