I think Maryse is going to win but I want Gail to win.

I would love to see Gail Kim win… but knowing WWE, Maryse is the next Divas Champion.
She’s had promos, has been on commentary during a Tournament match… she’s had everything while Gail Kim didn’t have nothing.

It will probably be Maryse. Gail will beat her up for 2 minutes and then out of nowhere Maryse hits her DDT and pins Gail cleanly. They might as well make turn Maryse face, all faces have already jobbed to her cleanly. Heels should only be dominant if their ringwork matches that dominant behaviour, like Vader in WCW, or Kong in TNA, or JBL in WWE. But having a heel who gets beat up in all her matches win the title is ridiculous.

@ heavanisme Gail has had quite a few victories lately, she seems to have connected with the fans.
this is what I think should happen:
Gail wins the Divas Championship…this will make Maryse furious because Maryse is sure that the belt is hers…Rivalry between them..Eventually Maryse shows wrestling ability like she shown on SD (hopefully) eventually wins the belt! Melina is back and a Rivalry between the pair occurs.
RAW needs a strong top baby face and with wrestlemania approaching and all Gail as divas champ is a good way to make RAW rise again.
The more I think about, the more I am interested to see when they will have the match.
A taped show would benefit Gail much more than Maryse. You don’t want to finish off a “big” tournament with a winner that the crowd refuses to react to. And I know that the writing hasn’t been the best for Gail, but she tries to be all fancy and fails most of the time. Gail has had more ugly and/or blow spots on Raw then she’s had good matches.
Maryse on the other hand, doesn’t do much, but she doesn’t botch either. And if she gets her butt kicked for a few minutes, the crowd will get into it. They were semi-into it on Raw with Eve. And the same with Kelly, the Bellas and Gail.
Excuse me, but ‘fails most of the time’…REALLY? What show are you watching? The only botches I remember were that hurricarana and THAT match with Mickie james months ago. Gail has consistently been fantastic in the ring..with yes, her fancy moves. Like, I’m just dumbstruck right now that you would even say that.

But hey, I don’t mind maryse, I love that fact that she gets some kind of reaction from the fans, but don’t discredit Gail in spite of her.
Btw, I think you guys should have two questions, who will win? And Who do you want to win? Then I think you guys will see a more distinct difference in voting.
Please give it to Gail Kim. But it’s obvious that Maryse wins after her in-ring speeches and her being at ringside while Kim did not do anything of it.

And all those times with Jillian in the battle royals? Oh that match last week? Gail is a talented wrestler, but she just isn’t the same on a live show. Then again, she seems to think she is still wrestling chicks who have enough experience to do the set spots Gail wants to do. She is VERY hit and miss since coming to Raw.

Maryse’s thing is to talk trash to everyone and then get beat up for it. If she does win, it is because she is resourceful and aware of her ring position at all times. It’s pretty clever for someone who would rather show how charismatic she is and let the wrestling come to her. Unlike a lot of divas where they don’t try to stand out besides botched moves or very bad/bland matches.
After last Monday nights RAW and the attention going to Alicia even though Gail Kim won I think that Alicia will interfere in this final for the championship distract Gail and allows Maryse to win. That will set up more conflict between Fox and Kim and both will be after that belt as we head towards WM and beyond. With the way that up to now Gail Kim has been used in her WWE return Ms. Kim will not be winning that belt anytime soon.
I WANT Gail to win but I think Maryse will win. But…at the same time, maybe WWE will do a swerve and try to surprise us, seeing how much they’ve been pushing Maryse.
Gail should win it. I mean Maryse is hot and all but she sucks in the ring. On Raw she had to be carried by Eve and Eve is still a newbie in the ring. Maryse dose not deserve the title but she will win it because Vince McMahon has a boner for her and would like to sleep with, then again what guy wouldn’t. The fact is Gail should win it because at least her matches have been entertaining, while Maryse’s matches have been the same. She gets her ass handed to her then she channels John Cena and hits her DDT and gets the win. Also her promos are getting boring as she repeats herself week in, week out. If WWE was to give Gail a mic and let her speak people will soon realise how charismatic she really is.

Even though Gail is having more victories, Maryse is the only Diva in the spotlight…she’s the only one that has interviews, does commentary,,,etc. So is almost painfully obvious that she’ll win. Unless they want to continue the psyco girl angle for a while before she gets the title. But that would mean that Gail would have a very short title rein, which is something i wouldn’t like to happen
