SHIMMER Announces April Tapings

SHIMMER will be following up it’s hugely successful November anniversary with new DVD tapings this April. The company will film four volumes in Berwyn, IL on April 10th and 11th.

Front row tickets will go on sale on January 31st.

    I hope we get to see a new champion this time. I love MsChif, she is one of my favorites. But i am kinda tired of always seeing MsChif and Sara del Rey hog all the titles in the indies. Since it’s the first taping of the new year, this would be a great time to find a new champion ;-)

    Daizee, Wesna, LUFISTO!!
    It’s Lufisto for me.
    I also hope Portia Perez, Annie Social & Jennifer Blake are back for these tapings.

    Daizee and Lufisto are the 2 logical candidates. Wesna is from Europe (low availability) and has language problems, so she wouldnt be a logical choice to become champion. Melissa and Kong are under TNA contract, so they arent options either. In the future Madison Eagles, Jennifer Blake, Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews might also become title candidates, but not yet. Or maybe Rain and Mercedes can be buildup as champions as well, both are big names in the indies, have the skills and are well-liked. But right now my money is on Lufisto as the next champion.

    Rain & Mercedes work regularly for WSU too and Mercedes is WSU champion so i have some doubt’s about her availability for ROH. Nicole is tag champion at the moment so i dont think they’ll put the belt on her or Perez.
    So Lufisto it is for me too.
