Newly called up Diva, Serena Deeb is once again going by the name Serena Mancini. Deeb appeared at last night’s FCW taping [with her newly shaven head] and was given her first name back after going by Mia Mancini for several months.
Upon her developmental debut, she was initially known as Serena followed by Serena Mancini.
Serena’s WWE debut airs tonight on SmackDown.

I can’t find it on Youtube yet (usually it’s uploaded by Australian fans) but I can’t wait to see it. What was she doing in FCW? Drop her title maybe?

I read a report of the FCW on pwinsider and the fan said that she looks hot with a bald head.

The name ‘mancini’ is just so they can copyright the name. I’m sure she will just be called ‘Serena’ when she is announced for the matches.

I agree with Mikas. They usually don’t use all the names. Anyways, I prefer the name Serena. I don’t know why, but I always liked that name, because in Portuguese its the same as calm.

I just watched the Serena segment and I thought it came off well. I also thought she looked pretty good bald. She pulls it off well. I also liked the James/Laycool segment. I thought Smackdown was a win for the Divas all around.

They’ll call her Serena Mancini, because they want to create their own character out of her rather than relying on her indy history etc. Hence the fresh start with the baldness. I’m glad she’s getting a shot and she can still compete on FCW, I don’t know why people think its phyiscally impossible to appear on the main brands and FCW at the same time; Alicia Fox, Tiffany, Savannah, Rosa all did it, Savannah and Rosa are still doing it.
I think the fact they shaved her head is a good thing, it could end up going down the pot like Roxxi and Molly did after their shaven experiences, however WWE are unlikely to shave contracted Diva talents hair, just to make them ‘arm candy’ because it just doesn’t work. I can’t wait to see her in the ring, although this does bring out the heel, face ratio further.
