LAST
WEEK
GAIL KIM
Gail Kim’s winning streak continues with a tag team victory on Raw along with Eve Torres.
BETH PHOENIX
The Glamazon made her decision on SmackDown this week — she is not Team James. Phoenix helped humiliate Mickie on SmackDown.
MICKIE JAMES
Mickie was left humiliated at the end of this week’s SmackDown but gave an excellent performance… well we are in Oscar season! She gets a title match at the Rumble, so things are looking up.
EVE TORRES
Eve picked up the win for her team on Monday Night Raw. She showed off an impressive new move and made Alicia tap.
TARA
The New Knockouts Champion debuts on the Perfect 10, shooting past several girls for #5. Her hard fought title win made her a three time Knockouts Champ.
MICHELLE MCCOOL
Michelle McCool proved she’s the meanest Diva in all of the WWE, humiliating Mickie James and leaving her in tears on SmackDown.
ANGELINA LOVE
Angelina Love returned to the ring on Impact this week scoring a win over her former team mate, Madison Rayne. But The Beautiful People had the last laugh.
LAYLA
Layla stays in the same spot this week. She helped Michelle McCruel in her public humiliation of Mickie James on SmackDown.
KELLY KELLY
Despite being knocked out of the Divas Title tournament last week, Kelly is undeterred and picked up a win over Jillian on WWE Superstars this week.
MARIA
Maria returned from a brief absence from SmackDown and brought her A-game on SmackDown. Maria’s turn on the mic wowed fans who had seemingly written her off, including us!

Can they maintain their positions until next week? Check back next week for a new Perfect 10.

  1. i think the only reason gails been on a winning streak is because most of her last few matches have been against jillian !!!!!!!

  2. EVE number 4? and no BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE?

  3. Why have Kong and Hamada went from top to not being on the list? I understand that this isn’t the Power 25, yet usually an inactive week means the Superstar stays on the list if they were high up. Good list though otherwise. :)

  4. crigginz. probably cause WWE is scripted and Jillian is the jobber girl.
and this doesn’t make sense. How can Mickie be before Michelle and Layla? They humiliated her weeks. And i think TBP should have been in this list.

  5. Excellent … but then Gail Kim is always #1 on my list. Thanks!

  6. Im sure if Melanie took into account the THOUSANDS of people that visit this site and their opinions as to who should place where, we’d be getting one post per month at the most so lets just appreciate that we have a top ten to begin with :) I agree with the comment above seeing Gail at number 1 made me smile. What a crazy week for womens wrestling!

  7. amare136: If you read the criteria this is based on you’ll see that it’s more than just who came out on top this week. It’s who did the best in the broader of context of women’s wrestling. For Melanie and for everyone who saw that segment, Mickie’s performance was trully stellar and will go down no doubt in women’s wrestling history. It’s only fitting that she be ranked high. Same with Maria: sure she got beat up, but she cut an amazing promo and we now know of another attribute of hers

  8. I agree with JuicyJuiceBox that mickie james performance was a classic i didn’t know she was that good but i woulda liked to see TBP on here maybe next week.

  9. just adding my 2 pence…

surely the number one on the list should be someone who is either a title holder, or challenging for the title. not someone who pins jillian in a dull match one week and then happens to partner the winner in a tag match the next. the decision to make gail number one was a bad one. apart from that i kind of agree with most of this, although i totally agree with the person above who pointed out that is incomprehensible that mickie is above michelle and layla considering that they pretty much destroy her every single week.

glad that youve got this feature on the site though – always a good opportunity for a bit of healthy debate :D

  10. Yes! Gail is at the top of the WWE and TNA ladder, haha.

  11. God list, but Mickie should be either neutral or going down, but not going up.

I wouldn’t call Mickie’s promo this past Friday “classic” it was good, but not a “classic”.

Classic is Mickie’s unvailing of Ashley under a Christmas box,
Classic is Trish’s bitch-fit on Christy Hemme,
Classic is Lita’s wedding vows with Kane,
    but last Friday?

    That was not classic.

  12. Great as always. I think they gave Eve the win on Monday to try and build a little fued mini between her and Maryse before their semi finals match. I really am confused about what they are planning for the rest of the tournament, I mean I know whos going to win but the whole thing seems alittle scattered and all over the place now.

  13. i agree with all bt why is beths one white?

  14. Congrats to Gail for finally making it to the top…hopefully this is a sign of things to come. (New Diva’s Champion???) I’m upset that Beth chose Team Laycool over Team James…but who knows what will happen come the Rumble next week. Speaking of Team James..poor Mickie was left crying in the middle of the ring, actually made me want to cry. Bad job to WWE sending a bad message to women of all ages. I think Maria deserve a little higher spot then what she got, because when she came out to defend Mickie ‘s honor she rocked it. Eve…improving each and every week. Good for her. Don’t even get me started on LayCool….so annoying. And as for K2…I’m still waiting for her to really prove that she belongs in the WWE, prove that she is more then just a pretty face.
Moving on the the two Knockouts on the list. Tara is once again Knockouts Champion…but did we have a doubt she wouldn’t win it back?? And the only Knockout I really give a crap about…Angelina Love. So excited she’s back, and I can’t wait to see the budding feud between her and former bestie Velvet Sky. I think Angelina should trademark TBP, so the other three skanks can’t use it.

  15. Just out of curiosity, why is Beth’s spot highlighted?

    Melanie Reply:

Whoops, Beth’s row should be fixed now.

Offcourse this was a classic. It’s one of the longest promos ever, even the dirtsheets that usually dont care about the diva stuff call it one of the best promos ever. So when a promo captures so much attention, that automaticly makes it a classic.

  17. I think both Michelle and Layla should be above Mickie. Mickie had a good speech, but she was dominated.

  18. some of you really cant read. if you look at the ‘last week’ column you’ll see why mickie is ahead of michelle or layla.

but anyway yay for gail #1 :D

While a lot of people liked it, it was definitely not liked by everyone. I thought it was okay but reading opinions online, some loved it and some said they hated it. The SD reviewer at the Torch website thought it was great, the SD reviewer at ProWrestling.net didn’t like it, and the SD reviewer at Wrestleview.com said it was terrible.

Segments and matches that get a lot more time than expected are often polarizing. The Cena-Michaels match on Raw in 2007 that lasted nearly a hour is a good example. Some love it and call it a classic while others think it was merely a long match, not a great one.

  20. i don´t think Beth has choosed team Laycool even because she exit the ring before them and didn´t celebrate with them either.at this point i think she´s on team Glamazon.
