Good grief, Eve wins with a ROLLUP? And the match had to be two minutes at most. What a waste.
@ baby, supposedly Nikki did wrestle, or that’s what WWE wants us to believe – that would be the point of why Nikki got pinned, it was pretty much suppose to be Maryse taking both the bellas out of the tournament in one match.
BTW, this tournament really sucks. The only good thing I see out of this happening is Gail becoming the Divas Champion (because, I don’t see Alicia or Eve making it past the semi’s). But I’m completely turned off this tournament, maybe I’m just bitter because I thought WWE was going in the route of Kelly – I had my hopes up and everything. :/

And I don’t know who to lol at more. The people claiming Katie was “criminally” misused or the people who wanted to see Eve in action. Both were pretty damn bad.
i so happy that alicia won and the eve and katie match was watchable overall Good raw.

I could see Eve and Alicia advancing to the finals, with Eve winning and starting a program with Maryse. Something tells me that Gail Kim and Jillian Hall will not be in WWE much longer.

As expected, Katie Lea is the new heel jobber of raw. Maybe that will mean Jillian will get a small push in the future, they dont really need 2 heel jobbers.
This tournament kinda sucked, but at least it gave us a clear view on who is considered to be important by the creative staff. They could’ve let Eve loose to Alicia, and Kelly win from Katie, but they didnt. So i guess the face-order right now is: Gail Kim, Eve Torres, Kelly Kelly, Bella Twins. And the heel-order is: Maryse, Alicia Fox, Jillian Hall, Alicia Fox.

*Clothesline on the outside from Kelly

I like Katie Lea’s look, myself. And I don’t think Katie Lea was misused, I said too bad that she lost because I like them both; so if Eve had lost I would have said the same thing. It was a RAW-quality match, meaning it was what it was.

Poor Katie Lea. Another talented wrestler wasted as a jobber. The best thing about tonight was Alicia Fox advancing. Once she did, it was obvious Eve was next because the WWE is super predictable right now. I would have rather seen Katie advance, although the idea of her jobbing to Maryse is even less appealing. At least Eve isn’t a cartoon.

Ugh, WHY was Maryse on commentary? She wants the Divas belt, we get it. All the girls in the tourney do. And she is so bloody awkward when she speaks! Seems so forced! I wanna tell her to shut up and take some lessons from Santino. I even missed one of the moves from Eve that was blocked by Katie because they had the camera on Maryse.
ebmich, where do you get that Eve and Katie were pretty bad? They were on for like 2 minutes so there wasn’t enough to judge them on especially to say that they were awesome. But for what was there they were both solid.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Katie Lea is on the list to be released after Wrestlemania. Thats usually the time of the year people get released. They probably moved her to raw so they can still use her to elevate the faces on raw (Kelly, Eve) for a few more months.

It’d be a shame to lose Katie but at least she’d be free to wrestle for SHIMMER again, where she can put on more kick ass matches instead of 2 minute jobs.

I can’t believe I missed an Alicia Fox match. Nice to see that she won though. I thought for sure it was going to be Kelly and Maryse in the finals since they both were somewhat starting a feud. I’m actually shocked she lost. Did Eve/Katie even have a match? It was nice to see her on a show with a title but the match was bearly there. The only thing I can remember from the match besides Eve winning was Maryse talking. I didn’t like the fact that she was the highlight of the match but I actually liked her with Cole/King. I’m glad she called Cole out on her saying her name wrong cause I hate hearing him call her Maurice. That is a pet peeve of mine. I’m so hoping it’s Gail/Alicia in the finals.
Well, it’s quite surprising actually, the minute Katie Lea goes back to raw, shes jobbing as much as i love eve, katie should of won that.

The minute I saw Alicia as kellys opponent, I knew Alicia would win because WWE actually lets her win matches. The match was very bad IMO but I saw the ending coming from a mile away
I agree with the people saying that Katie will get released, she doesn’t have the diva look and WWE sure isn’t going to push her because she doesn’t look like a model. I think WWE will use as a jobber until they get to the roster cuts
I hope gail wins but I know she won’t, her win against Jillian was on WWE superstars which no one watches so if she was going to win, she would’ve won on raw

Alica/Kelly was OK. Nice finisher by Alicia. I reckon if she works on that powerbomb, it could be a very good signature move for her along with that axe-kick. Kelly’s outfit looked like one borrowed from Maria lol.
Katie/Eve was not good. There was a couple of good spots including that swinging backbreaker by Katie. Eve’s performance was definitely not as good as some of the things she did on SmackDown.
Anyway Gail will beat Fox and Maryse will go over Eve. They wouldn’t do a heel v heel match as it wouldn’t exactly get the crowd interested (that McCool/Maryse match from March last year came to mind-the one where McCool was heel, Maryse was champ and Gail made her comeback).

I just watched the Alicia/K2 match and although it was hella short it was pretty good. I like them both in the ring but my only problem with Kelly is that sometimes her clotheslines, elbows and kicks look weak.
